I decided to make a last minute appointment at the Lash Lounge while visiting Vegas for a family wedding. The receptionist was able to book me with one of the newer stylists, Julianna, for the next day. I was very pleased and surprised I was able to book a spot on such short notice! Overall, my experience was great! I loved the upbeat music played in the salon. Julianna was informative and did what I requested (a more natural, doe-eyed hybrid full set). I was very impressed! When I returned home, my set was still pretty full (with daily cleansing and brushing). I definitely recommend! read more

I wish I could give this business less than a star. DO NOT USE THE LASH LOUNGE! I went in last week for my first visit, a full new set of lashes. The technician was incredibly unknowledgeable about the lashes and could not answer many of my questions except to say "It's up to you." The lashes looked fine as I left the place, but when I woke up the next morning, most of the lashes on my right eye were gone. A few of them on my left eye had fallen out, and they looked horrible! I went into the salon, less than 24 hours after the initial set, and asked what they could do for me. I had the option of having them fixed or having them removed. I was leaving the next morning to fly out of town for a wedding. I opted to have them all removed, because I was afraid I'd get out of town and the rest of them would fall off. THEY REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY FOR LASHES (or what was left of them) THAT I HAD HAD ON FOR LESS THAN 24 HOURS! Not only that, but they failed to tell me that if I opted to take them off, the technician had trimmed my natural lashes, so they were now all very short and stubby! Horrible, horrible customer service. Horribly uninformed staff. Horrible product. Just horrible in every aspect. Please avoid this company! read more

I had an appointment today for the first time. My conference session was moved up an hour last minute, and I was no longer able to make it to my appointment. I figured they would charge me a cancellation fee, as it seems reasonable that I'm taking a stylist's time. But I found out it was a much heftier fee than what seems reasonable. I paid $75 for the cancelation. I sat down to compare reviews for this place to other businesses for lashes, and realized most places charge $25 at most. And ironically, those places like LivBayLash just down the street have far better and more reviews. I've tried a different location of LivBayLash and will continue sticking to them now. read more

Disclaimer: I've never had an allergic recation or irritation with lashes before. I went and got a full hybrid set the next day i woke up with red swollen eyes stuck together. The remainder of the day my eyes watered and were constantly sticking together. Those weren't the only issues I had. The lashes were applied messily. I called to ask for removal and They offered to do one complimentary. An hr later I received a phone call saying they can't offer a complimentary removal service or a refund from the first initial service. I'm Very disappointed. I'll start off by saying I never even received a service from this business. I had to cancel my appointment less than 24hrs due to scheduling conflicts. I was a first time customer and was hoping I could reschedule without being charged. Basically I was told that it doesn't matter if you're a brand new customer or a long time customer. (something to think about if you do go there). It applies to everyone. Okay, fine. I agreed to pay the late fee. Fast forward to later in the day the lash studio called me again to tell me they were charging me the FULL amount for being a no-show. Checked my bank, they charged me the full amount. I then have to call them back and tell a new employee about my entire conversation with the manager earlier that day. Was charged the full amount, refunded it back and then recharged the late fee all within 10 minutes. Overall, I was just turned off that they couldn't make an exception for a new customer. And then, how they just carelessly charge and refund and re charge. I thought that was ridiculous. After reading some of the other reviews, I'm glad I didn't end up going here. Nothing personal, just am not a fan of their policy and how they handle things. read more

Charlene was absolutely the sweetest and patient Eye Lash artist I've had! I came to her with lashes that were done elsewhere, glue stuck to my actual eyelid and just a mess. She was very sweet, we agreed that she would remove them, and then I would let my eyelashes rest for five days. I then came back, and she spent so much time making them look beautiful! I have found, a new lash artist! The staff is so sweet, it's very clean and even the bathroom looks and smells pretty. read more

I would give a big zero if possible but...no options for that. Well, I came to "the lash lounge" in Henderson to get a new set of lashes. unfortunately all my lashes fell out within 5 days. I spoke with the lash lounge and they refused to rectify the situation. I sent pictures of my lashes for proof and they just refused to accommodate me in anyway. Needless to say I am very disappointed, apparently this is how they conduct business. It's so sad nowadays nobody stands behind their business. I had an event to attend and I wanted to have lashes so I went to cherry lash lounge...WOW so much better. They got me right in, I have lashes, and they lasted 3 weeks. Went in for a full volume set. Loved my stylist. My lashes looked great. However, after leaving the salon clusters began coming off. Lash fall out is normal. However I woke up the next morning and cleaned my lashes about 10 clusters came off my right eye and a few from my left eye. I called the salon. They were able to get me in and stated it would be free. Once I arrived the salon admitted to having humidity issues which is fine as long as they fix the issue that was fine. I left the salon with not completely full lashes but no gaps. Two days later I had pretty much no lash extensions left on either eye. I called the salon. The receptionist was nice and explained that she would give my information to the manager and she would give me a call back. She also explained again about a humidity problem. Next day I get a call. They want to offer for me to come in and get another fill. However I had no eyelash extension left at that point so it would be a new set. I am also a full time working mom of 3 boys and I can't just stop my life for eye lashes. I have responsibilities. I explained that to the manager. She said she does not do refunds but would give me a $50 voucher to help cover any future service. $50 is not even enough to cover a volume fill let alone a full set. I paid over $200 for a full set with tip. I was excited to try a new lash studio. After having lashes for 8 years I didn't think this would happen. It is very unfortunate and I do wished it worked out because my stylist was very nice. Hope this helps future clients! read more

