I was able to catch Jenny finishing up with another client. She was able to squeeze me in. Took about 1.5-2hrs for my lashes. She was very gentle the whole time. It was a nice calm and relaxing atmosphere. Please seem to be pretty clean. I love my lashes despite my eyes being a little sensitive which is out of their control. My lashes look so amazing. I also began to notice that my natural lashes appeared to have been cut. I initially felt something was different at the time of the service but wasn't certain until the extensions started falling out. At this point, my natural lashes are very short, sparse, and also falling out, which has been frustrating. I did reach out the following day, and they were initially responsive. I was out of town that weekend and wasn't able to return to the salon for a redo. After a few text messages back and forth, however, communication stopped.
