Driving up to the venue, it was nice, but it didn't have quite the "wow" factor that the online photos and videos had led us to expect but it was the customer service that was the biggest disappointment of our visit. We had a scheduled appointment to tour the venue with a staff member. Throughout our entire meeting, she remained seated and wore sunglasses the majority of time. She never offered to walk us through the property or show us the different areas of the event space. Although she had printed pricing sheets sitting in front of her, she initially told us that all of the pricing was available online. While that is true, my daughter eventually had to ask for one of the printed sheets that was already on the table. Since we are just beginning the planning process and had not yet selected a wedding date, we understood that an exact quote could not be provided. However, that should not have prevented us from receiving a proper tour of the venue and learning more about what it has to offer. I eventually asked if I could walk to the ceremony area in the back of the property. The GlassHouse Staff Member said I could, but she did not accompany me or provide any information about the space. As I walked through the ceremony area, I realized it simply wasn't the atmosphere or experience we were looking for. We drove a considerable distance specifically to tour this venue, so the lack of engagement and hospitality was disappointing. A venue tour should leave prospective clients excited and inspired. Instead, we left feeling like our appointment was an inconvenience. During our conversation, the staff member also mentioned that the venue is already booking events into 2028. Congratulations on your success--that certainly speaks to the venue's popularity. However, every prospective client deserves the same level of attention and professionalism, regardless of where they are in their planning journey. Based on our experience, this is not the venue we will be choosing for our daughter's wedding/reception.

Laura was extremely accommodating in helping me get everything lined up. The reception hall is very spacious with room for dancing and was beautifully decorated and although we did not utilize it, there is also a large outdoor deck for dancing as well. When I first saw the inside of the chapel, I just couldn't contain my emotions...it is absolutely lovely! And the fact that the location was easy for my guests to find and was only 20 minutes away from our house was a huge bonus too! Thanks to Laura and her staff, both the ceremony and reception went perfectly and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a beautiful wedding with a serene, country setting.

The driveway is a little confusing but once you pull in there is parking in the back. There's an old home as the main venue, a large courtyard and a smaller building in the back with huge windows and glass garage doors that can open all the way for an indoor/outdoor spot. They were hosting a candlelight concert which is a series and the staff were great at directing everyone where to go and help with getting food and drinks they were offering.

Every cabin felt private and unique and the babbling creek and ponds along the Creekside were so relaxing to sit by with lots of Adirondack chairs overlooking the creek and rocking chairs on the cabin porches. We also chose this place because they allowed my Australian Shepard to come (only some cabins). The whole experience was amazing and only a 5 minute drive to the main strip. Don't miss a tour of Signor Vineyards, a 10 minute drive West. The most beautiful vineyard and cool experience!

The bar has a really cool vibe - old storefront with windows that open to the beer garden. Plenty of outdoor seating, food truck, and live music. Definitely check out their upcoming shows to see who is playing (so far most of the music lineups are just for the beer garden). The bathrooms are outside and were clean at first but got dirty quickly. They desperately need to refill the soap dispensers!
