Paid $150 for the hybrid lash extensions and every single lash fell off before a week. Yes, they were stunning for the first day. I did not take a shower or wash my lashes for 24 hours after getting them done. The next day I tried cleansing my lashes with the horrifically overpriced ($20) cleansing foam (that burned my eyes) and tiny lash cleaning brush (the brush's bristles fell out when I tried cleaning it....cheaply made). One or two lashes fell out after this first washing and I thought that was okay. Four days after getting the extensions pretty much all of the lashes were falling out. The glue they used when putting on the lashes made my eyes burn, it was really uncomfortable. This was a total ripoff, I've had friends get their lashes done for cheaper (at least $50 less) and theirs lasted much longer than mine! read more

I've been going to Lash Lounge for a couple months now and have had three different people do my lash extensions. Jennifer is amazing, Kristen is pretty good, but I didn't like my recent session with Marissa. The lashes turned out fine, but the session was not pleasant. First off, she didn't wear a mask, and it was pretty uncomfortable feeling and smelling her breath throughout the session. I've had many services on my face from facials, to chemical peels, eyebrow waxing, and electrolysis and even pre-Covid the esthetician always wore a mask. When they are that close to your face for that long it seems the most hygienic option and a best practice. Also, Marissa did things in different order then both of the other girls, put the stickers on my eyelids and peeled them off multiple times and pressed on my face multiple times for leverage which was awkward. Needless to say I won't book with her again and will only go to Jennifer moving forward. read more

This is a long overdue review. As much as I love the initial chic flare that I feel with lashes, I've attempted to give Lash Lounge numerous chances (11 services to be exact). Lashes do not last longer than a week and often begin falling out within an hour of service. The staff makes excuses and or questions clients when expressing concern for quick fall out (I've even been whispered about and or lectured by the staff as I'm getting my service done). The cost is high for something very temporary and regardless of what the staff says, your natural lashes will be impacted by extensions. Improvements in professionalism, the product, and overall service experience need much improvement. read more

This place is clean, modern and slick. Having to lie down for several hours was a breeze in the comfy loungers. However, the choice of music wasn't the best. The lady next to me also didn't help with her constant complaining about the music, too. So please change the music too appeal to everyone. The technician even mentioned that the same music keeps playing over and over again since opened. Because of the modern look you can basically hear every conversation. My daughter's lashes turned out phenomenal. Mine.... Still debating. This is the first time getting it done. I can see a difference in quality and placement from mine and my daughters but, then again they're still practicing which I'm sure will only get better over time. read more

Robyn did a Classic with long lashes for me last weekend. The lashes look beautiful! My favorite thing is how patient and helpful both Robyn and Brittany (in front) were with explaining the different looks to me and making sure I was getting what I wanted. Robyn was great with her after care instructions making sure I knew how to take good care of my lashes to help them last. The bed/set up is comfy and the music is fun, I was able to relax and fell asleep. Expect the lashes to take between 1.5-2 hours. They are very professional here and fair pricing. read more

I used to get my lashes done with someone in Garden Groove but having to drive all the way there every two weeks became tiresome. So, I was so happy to see a good lash shop open up in long beach. I tried out a couple of the artist here, but once I got Jenny I know she was the one for me lol. Everyone is always so friendly and professional. Always so quick to answer any questions or issues if they come up. Parking is a little tricky, but I'm use to it because I'm from long beach. I just park around the residential area and walk to the shop. I became a member after my first visit and I don't regret it! Came last week for a classic set and I honestly wished I stuck with my old lash tech. It took the lash tech an hour and 45 min to do just a classic set. It's been a couple days since and the lashes have already been falling out. But overall the lashes looked okay, definitely not worth the price. You're better off finding a free Lance lash tech that could do a classic set for cheaper. read more
