The woman who did my nails left them jagged and uneven, to the point I had to file them myself when I got home so they wouldn't catch on my clothes. The nail polish job was also not great. There was no clean up or anything and polish was left on my skin and cuticles. It legitimately looked like a child did my nails. read more

I booked a 9:00 a.m. appointment and chose the $55 gel pedicure because it included additional services compared to the $45 option. The salon was not busy, yet several of the services that were supposed to be included like scrubbing/exfoliation and other steps on the menu were skipped. To make matters worse, the polish application was rushed and messy, and the finished pedicure did not reflect the quality I expected for the price I paid. I was still charged the full amount even though I did not receive the full service. This was especially disappointing because I got this pedicure for my birthday and wanted to treat myself. I don't mind paying for quality, but I do expect to receive the service that is advertised. Unfortunately, I left feeling like my time and money were not valued. read more

Update to my Last Review - I came in today for a dip manicure. I suppose the quality of this salon has gone down, it's not what it used to be. I saw Helen, who I am always happy to see and who I used to regularly see for manicures. I brought it up towards the middle to end of the appointment that the dip polish was incomplete/chipped on my thumb. I brought it up at least once or twice more. It was not fixed. Very bummed as I used to be a regular customer at this office, and today I still left a tip and paid full price for an incomplete manicure that now I have to look at everyday for the next two weeks. The entire finger should have just been redone when I brought it up. It was instead dismissed. Repeatedly. What happened to customer service? Do not come here dip manicure! Second Update - four days later and a nail chipped pretty severely with bleeding even. Be very careful coming to this salon! read more

I went in to get my brows done and I asked to just have it cleaned up. I worked really hard to grow them out and I've been to different salons that were able to maintain the thickness I liked and knew what I meant when I said to clean up. The waxer made my brows pencil thin and a completely ugly shape while insisting she didn't take off too much and I was so shocked I didn't know what to say since it was already too late to salvage what remained. I literally cried on my way home and I'm so upset. Had I knew that was how much that was going to be "cleaned up" I would have never gotten my brows done to look the way they did. :( read more

I'm super late to the game, but I now see why people get their nails done regularly. I got a gel mani w/ a chrome effect (HELLO, glaze donut nails!) and I'm absolutely hooked! Can't imagine just bare nails anymore after this. I'm fortunate to have nails that grow long naturally and look fake, so no tips for me. But my nails lasted about 4 weeks+! So I think it's totally worth it. It's very clean and everyone I've worked with is super nice.
