Yes, you can spend hours going through catalogs, but something from that manufacturer or from that line, on display, would certainly make it a bit easier to make a decision. However, I am thrilled that they can service lamps. Do you have ANY idea how hard it is to find someone that does that? Employees are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and anxious for you to be happy. Depending on what day of the week you order, and what manufacturer, you could have your light the following week :) Bask in the light !

I was wearing all black with camouflage military slacks. That must of been where they started their stereo-typing, as I didn't look like I had money to spend from the LaGrange store. I walked the entire lighted footprint as I strolled past the sales desk twice. I took one more look in the area of the showroom with price tags averaging anywhere from $399 to $700 plus. My third approach near the sales desk, made me stop in my tracks with 3 sales people, one on the phone. I asked out loud to them all and asked them if they were on "commission". One lady wearing eyeglasses kinda under her breath stated "Yes". Then I stated that I was in their area of business for at least 15 minutes and NO ONE approached me or openly said Hello. As I continued past them, I said to them that I have $$$$ to spend but wasn't going to patronage them as didn't show any emotion to assisting me. I consider this a very poor approach to sales.

We immediately went over and liked the Savoy chandelier. We asked about the return policy and delivery time. No problem with returning, credit in the store- no restocking fee- and delivery was about 2-3 weeks or we could take the one in the floor. We opted for the floor model. They had us return the next day to pick it up - it was boxed in original packaging and No waiting time in the pick up either. Plus Theresa's price was $300 less than her competitor for the same chandelier and the Savoy chandelier was close to half the cost of our original choice. Fabulous experience all the way around!!!

I purchased a ceiling fan late last summer and when I tried the remote this Spring it didn't work…read more I changed the batteries but that did not solve the issue. I stopped in the store and spoke with David who was extremely gracious and helpful. I had the manual with me and he explained the pairing process and highlighted/flagged the page I needed to refer to when I returned home. I followed his directions and the remote now works. He also took a copy of my receipt, so I would not be required to return to the store if the process was not successful. Excellent customer service. I have always found the sales assistance to be exceptional. Referral to electrician for hanging was a very easy process. Products might be a bit pricier, but I have learned you get what you pay for! Highly recommend Galleria LIghting!
