What a game changer to get lash extensions from the Lash lounge. I loved it so much. I've even joined their monthly program. Maria is a fabulous senior tech. She's fast, meticulous, and ever so sweet. The salon is set up with lounge/beds in one large room. Each bed is separated by a thin curtain. The guests are very considerate of others. They normally have nice music playing in the background so don't be surprised if you fall asleep for the hour or so it takes to get your lashes. Since I'm now a regular, I typically schedule at least two appointments ahead so I can stay booked with Maria. Front desk staff is awesome & always quick to help. I've used other lash lounge salons when I'm traveling, but this location and Maria is definitely my favorite. read more

I found The Lash Lounge when I saw it near my dentist office one day and decided to check it out. I was skeptical of using a franchise but crossed my fingers and gave it a go. That was almost a year ago and I can report that overall I am a happy camper. I recommend the subscription in order to get the best value if you wear lashes regularly. I tried a few different stylists and now have Tory. I have been more than pleased with Tory, not only for her skill but also because of her pleasant nature and her level of customer service and professionalism. I was very pleasantly surprised when recently, I happened to mention a lack of satisfaction with the service received from a totally different stylist. Tory took it upon herself to follow up with administration which resulted in action that left me feeling like a valued customer. The shop environment is clean and pleasant as well and the front desk staff are always welcoming. I had the worst experience today. I made an 9am appointment for a lash tint service with the master stylist btw and I left looking worse than when I arrived. The stylist had the worst lack of care and integrity I've ever seen. I told her 3x's that I didn't like my brows and I was told that's just what it is. And there's nothing she can do to change it. I look like something off a horror movie. Will not be returning. I just don't have time is what I was told. read more

I'm very disappointed with my recent visit. My appointment took two hours because the technician was in training, yet I was originally told it would take about an hour. the final result was also unsatisfactory-the lashes didn't extent to the outer corners, making them look incomplete. I booked this appointment before a destination wedding so I wouldn't have to worry about my lashes, but they began falling out within two days. by the end of the week, about half were gone and they looked messy and uneven, even though I took proper care. Loved my lashes. I came in for a consult with Katarina because I had lashes from another salon. She was super helpful in helping me decide o. The type and volume of my lashes. I booked an appointment with her for Friday but they were able to get me in with another stylist on Monday. I got a hybrid level 2 that took about 1 hour and 40 minutes to complete including removing the old lashes. I was a bit shocked at the price. I honestly didn't find out the full price until I received the email that included the price plus deposit and tip. For some reason when given the price of $200 I assumed that my deposit would go towards that but I'd didn't. Not a huge deal because they didn't charge me to remove the old lashes and I do really like the work. Pros: the stylist was good and quick. The lashes are lightweight and I absolutely love the volume. Cons: you're asked if you want to leave a tip and a tipping guideline is on the desk by service and stylist level. I have no idea what level my stylist was so I probably short changed her a bit. Note to management: might be good to give the price and stylist level up front so there are no surprises Ana's the stylists aren't inadvertently short changed when it comes to tipping. That could potentially sour an otherwise great experience. I definitely plan to sign up for the membership. read more

I came in today for a lash lift and tint for my vacation next week and was scheduled with Haley. She did a phenomenal job! I've worked in lash studios before and have had a handle of bad experiences at other studios. I was really nervous to go in today because I didn't want anything ruined before our trip. Haley was amazing. She explained everything she was doing during the process and I NEVER felt discomforts! I've had multiple occasions where my eyes were pulled, lashes were yanked, my eyes were burning so much I would cry. Haley was gentle and approached everything professionally, she was also very cautious and asked multiple times to make sure I wasn't having issues. Been a regular to lash extensions for about 11 years- aware of care and taking care of them. My lash girl is away on a long vacation so I HAD to go elsewhere for a lash service, went to lash lounge and odd environment but front desk was friendly. Got my lashes....expensive but they worked, went back for my fill when time, the fill was way less full this go around and by the next day they were just falling off, I waited a few days to call as I had a crazy busy week with no spare time to go get them checked. I don't like to complain either so took a lot of courage to even call, I finally did a week after my appointment and I was offered $1 a lash to add to my current set. I missed the 3 day "window" for them to correct. (I get it but me living 45 minutes away with this crazy busy week I had, I missed the window of time, it's not like I'm asking about the windows of time you have to "complain" either ahead of time) My lashes are usually half the cost at my regular place with fuller sets than I ever got here. I decided this wasn't the place for me and to go elsewhere, felt like a money grab instead of customer service. read more

Would give zero stars if I could. Was told one price on phone then charged double that for service. Also was upcharged $75 for a master stylist who could supposedly add more lashes and make it Fuller. Lashes didn't even look full. Had to go back 2 days later for it to be fixed. Scheduling was super easy through their website. I got a lash lift done by Haley, and she was very helpful in guiding me through my first lash lift. She made sure to understand what kind of look I was going for before she got started. The whole process took about 45 minutes, and I experienced no pair or stinging at all. She told me the aftercare instructions (not getting them wet for 24 hours) and even gave me a plastic face shield to protect my lashes if I did need to take a shower. I typically never leave negative reviews but I am just so disappointed in the experience I had. My eyes were burning the entire time my stylist was doing my full set. Yes, I understand some people can be sensitive to some glues but I've had my lashes done more times than I can count at many different locations and I've never experienced this before. My stylist didn't take the extra precautions to make sure my eyes were totally shut during the set. I could feel the glue going in to my eye each time a hair was placed. I also have SEVERAL lashes that are glued to my skin and lash line instead of my actual lashes. I won't be holding my breath that these will hold up long. This morning I've woken up with two blood shot eyes. I wouldn't of expected this from a higher tier stylist. I won't be going back, needless to say. read more

New location in Frisco. I transferred to this location soon after it opened due to inconsistent service from another location. The atmosphere is great and the staff is very friendly and helpful! All of the tables are in the same room separated by a curtain. The tables adjust up and down, including tilting to allow your stylist the best angle. Eva is the only stylist I've used. She does a fantastic job! She washes my eyelash line and lashes before applying my extensions. This never happened at my previous location. Daily I receive compliments on my lashes and how natural and beautiful they look. Eva takes pride in her work and cares about my lash health to promote continual growth of my lashes. Highly recommend this location if you're looking for a caring staff and fabulous lashes!
