Do not go here…read more I spent $140 at this salon to get lash extensions for my graduation, and it was hands down the worst experience I've ever had. I have gotten lash extensions in the past and know how they should feel, but this set was completely clumped together with zero isolation. Within days, the heavy glue clumps began causing immense physical pain, itching, and a jagged, scratching sensation against my eyelids. Because multiple natural lashes were glued together in large chunks, the uneven growth rate began ripping my healthy natural lashes out by the root when they naturally shed (see attached photo of the massive clump that came out). When I called the salon to explain the situation and ask for a removal, they completely refused to help unless I paid an additional $10 fee on top of the $140 I already spent. They cited an arbitrary "3-day policy," completely ignoring the fact that I had to leave town immediately after graduation and that a botched, damaging application is a safety issue, not a standard adjustment. They do not properly isolate lashes, their application causes physical pain/damage, and their customer service is incredibly stingy and dismissive. Save your money, your time, and your natural lashes--go somewhere else.

She helped fixed it but it was still irritating once again when I walked out. There was even a deal for first time clients, which was $10 cheaper but she still charged me full price for a new full set. Then I went to a different lash tech to get them removed because it was consistently irritating and she had told me that there was an eye infection forming. I've been so sick". Which I am completely understanding when it comes to unforeseen circumstances come about. Unfortunately all these excuses make it hard to believe. Eva is very knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process. By the time she was done, we had swapped our favorite places to get dim sum, what our favorite Vietnamese foods are and what we like to order at boba tea shops. It was THE BEST experience. Sadly, I realized my eyes were sensitive and I had to get them removed. I am legit sad. Rose, the owner, is very responsive and helped me schedule a next day appointment. Bree is the artist who helped me remove my lashes. She's so gentle! The other lash artist (I'm so sad I didn't get her name) is also super knowledgeable and recommended I try ruling out what I'm sensitive to. We think it might be the primer. The salon is SUPER clean, the ladies wipe down the beds between each client and change the towels, the bathroom is SQUEAKY clean, and it's a gorgeous space.
