My lash tech kept coughing throughout the whole session and it concerned me a little. When she finished, I opened my eyes and it started irritating so much. She helped fixed it but it was still irritating once again when I walked out. There was even a deal for first time clients, which was $10 cheaper but she still charged me full price for a new full set. Then I went to a different lash tech to get them removed because it was consistently irritating and she had told me that there was an eye infection forming. It took me off guard because I was shocked. I'm so disappointed in this place and I will never go back. In the pictures is my eye inflammation and buildup from the eye infection forming.

The brows looked messy, didn't hold the laminated shape, and honestly looked pretty similar to how they did beforehand. I ended up using Benefit brow gel at home to reshape them. The total was around $148 before tip, including $69 for the brows. In hindsight, I would have skipped the brow service. Overall, 2/5 stars. My technician was kind and did her best to make me comfortable, and I did like the lash lift result. Unfortunately, the discomfort and brow results made the overall experience not the best to say the least.

By the time she was done, we had swapped our favorite places to get dim sum, what our favorite Vietnamese foods are and what we like to order at boba tea shops. It was THE BEST experience. Sadly, I realized my eyes were sensitive and I had to get them removed. I am legit sad. Rose, the owner, is very responsive and helped me schedule a next day appointment. Bree is the artist who helped me remove my lashes. She's so gentle! The other lash artist (I'm so sad I didn't get her name) is also super knowledgeable and recommended I try ruling out what I'm sensitive to. We think it might be the primer. The salon is SUPER clean, the ladies wipe down the beds between each client and change the towels, the bathroom is SQUEAKY clean, and it's a gorgeous space. No one apologized or acknowledged the delay. After waiting OVER AN HOUR, someone finally came to move me, probably just to free up the chair while I continued waiting for a manicure. I would have left much earlier, but I was there with my friend who was in the middle of getting her nails done. At that point, I declined since it had already been too long. It is highly unprofessional for not one single person to come and check in with me or even apologize for the excessive delay.
