I'm giving 2 stars because under my eyebrow herpes/infection or whatever is happening to my skin they look good. I needed a touchup to my micro-bladed eyebrows my regular girl moved out of the country so made the decision of coming here after seeing insta pics and videos of van's work. I now see where I messed up by not reading any reviews. The process seemed easy enough I texted the number in the profile I was told to make an appointment online which I did and paid a $30 deposit. When I showed up on the day of my appointment, I was met by a man in the front who had me sign paperwork and also applied numbing cream and saran wrap to my eyebrows while I read through the documents. Once that was complete, he called van from her room. She got me and told me to lay down and the process begin very quickly. She said she's gonna follow the pattern of how my eyebrows were and that was it not much talking happened, which was fine with me. I do have to say, I think she went a little too rough because I did feel as though my skin was cut or something because that certain part hurt worse than others. Once finished, I loved my eyebrows upon seeing them, I got them done on February 6. By the 11th I started seeing red spots that I thought were pimples forming and I am not prone to pimples at all but I figured maybe it was from all the wiping of ink or something. As the days went on, I did still continue using the ointment as directed, but the bumps continued to get worse and worse. Tomorrow will be two weeks exactly from the date I got my eyebrows done and since I don't know exactly what it is I've put a combination of things on these bumps Neosporin, vitamin E, and I've taken a few amoxicillin pills just in case. I have to say the bumps are a lot darker and pronounced now. But, I think they might be healing because some of the spots are itchy. I think this happened because maybe the ink is not of good quality, I was tattooed too deep got cut, and the constant wiping on my forehead might've irritated it but Idk, I think I'm at the point where I may need to go to the doctor. I really hope these don't turn into scars. I tried texting the same number I texted the first time to make the appointment to let them know what has happened and also look for some type of guidance or if they had any insight to what this could be, but I literally got no response. I wanted to get my eyelashes done before I went on vacation. I decided to give Lenox Brow & Lash a try, and it was a great experience. They had great music playing, and the atmosphere was so relaxing. I fell asleep as she was doing my eyelashes. The service was excellent, and the young lady who did my eyelashes did a fantastic job. I followed my lash tech because she works here. she is not available to do lashes anymore so I went inn and I made an appointment i wanted a fresh set so I had a removal took a little over an hour was charged $20 amd still tipped $10. 2 days later went inn for a full set. Red flag was when the girl dismt know english im tryimg tp explain to her how i want them.After 2.5 hours she was done and it was the worst job i have ever got. I paid $180 still gave her a $20 tip. the owner is a man he runs the register he asked me if I was happy with the job I said NO he said we can fix it lay back down. there was no fixing it! they all had to come off. I had a nail appointment and said I would be back he said no problem. to make long story short they had closed and are not open on sundays so i came back monday for ANOTHER removal another 1.5 hours!!!!! And i told him I need a full set from scratch he argued with me said he cant do that and there is no refunds! I LOST IT! I asked for a credit then he refused so I had a guy friend call him! THE POWER OF A MANS VOICE! I was told to come back they are going to do a full set. so i came back 2 days later. i dnt know if they gave me the same girl or what its still a MID JOB! My advice: dnt come here as a walk inn they dont have experienced lash techs and charge $180 for a set $110 for a fill. 0 star rating for the asshole "man" that sits at the front desk. The lash techs are pretty good but the customer service and attitude of the front desk "man" is atrocious. I walked in for a service I booked days before, paid a whole deposit for and with a hand motion tells me to go to a tech who I didn't book with. I'm sitting there like ? And he says you want your fill right? I said yes with the person I booked with. He says oh another client came later so she won't be available for another hour. I'm standing there in awe of the fact that he's saying this like it's no big deal. I'm like I'm confused why would you not call the client who is booked at this time if they were running late? He says oh I forgot. This establishment as a whole is ghetto despite some of the lash techs being okay. This isn't the first incident this man has been rude and dismissive but the final straw that got me warning people. I'll be looking for a different lash place asap cause there's too many good ones out here with much better customer service. read more

Don't believe the negative reviews! Trish is the absolute best for permanent makeup. She did my brows & cat eye liner. They were new in this pic- they look even better today. Emily does my brows & the compliment are never ending. I have referred many nurses from work here and they can't be more Happy! This is the only place I will ever go. The only reason I'm giving Van two stars is that her work is great. However, her attitude is awful!!!! I've never experienced such horrible service in my life. She acted as though she was doing my brows for free. I addressed certain concerns about my brows and she got an attitude and walked out. I will not be returning to her. And at the end of my visit, I told her that her attitude was horrible and she needed to do better. I'm a paying customer and I should be able to express my concerns without her throwing a tantrum! I am so devastated!!!! My mother and I scheduled appointments last year for a touch of for my mom and a combination style for me. My mom went first and everything came out great. She came to the lobby to show me and I too loved it. There is different lighting in the lobby so she noticed that one brow was slightly smaller than the other. She they was told to go back to her and let her know. Once she did so the eyebrows tech Van got upset, ripped the chair cover that was layout out for me and started going off in her language. My mom came back out looking a little scared and confused and told me and the front manager what happened. The manager went back to talk to her and he then told me she didn't want to do my brows because she had a rough night. At that moment I should have left but I wanted to understand what had happened because my mom is sweet and I'm sure she was nice about her correcting what she saw. The manager then came back out and said he would do it. So I was like ok everything is fine right? Boy was I wrong. Can basically took off the sides of my brows and tattooed on top my brows instead of tattooing where my actual brows grew or supposed to grow. I look like Ronald Mac Donald. And I believe in my heart that she did this on purpose.I've been looking at her work since the beginning of last year and what she didn't to my face she hasn't done to anyone in the work I've seen. Although I should have just left when I was told that she didn't want to do my brows but I had been waiting since last year to get them done but I was pregnant. And now it would same me so much time when I get ready while having a newborn. All I can say is I can't even look in the mirror anymore. I'm so sad and disappointed. I made an appointment with Trish who is really good by the way, however, they put me with someone else without my consent. The lady may be just learning to do brows or starting out but she did a horrible job and Trish finally came to finish. I thought that was really shady and shows lack of customer service. I'm also disappointed in Trish. I've been going to her for over a year and I followed her to this location. This showed me she doesn't appreciate my business either. I won't be returning. read more

When I showed the tech (Kimmy) a pic of what I want....especially when it's a pic of HER work, I expect the result or at least something very similar. I wanted wispy set and I got a super dramatic mess. She kept telling me it looked good. Girl I don't care what you think....the customer needs to think it looks good on them. My first time here and I do not recommend. Red flag was when while I was on the bed...I could hear several customers come in and complain about their lashes being not enough or either too much on their previous visit. Every single customer during my 2 hours there. The customer next to be kept complaining about her eyes burning and being bloodshot and asked the tech if she could see it and The tech kept saying no she couldn't see it. Have been to this place twice, it's a nice place, went the second time last Friday decided to get the Cluster Lashes, the girl that did them was great, she did a good job...fast forward two days later the lashes on my left eye came off on the end...called the shop today and basically the guy that answered the phone said they are not willing to fix it.. I said it's only been two days and I didn't expect them to be falling out this soon he basically didn't care and advised me they don't guarantee this cluster lash .... I told him I'm not asking for the lash to be redone just for the ones that fell off on the end to be replaced and still yet he said no so it's very disappointing to spend your money in an establishment and 2 days later they're not willing to take responsibility and please the client, so going to think very hard and long about going back to this place...