First, all of the ladies who work here are SO kind and professional. My first (and last) time to come I had a mega volume fill and was not happy with the results. The girl who did my fill was brand new at doing mega volume lashes and not certified yet, and was trying her hardest and did her best I could tell, so I didn't have the heart to tell her when she was finished and showed me, that it's not what I'm used to my mega volume fills to look like. I felt bad after I left and didn't know what to do about it, and was just planning to book next available appointment at Town Square where I usually go even though I have to wait two weeks to get in there.. but then Lash Lounge sent me a text asking if I was happy with the service, I texted back that to be honest I was not, and immediately received a phone call from the manager who was very understanding and helpful and offered to book me the next week with a more experienced girl who had been doing lashes for a while, at half the price, and offered to give me a free lash cleanser. That seemed fair to me, since I was only charged half the price originally because the girl was in training, so paying total full price for a true mega fill would have worked for me, and I was planning to sign up for their membership that day as well. The day before my appointment I received a text that they could no longer give me half off, but $10 off, so instead of $125 it would have been $115 which my normal place Town Square is only $95. I was confused about why the price had changed and asked for the manager to call, and found out that the owners of the salon had seen my half price appointment on the books, and did not approve it, even though the manager told them that she had spoke to me and already promised me half price. The owners thought that the photos they saw of my mega fill looked like they should. I took my own photos 6 days after my fill at Lash Lounge (in photo), and then after Lash Daddy fixed it also (see collage comparison). Since I was planning on coming back to Lash Lounge for them to fix my lashes, I hadn't booked for Town Square, and couldn't go 2 more weeks with naked eyes so I looked for a place that could take me same day and found Lash Daddy. They did a GREAT job and I walked out with lashes that I'm used to getting from Brea at Town Square, and was only charged $90. They also told me that if I wasn't happy in the next two days, or lost lashes for any reason, to come in and they would fix it free of charge. This is how I feel that a service based, small clientele business should operate to be successful- make sure that their clients are happy with the results and if they aren't find a fair way to fix it.. And also stick to that plan and not go back on their promise. Marciela I see your response, yes I was contacted the day after my appointment, but no I was NOT offered a free fix to which I declined. I was offered half price with an artist more experienced, to which I accepted and Lash Lounge rescinded their offer to fix me at half price the day before my fix appointment. read more

BEWARE of the fine print when getting a subscription here. The first issue with the company's policy is if you miss an appointment once they will charge you for it even if you have a valid reason for not making it. They don't give you a chance. Then, they ask you to come 15 minutes early when I do and I don't even get seen until 5-10 minutes later. Why not give us a credit $ back when we are not seen on time. Also, the waiting area is so small that people have to wait standing because the customers come in early and they have to wait. Finally, I decided to cancel my membership and was told I was still going to have to pay $179 due to the 30 day notice! If I want to cancel means I don't want to spend anymore of my money to give to your company. Now I will have credit to buy products or goods I don't want or gift cards to give which I would never want to give anyone because I don't want anyone to think I believe in your company. No thank you! I wish I would have read a review about the subscription before I got it and that is why I am writing this so the new customers don't get surprised like I did! read more

this company is a rip off my lashes look like crap. I've been sitting in there for almost 4 hours for one set of lashes. I was told a mixture of the classic and hybrid to make my eyelashes for wig cost $89 !! all of a sudden they're $89 went to $99 saying that they're hybrids and classics are different prices , so what they told me I was getting it's not what I got. I got lashes that I could've done myself at home and better than what I have and I am licensed cosmetologist and also a certified lash girl as well. do not go there they will try and upsell you and lie to you and argue with you. I saw on Instagram they have trainee lash techs so I decided to help someone out and book. I came in on Sunday at 4pm and didn't leave until 8pm. I was here almost 4 hours getting my lashes done and the final look wasn't close to anything I had described to the girl. I asked for a hybrid/dramatic look. I know the look I wanted wasn't going to be 100% achieved, but it wasn't even close. The ends of my eyes and the corners have no lashes and I only have lashes in the middle of my eyes. Today I went in for a consultation to "fix" my lashes and I declined it on arrival and just wanted my money back instead. The staff offered me to fix my lashes but with another TRAINEE. I declined and stated I don't have another 4 hours to waste. After going back and forth about my refund ($50) the "manager" said she would call the owner and get back to me. (I still haven't received a call back about my refund) Later the lash trainer came out and again we were going back and forth about the lashes and how the lash tech is a trainee, the weather, the humidity, my fluttering eyes, etc. Just excuses after excuses. She even stated to me that they tell there students not to put lashes on the ends or corners of the eyes because those lashes are weak. It was such a bad experience I would not recommend booking their trainee service or even with there "certified lash techs". My lashes are embarrassing and can't believe they allow this kind of work to be done on clients. Their workers are placing the blame on the customer for the horrible work their students are doing. Book somewhere else and pay the extra cost. read more

Crazy for staying a member too long. I finally cancelled my membership! The last few times I came my lashes were not to my expectations. The lashes were not only falling off, they were going in different directions. I told the front desk and the lash tech but no offers to get redone or fix. Wow that's what I get for being a long time loyal member! To make matters worst, I cancelled my membership and noticed I had earned $100+ points. I asked how can I use it and they informed me that you cant redeem the points at the Henderson location. Wow, then why show it on the customer account if it doesn't mean anything. Other lash places have point system and you can use it towards product or lash discounts. So people beware before you sign up. read more
