After a day of drinking wine and walking around, we decided to come here for dinner since so many locals recommended it. We came around 8pm and were seated after a 10 min wait. The night was busy due to the festival and we were the last people to leave the restaurant but we never felt rushed or unwelcome. The food was delicious! I had the Chicken Marsala and I did not leave any leftovers at all. In fact, no one in my party had any leftovers. Organic ingredients include lemon juice, cane sugar, whole lemons and apple juice, along with filtered water and natural flavor. What I loved about this lemonade is the citrus essence was great, it was not cloyingly sweet (more moderately sweet), and the apple juice gave it a welcome, totally different taste not found in most lemonades. Drinking this delicious lemonade was a great way to cap off an enjoyable visit to the museum. On a different note, I didn't realize Hotchkiss, Colorado is actually closer to Utah than Denver. It's about 236 miles away from Denver. But if I'm ever taking a road trip, I would like to visit Big B's Delicious Orchards.
