I don't know why it's not more organized and concise, but several times my appointment has been double booked and had a scheduling conflict and I've had to wait or someone else had to wait because of a double booking. This is irresponsible and I hope they don't lose business because of it.

This place was amazing. They were super attentive, very clean and organized. We made a reservation and they were ready for us when we arrived. We all got mani and pedis with gel and the #4 package with the hot stone massage involved. It feels like you get a few different types of massages as once, with the stones, with sugar scrub, with candle wax. It was so amazing. They started to get busy but they kept their attention on us but welcomed the new customers and let them know they would stat someone soon. Once one person was done with someone's nails they came right over to help. I live in southern California but when I come to visit family up that way I am sure to make another appointment and go back. What an incredible job. The price is great for what you get and the quality of the nails is fantastic too. They also put all of their wipes inside plastic containers with lids to help prevent the smell of the nail products like other salons. What a great job, thanks Noble Nails. read more

I just had the best pedicure experience! From start to finish, everything was top-notch. The foot soak was warm and relaxing, instantly easing the tension from my feet. My technician Bill was so thorough with the callus removal and cuticle care -- my feet feel incredibly smooth and soft now. The foot and leg massage was the best part -- it was firm in all the right places and so relaxing I almost fell asleep in the chair! They took their time and didn't rush through any step, which I really appreciated. The polish application was flawless -- clean lines, even coats, and it dried quickly without smudging. I also loved that the tools looked sanitized and the foot bath was clean before I sat down, which gave me real peace of mind about hygiene. My toes look amazing and my feet feel rejuvenated. I have allot going on in my life as we all do and a pedi although I LoVe, has been at the bottom of my priority list...Till yesterday. My good friend Tony surprised me with a pedi. :) Helen and her husband Lee (owners) were very nice not to mention a lovely couple. I work in the medical field (CMA to a surgeon) so sanitation is key on my list. All instrument's used are autoclaved between each use and buffers are discarded. Thanks Helen for caring about my health....wink wink. The pedicure itself was great..relaxing. I went with the $20 option and appreciated the fact that there was no upscale or pressure to spend more money. I had a wonderful experience and it's close to my work. This salon is the best place to get your nails done in the Sac State area. Firstly it's location is so convenient for students because it's in the UV. Secondly, the prices are more than fair being comparable to other nail salons in the area. I've been to Noble Nails regularly to get a pedicure and a dip powder mani and not only do they always have time to fit me in, but all the staff is very welcoming. They have an amazing color selection for all kinds of manicures; gel, acrylic, dip etc, and the quality of the service is top tier. I will say, the only thing that is a minor inconvenience is they prefer you pay in cash but they still accept card. I just got this dip powder set from Lily who was so nice and so quick! read more

I came back to this place again last month, this place is still beautiful, clean and welcoming. I was greet with a very welcoming voice from many people in the shop. I have to admit, this place is busy and took a little bit for the technician to set up for my pedi, but I rather have my pedi spa tub clean then not. I got a signature pedi from Lily, a technician I've always recommended for any who love the gentleness and caring touch, and it is THE MOST relaxing pedi of my life. I felt like I did walk on cloud. After moving from Colorado to California, I have lived here for 5 months and could not find a place I liked until now (and boy i have tried a lot)! With Noble Nails, this was the third time I've been there and I've never been disappointed, they do an amazing job! The photo taken is 2 weeks after too! No chips, no breaking, no problems. Each time I have walked in and gotten a different person too and I loved my nails each time! Very accommodating in want you want, getting you in right away (I'm usually a walk-in), and not too expensive either. This was my second time coming here, and once again, my girlfriend and I had a wonderful experience. We walked in as the last customers of the day, but the staff still welcomed us with such kindness and positive energy. Michael is incredibly friendly, easy to talk to, and truly knows how to make his clients feel comfortable. I highly recommend him! He always does an amazing job on my pedicure, and every other service I've received from here has been excellent. The rest of the staff are just as wonderful. I've gone to Noble Nails for awhile now and have never had a bad experience! I request Lily every single time I'm in there and she does an outstanding job. I used to be a gel manicure kind of girl but since they started doing to organic dip powder, IM OBSESSED! It lasts twice as long as gel and does not wreck my real nails underneath. I now have my roommates, friends, coworkers and family members hooked on Noble Nails. Every technician in there is amazing, friendly and striving to give an amazing experience to every guest (except those customers who go in with poor attitudes and zero patience). I wouldn't recommend going to this place at all. This business is blatantly racist and treated my friend terribly. All 3 of my friends got full sets and all of them got the same design, yet they unreasonably up charged my black friend and had the audacity to demand for a tip after that. Who actually does that??? this business does not deserve any money coming in and it's just so weird and unacceptable that a minority owned business could do this. This is a great place! I really like that it is hidden in the courtyard behind the Shopping Center with Safeway and StarBucks and CVS, it feels very private. When I was there I was taken care of by the Sister-Brother team of Helen and Lee. Helen did an awesome job on my nails while I talked to both of them about opening the store. Lee picked out most of the decor, he said. Everything in the salon is unique and special in some way. It is also the cleanest nail salon I have ever been in. This will be the only place I go. LOVE LOVE LOVE! I got a fill and pedicure here and both are wonderfully done, and the staff was amazing. I have never been to a nail salon where every staff member was so kind and respectful. They make you feel very comfortable, the facility is extremely clean and doesn't have the chemical smell most nail salons have. Nobel nail is always a delight. I have been a regular customer for over a year now and I adore my nail technician. She always remembers my preferences and even the last color I chose! I highly recommend them to all my friends bs clients. Nails aren't always 'perfect' but the environment and customer service keeps me coming back. Their pricing is average to the industry. If I could give ZERO stars I would. I came and tried to get the simples marble design and apparently no one knew how to do anything at all. I asked again for a simple glitter design and nothing! Do not come here! I left with no color on my set and went to a different place. Oh and I'm pretty sure Steven messed up my nail shape on purpose after I asked if anyone could do a design.
