The receptionist and the manager were very, very rude acting very bougie like they're better than everybody. Also I would not suggest this place to a young crowd because it's more for older women that want a more natural looking eyelash and they use fake classic synthetic lashes they don't use the good expensive ones they just use the cheap stuff so I would highly suggest not to come here. The service is awful but my lash tech was very sweet other than that it was awful No I didn't say anything about real animal hair....now the owner is trying to make me look stupid just so they can look like they're actually run a good business which in reality the honesty don't!! Yes I paid $50 to be in Lash model....the lashes that they used or not good quality at all They were very cheap and synthetic... and I was very unhappy with my service so I asked for my money back and they only gave me $10 back because of the products that they used on me which was absolutely ridiculous. If a customer is not happy and I had to have them take them off and I walked in without lashes and I walked out without lashes as well, so there was no reason why they kept my money. They should've just kindly issued me a refund with no questions asked, but no they do not care about their customers they just care about the money and that's it!! read more

I hardly ever give businesses negative reviews and really wish things had worked out with Lash Lounge. I enjoyed my experience with Jenny, but am beyond frustrated and disappointed with the salon manager's response to my refund request after getting my eyelids glued together multiple times, having multiple natural lashes glued to a single lash extension and having large fans twist and get into my eyeballs less than a week after my appointment and being paired with a stylist I told the front desk was not a match for me. I have wasted a lot of time and money dealing with poor lash application, and was unfortunately paired with another stylist after specifically requesting Jenny. To make matters worse, the stylist I was paired with is one I told a front desk employee that her work was not a match for me since she would get glue in my eyes, glue my eyelids shut and attach multiple natural lashes to a single extension. I was so shocked to be working with her again after my request, but decided to give her a chance even though I was nervous because I didn't have time to reschedule my monthly appointment. I have nothing personal against the stylist, she is really sweet, but seems to have difficulties working with my lashes. Sure enough, things didn't go well. Following an appointment gone wrong, the manager comped my service to remove some lashes that made it feel as if my eyelids were ripping every time I closed my eyes. I went in again to try to fix the aesthetics of my lashes on another comped appointment because they were way too long and had fans with 4+ lashes when I requested a hybrid look. Jenny had tried as best as she could to fix my lashes, but we only had 30 minutes and I needed a complete redo to get things back to how I normally did them. Although the services were comped, I still tipped all three people (original stylist and the two who tried their best to repair it), but unfortunately, the stylist who fixed my lashes last said she had to use 11s so it would blend with what's on there. I had spoken to the manager to request a credit on my account for all the money I had paid I tips to get my lashes fixed. She at first said "we comped this appointment" and I expressed to her that I was hoping for another credit, because the last appointment was to fix work I wasn't happy with. She said "we added a credit to your account, but let us know if it doesn't show up because of your billing cycle date. I had assumed she meant she added an additional credit to my account, as it would be ridiculous to to charge someone for a corrective appointment (i.e. a hair salon charging to fix their streaky dye job). I was really uncomfortable with the length of the lashes after they were fixed, but tried to live with them. When I finally decided they needed to go, no one at Lash Lounge could take me, so I had to pay to go somewhere to get my lashes redone. I am very happy with the results from the new company and know that I will receive the same quality next time too since there's just one stylist there. After the whole ordeal with Lash Lounge, I was sick of wasting time and money and requested a refund from for the two services on my account. The manager claimed nothing could be done because of my contract and also claimed I only had one credit on my account instead of two. Because of my conversation with her today, I felt compelled to write a Yelp review to warn others about my experience and hope this will prevent others from having to pay for work that should be taken care of by a company that provides good customer service. read more

