Oh, and people trying to choke you or break your arm while you do the same to them. So what makes this gym worthy of a review? I'll tell you, person I just invented to ask that question. Training at this gym will save you roughly 2 hours of your life because you won't have to spend it in your car driving to Reno. That's where the next closest gym where you can learn to choke someone that's trying to choke you. So basically if you are sitting at home alone, illegally downloading episodes of Empty Nest but you would like to meet some new friends and get a body that feels like marble covered in suede this is the place for you. Nothin beats the feeling of being in shape. Except heroin. But right after heroin, the exercise thing for sure. 5 stars. Don't go anywhere else.

I messaged Gary to see if it would be ok to stop by and he was very accommodating. There were plenty of people to train with from white belt to black belt and everybody was very friendly. I've been training for more than 10 years at various gyms and I've never felt more welcomed - that's a testament to the owner. He has always been a shy boy and was extremely nervous to start jiu jitsu. Jack was patient with him and let him come in to watch to get used to seeing the kids practice, he even offered to have my son come in for a one on one training session to build his confidence before starting to train with the other kids.
