Every time I come to this place, I feel like I am in someone's cozy living room. The smell of it, the setup of the dining room, just something about it put me at ease. I never feel rushed or overstating my welcome. Service is always spot on. The cashier is always so patient with my indecisiveness on all the flavors I wanted to get. For the most recent visit, I also had a chance to check out their WiFi, and it was really strong and steady. Overall, I had a very productive 2 hours there. I think next time I'll bring a book with me and spend a morning there.

I've been seeing a bunch of locations pop up, but happened to be in the area looking for breakfast so we stopped by! Tried the sausage, egg, and cheese kolache and despite the small size, it hit the spot. The staff heats it up for you and we dined in - and glad we did as the savory kolache needed some salsa as we spotted the cholula hot sauce bottle halfway into eating. The kolache had the right blend between sweet bread with the savory egg filling. Also had a bite of the Oreo cheesecake kolache and was surprised to find the staff had warmed it up as well (not sure why I thought it was just the savory ones). It was nice, not super sweet. The building seemed new so we were surprised to find out they had been opened for five years! Great for a small meal or snack so will be back to try other flavors.

My coworker introduced me to Kolache cafe. Our office was doing a breakfast potluck so he wanted to bring us each a breakfast kolache. I chose their ham egg and cheese, it was so good. The bread was so soft and a little sweet. I loved the combination. They have many options on their menu! I look forward to trying some other kolaches on their menu in the near future.

It's a nice place but very unorganized. I ordered a sausage and gravy, and a sausage, egg, and cheese and asked for them to be warmed up. They were given to me cold and the signs on them were all wrong because I ended up with a ham, egg, and jalapeño and a sausage and gravy instead of the sausage egg and cheese. I took it back up and she apologized and gave me a replacement, but it was still wrong. This time it was a chorizo and egg. I never got the sausage egg and cheese I ordered. They tasted fine but to go up to the counter twice and still not get what I ordered was very disappointing. Overall it was chaotic and mismanaged behind the counter.

This restaurant offers it's customers a very relaxing atmosphere and delighting customer experience. The jelly topped pastry was excellent and freshly made. This is a perfect spot to walk in and grab a morning pastry or a gigantic Cinnabon. The service was legendary!

Never had a savory kolache we didn't like and this half dozen did not disappoint. Only suggestion is using sturdier boxes. When ours was delivered and picked up the box was soft from the heat from the food and the kolaches almost fell out of the box.

After my nearby appointment was done, I decided to walk over and grab myself a kolache and some sun. Perfect timing as it was later in the morning & empty so the service was very personal. The downside of coming late, a lot of the items I was craving for breakfast were gone. It's always first come first serve. All good so I went with something sweet and something savory along with a fountain drink. Got a chance to catch up on the New Times paper and customer service was super friendly while I was there. Remember to come early and like donuts, get them by the half-dozen or dozen!!

Just ordered delivery for my team at work and they absolutely loved them. We preordered and the dozen pack makes it so easy. They package them up so you know the flavors and make it easy to pass out. Will definitely order again great food such good flavors.

I have now graduated from being a heathen to the status of a believer (in kolaches!). This is the first time I have had a savory kolache and I realize that my life is far from being fulfilled. I need more! A perfect bun of soft bread totally encapsulating a delightful filling of your choice makes for a kolache. A diverse selection of flavors, ingredients, and then dessert of an open face sweet fruit kolache; indescribably delicious! We live in Southern California and it's hard to find kolaches so coming here to Arizona allow me this experience. The café itself is decorated with flowers on the table, soft music so you don't have to shout, clean, colorful and staff bubbling over with friendliness.

Was turned away for paying with a $100 bill for $50 worth of food. We advised the cashier that we drove a long way and that this was our first visit. My family had to leave to get change then come back to reorder our food and beverages. There are no signs posted that the establishment does not accept large bills. We were looked upon and made to feel like we were doing something wrong by the tone given to us. The food and beverages were alright. Very disappointing...

Fresh little setup they got here

Good food but so annoying to be asked for a tip at the drive thru. I won't be back.

Do they allow fur babies on the patio?

    On the patio yes.

Are deliveries only on Saturdays and Sundays? I noticed Friday is not option even when selecting items from the Friday menu.

Hi Bertha! We are only doing weekend deliveries for now but will soon open 7 days a week, but do to our limited production we do tend to sell out very quickly. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to see you soon!

