I live in San Antonio, but made the trip because there just wasn't anyone here that had as good of work as Tiffany. I came with my friends and she was able to do 3 of us in one day! Two of us did microblading and the other one did ombré. Since it was 3 of us, Tiffany used her time wisely so that we weren't stuck there forever waiting. She mapped out the brows one of us, numbed the area, and while one of us was waiting for the numbing cream to kick in, she mapped someone else's brows. I feel like the brow mapping took longer than the actual microblading because Tiffany is such a perfectionist. She really wants to make your brows twins (which is almost naturally impossible lol), but Tiffany makes it possible!!! She played around with the shapes and asked what I preferred, but also made suggestions that compliment my face shape. Tiffany also looked at my friend (with a darker complexion) and straight up told her that microblading would be a waste of her money and that she should do ombré. She's so honest and won't take your money or let you waste your money on something that isn't going to last. Honesty and decency is hard to find nowadays, and Tiffany is the sweetest and most honest business person I have met. I LOVE my brows and cannot wait for them to heal and see their full potential!

I have been a loyal customer for 2 years and I always get a "Brazilian" or "Armpit" wax. My last…read morevisit I wanted to do a full bikini and it was brought to my attention that the labia hair is not removed after my appointment. I felt uncomfortable and called to request a clean up. They told me moving forward if I want all hair removed from the front they will charge me for a brazilian ($65) which in my opinion is "cutting corners" with pricing and service. Reason being is that I do NOT want a butt strip. At European Wax Center they only charge me ($56) for a FULL bikini up to my standards. I also came by today wanting to purchase their "clarifying" spray because I do enjoy their line of products. The front desk lady had no interest on helping me look for the product and I walked out without my purchase I wanted. I'am disappointed with the company and will no longer be giving my business here. While scrolling through Yelp, I found this place. Their work looked beautiful, communication was easy, and I was able to get an appointment. I asked for a wispy wet set. I do feel like it's partly on me for not speaking up before I left, but I was running late for the wedding because the appointment took longer than I expected. I really wanted to love my lashes, but they weren't what I was hoping for. They felt very stiff, and it seemed like several extensions were stuck together. They poked my eyes when I blinked, looked clumped rather than wispy, and I couldn't brush through them to separate them. I even waited more than three days before getting them wet because I was worried about them, but many of the extensions still fell out without me rubbing or touching my eyes. At this point, I'm almost afraid to and I'm honestly embarrassed that I spent $130 just to feel like I look goofy on my birthday. I was really looking forward to feeling confident, and instead I feel self-conscious every time I look in the mirror and i feel like I have to hide them behind eyeliner.
