I used to wax my upper lip at home so I don't have to spend extra money but wax no longer does the job for me. I've been here twice for threading my upper lip and once for threading my side burns, Sabina has taken care of me both times. Not only is she welcoming but she knows what she's doing and she didn't force anything else on me as other threading places do. She's patient and spends her time. Went for the first time and never again!!! First of all, the place is dirty! They finish with the thread and have them thrown all over the floor. That should have been a clue to run from the place. The staff is so not friendly, no one is greeted upon arrival.The girl who did my eyebrows messed them up completely!My left eyebrow is okay and my right eyebrow is completely ruined. It's was shorter than thee other and it has no shape. I told the girl and she got really upset and tried to blame it on me. That I did them myself before coming in. However, my service took wayyyy longer than it should have due to the fact that the woman doing my eyebrows was having a whole conversation with someone the entire time and it was super distracting and she might have said a total of 1 word to me. My sister & my mom are the reason why i came here in the first place they said they did a good job for a good price. So the first time i came here the lady with the glasses did my eyebrows amazing they looked really good so of course i went back. But before i went back my sister was telling me that my mom had said something to the other lady because she had did my sisters eyebrows wrong and too thin but she didn't say it in a bad way she was just saying she didn't want her to touch her eyebrows. So the second time i went in i was with my sister & the two girls looked at each other and said a few things to each other while looking at me and i just gave them a friendly smile but they gave me a mean look back i didnt think anything of it . Until i was in the ladys chair (i always go back to the same person the lady with the glasses) well while she was doing my eyebrows i felt her pull my hair that never gets pulled so I thought to myself oh sge messed up my eyebrows and sure enough she did ! She did them waayy to thin and my eyebrows were thick ! I cant even explain how upset i was ! And the fact that i know she did it on purpose because she has never made them thin before or uneven . This is the worst place to get your eyebrows done! Don't ever come here. Yes it's cheaper than other places but they do not know how to shape your eyebrows. They left one of my eyebrows longer than the other and the shape of my eyebrows don't even match. If you want beautiful and thick eyebrows go somewhere else. I wish I could give this place zero stars because that's what they deserve. The only reason I went to this place was because Aayna Threading Salon is closed on Sundays. I have been coming here from last 2 years at least. I am pretty content with their service - perfect place for the eyebrows and upper lips. I prefer threading over waxing for the eyebrows - gives a finer shape. Last place I went to ruined the shape of my eyebrow and it took me awhile to get to my current shape. I would suggest telling them how you would like your shape to be and request them to ask you after several seconds during your first few minutes whether they are going in the right direction or not. I had to do that first few visits and now they know the shape I prefer pretty well. I literally drive to Corona to go get my eyebrows here on Tuesday or Wednesday. read more

The first time I came here, I had a great experience and was so happy with the price. I went back and they worked on my eyebrows. She handed me the mirror and I asked her to make them just a tad thinner, just a tad though. She said my eyebrows are too thin and for me to keep them thicker and I said yes, that's why I just want them just a tiny, tiny bit thinner. I even begged her to please not take much more off and that's exactly what she did. She took so much off and not only that, she did it really rough. My brows were super irritated for hours after that. I asked the lady why would she do that because that's not what I asked for. She pretended that she didn't speak English and that she didn't understand. I told the other lady what happened and she was translating to the woman that did my brows. She told me what she said and when I started to speak, the lady that did my brows miraculously knew English and started yelling at me. This happened last year sometime so maybe that lady doesn't work there anymore but I won't ever know because I refuse to return, no matter how good the prices are. read more

I'm very upset, I grew out my eyebrows pretty well. So I go in to get them just cleaned up, just kinda shape them. I told the lady 3 times, "please don't make them thin, just give them a shape. I'm growing them out. Don't take that many hairs off please" so what does she do? She takes off basically all the areas I told her not to. So basically all my progress is gone. My eyebrows grow pretty wide set. So for them to go from being on the thicker, blocky side, to thin eyebrows, is irritating. I do not recommend this place. read more