She made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down and checked on us just the right amount. We ordered two BEC sandwiches, which sadly are no longer on the menu, but wow, they were delicious! The bacon was cooked to perfection, crispy and flavorful, and everything tasted fresh and satisfying. Instead of the greens, we opted for the Million Dollar Potatoes and they were super yum! Such a tasty choice and the perfect addition to the meal. Great service, delicious food, and a lovely breakfast experience. Thank you, Arely, for taking such good care of us. The interior is pretty long with a large number of seating inside the building so we had no trouble getting seated right away by the hostess. We decided on food relatively quickly due to previous experience with the business, however, our waiter never came around to take our orders or even give us water at the table. We saw one girl with dyed hair who unassumingly could have been our waiter since she was in our section but only worked with one particular table and ran to the back after each time, but never addressed our table or came by. We eventually had to flag a different waiter down who was able to help us place the order and service us for the rest of our visit, she also informed us that this other "Waiter" was supposed to help us but she wasn't sure why she never made an attempt to do so after having us wait 20 mins and other tables were being serviced. We ordered Flordian French Toast and Elote Breakfast Burrito (plus a couple sides and drink) which were both really good, and filling. Prices weren't too bad for what we ordered and was able to take our mind off of the rather long wait to get helped. Not sure if we'll come back to this particular location again, but it was nice trying the restaurant out another time.

The staff was friendly throughout our stay, and the overall property has a relaxing atmosphere that makes it easy to enjoy the sunshine and scenery. We booked an upgraded suite with a separate bedroom and TV room, which gave us plenty of space to spread out. While the layout was great, the room itself could use some updates. The bathroom fixtures were older--the Kohler toilet didn't flush well and was a bit noisy, and the tub/shower combo had rounded sides that made it tricky to stand comfortably. The shower water also never got fully hot. The room had a slightly musty smell, and the carpets would benefit from a deep cleaning. The balcony screen door didn't close tightly, which let a few flies in, and access to the second floor required two sets of stairs since there's no elevator in that section. Even with those issues, the resort's location, views, and overall vibe made the stay enjoyable. With some room refreshes and a bit more maintenance attention, this could easily be a standout property. The setting alone is worth experiencing.

I found a great AAdvantage Hotel deal at the Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort and booked it. While it was a great success of a visit in terms of AAdvantage miles and loyalty points, my actual experience at the hotel itself was less to be desired due to the customer service and a big snafu on their part. I also have Hilton Gold status, though as I booked the hotel through a third party site (AAdvantage Hotels), I could see the stay and the stay history in my Hilton app, but I did not receive any benefits for staying there, which was fine as I didn't expect any anyone. I arrived in person to check in and already reserved and prepaid for a King 1 Bedroom Standard Suite, which had a nice view and reasonably spacious room (but not too much larger than a regular room at another hotel). The room was certainly not upgraded though there was parking available right in front of the entrance. I did not receive anything else at check-in nor did it appear that I'd get my regularly complimentary water. I did pay the daily resort charge which includes high speed internet access, access to the Falls Water Village, an hour at the tennis/pickleball court, an hour at the afternoon golf practice facility, two hours for a mountain bike rental, 20% off seasonal spa services, and 15% off select golf apparel. While I didn't use it, I had easy view and access to the Falls Water Village where you could lounge and play all day on their sun-marked terrace where you could find free-form pools, hot tubs, and cabanas. They even have a 138-foot enclosed water slide. When I checked out, I was told that a bill would be sent to me shortly since I did it on the app early, and when I received the bill, there was a charge for my room at the restaurant at the top of the hill called A Different Point of View. The catch is that I never went to eat there during my stay (or at any onsite restaurant since I live in the area and had my meals offsite). I reached out to the hotel who insisted that I did go there to eat. I promised them I didn't eat anywhere onsite and that they need to look at the receipt and see if it actually has my room number. They confirmed it did and that this meant I ate there. I told them to find my name on it and let me know if it was on there. After several more back and forth conversations, they confirmed it wasn't me and would remove the charge. They then mistakenly charged me double. Then they removed one charge, but it took more than a week before they removed the other charge. By the end of the exchanges, it felt like they were blaming me for their own mistake. While the resort is aged and rather pleasant, there certainly are training issues regarding the customer service offered at this property. I do not plan on staying here again in the future.
