Joe is an amazing chef. All the menu items are fresh and delicious. The location near the North Fork Gunnison River is very unique.

Matcha (unsweetened) was good, staff friendly, good/eclectic music selection that was hearable but not overly loud to allow for conversation and gender neutral bathrooms. Food was also good and they had an assortment of gluten free options including 4 bakery items of which we tried the sesame cookie, tahini brownie and banana bread. All were quite tasty! Quiche was also quite decent. I also have a sensitivity to scents but their candle shop wasn't heavily shrouded in fragrance, didn't cause me any issues and just added to the cool ambiance. Too bad I'm just visiting or I'd come here all the time!

My wife had the grain bowl couldn't go near her for 2 days the pesto had so much garlic. I had a grilled cheese, maybe I'm just a plain grilled cheese guy, the bread was awesome but the cheese and spread was just ok. Drinks were really good I love a small place that uses the right cherry!!

The occasion: viewing the incredible "Keith Haring: Grace House Mural" exhibition at MCA Denver back in 2021. Towards the end of my visit, I went upstairs to the rooftop and purchased a bottle of Big B's organic lemonade. Organic ingredients include lemon juice, cane sugar, whole lemons and apple juice, along with filtered water and natural flavor. What I loved about this lemonade is the citrus essence was great, it was not cloyingly sweet (more moderately sweet), and the apple juice gave it a welcome, totally different taste not found in most lemonades. Drinking this delicious lemonade was a great way to cap off an enjoyable visit to the museum. On a different note, I didn't realize Hotchkiss, Colorado is actually closer to Utah than Denver. It's about 236 miles away from Denver. But if I'm ever taking a road trip, I would like to visit Big B's Delicious Orchards.

I have also purchased their cider in other venues. Camping is awesome with incredible views and solitude depending on how many other people are camping. The ponds and kayaks are so much fun. The cider is excellent and service is friendly. I would definitely go back and hope to go to one other concert sometime in the summer.

This place... wtf?…read more It's a tent attached to a semi-permanent structure. How do they even lock it up at night? The food was waaay overpriced for said structure. I ordered a martini and the waitress spilled it all over our table... didn't wipe it up... didn't offer me another. The Caesar salad dressing was sweet? My husband's food was fine, but this is like the only restaurant in town and it's a joke. The ambiance is "trying to be a restaurant" but let's be honest, it isn't. It's a glorified food tent with steakhouse pricing. I guess if you randomly wind up in a stupid little town called Silt, it's a "restaurant" per se.

They even sat us at a table with south hanging lake pictured which we just came hiking from! For drinks i got an espresso martini which was average. It came with the shaker with some left over martini that didn't fit in the glass which was generous. I got the salad and the fillet with mashed potatoes for dinner. Also pictured is the 10oz bistro steak. The salad was crispy and fresh only thing that i thought was weird was that they didn't have Italian dressing. Everything about the steak and sides for the entrees were excellent which we were not really expecting to get from a smaller town. The cheese/house demi glaze on the fillet was phenomenal. One thing to add is that the steaks tasted completely different with the sauces we definitely preferred the fillet sauce but the bistro steak was not bad. We were not expecting sweet mashed potatoes which we normally aren't a fan of but these were thick and tasty. We even ate the carrots and zucchini which we also normally aren't a fan of. The sauce and everything put together elevated the whole dish and sides. Overall i would recommend stopping by this place! They have a huge martini selection and all of the food exceeded our standards. The prices were also reasonable. We had no complaints and the patio area was really nice with the fire pit.

The online menu says Juice #3 is cucumber, celery, apple but the online menu is not correct so just make sure if you order a number juice you ask what the ingredients are. However, it was the most delicious drink I've ever tasted. I won't forget to mention that their chicken avocado wraps and Strawberry & banana rolls are clearly made with love...and fresh ingredients full of flavor!!
