He was familiar with this issue, also said he'd look at the starter, and would let us know. He clearly knows everything to know about pools and he answered my many questions with tremendous patience. He addressed my cost concerns by suggesting a tailored maintenance approach to how we will use the pool and suggested a number of ways we could do some of the basics and save money. His approach and manner felt sincere and honest. My next step is to get to his store and meet him in person. I am comfortable that I have found a pool professional who I can trust.