After a nightmare experience at La Noir lashes I was so happy with my experience at the lash lounge! Jasmine helped answered all of my questions and even informed me of how the practices they used at la noir (attaching multiple lashes to one real lash) was very damaging! My stylist never showed up to my appointment... I showed up 5min early to the front desk telling me my stylist would be in soon and take me back. I found it a bit odd my stylist had not arrived in 5min early to prep herself and her station... but I said ok and took a seat. At the time of my appointment the front desk reception tells me they will call/txt my stylist to find out where she is. No response. 5min after the front desk asks one woman in the back if she can take me, it's a no. Front desk then comes back and tells me I can wait longer to see if my stylist will come but nobody is available to help me if not. I then decided to leave as I wasn't waisting more of my time waiting for someone who isn't aware of time or the clientele they are trying to build. The excuse I was given was my stylist must of "not know she was scheduled." To me this is not an excuse, and if this is a problem the business runs into maybe they need a system that confirms stylist are aware of newly added appointments... why would I want to schedule another appointment and possibly waste my time with nobody showing up and such poor excuses. I got my lashes done for my wedding and they listened and made them as natural as possible! I never have done lashes before and purely got them done for the sake of not wearing mascara the day of my wedding and also had a great experience. Side note, 2 hours on my first appointment is a bit daunting for a newbie but overall love this local spot! People constantly ask if they are real or fake which is perfect for me since I don't want them looking too unrealistic. Highly recommend! read more

The staff here is extremely friendly and the place is clean! However, i wasn't in love with my lashes. She Applied them very well but it was not what i asked for AT ALL. Fuck no will I be coming back to this place. I got charged $45 to remove a 4 week fill. I had almost no lashes on my left eye and my right eye definitely did NOT have 50% of them on. Literally got robbed from this place. Because of my disappointment with the results (It barely looked like I got a lift), I was told my only option was to return within 24 hours to redo the lift and they would give me another girl in training. I reluctantly agreed only because I would be traveling which was the purpose for the service. I called the next day before my 10 AM appointment and told the manager I was not confident having another trainer. Sharon, the manager, was sympathetic and agreed to do my lift. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and her response was confident. Upon arrival, she offered me a blanket, which I appreciated since that was not offered the first time. I asked her what size rod she would be using. Her response was she will look at my lashes and decide. From that point it was pretty quiet throughout most of the service. She never did answer my question-- I don't even know what size rod she used. When done, she gave me a mirror to look at it. My eyes were a bit blurry, but appeared to look better. They tell you the curl will come out more as the day goes on. Later that day, as the lash hairs adjusted, I noticed: 1) that the lashes were not all on the same plane (uneven/forward and back), 2) on each eye some lashes crossed, 3) not lifted and spread out. I don't know if this was Sharon's fault or a result due to the original lift. My daughter looked at me and pointed out the same issues I saw. I have before and after pictures to document, but don't want to post here for privacy. Sadly, it did not compare to the photo I showed Sharon. The next day I was with a friend and mentioned I had a lash lift. Her comment: "Really? It doesn't look like you even had one." Not what I expected to hear. That confirmed and justified my overall disappointment. $$ down the drain. So, three positive stars for offering the redo, a more comfortable experience and attempting to make it better. A friendly reminder to my female followers not to get eye lash extensions. When u really think about the concept of gluing fake lashes to such sensitive area as eyes is weird and unnatural. All lash adhesives have cyanoacrylate which causes eyes to get red swollen itchy. I made a mistake of getting lashes done at this salon and not only they look unnatural and weird but my eyelids are in pain from all the glue used, some of it is sticking my lashes together as it was poorly applied. I had to buy a bunch of medicine to help my eyes heal and I'm waiting for the salon to find time to take the lashes off since they're irritating my eyes so much. So please don't waste your money and health on fake lashes. Your natural beauty is more than enough. I'd recommend natural eyelash serums and supplements if you'd like to grow your lashes longer read more

I just received the free lash service as the estheticians here are still in the process of getting certified. Molly did an INCREDIBLE job on my lashes!! I already had long lashes, so I decided to get a lash lift instead of the lash extensions. The service time is shorter and the upkeep and care is a lot easier than extensions! Molly was very sweet to me throughout the whole process and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The ladies working at the front desk were very welcoming and nice to me as well. I've been going to Lash Lounge for several months now and can't say enough great things about this place, from the front desk ladies to my AMAZING lash stylist Jen!! I've been getting my lashes done for about 1.5 years now at multiple salons and with several different people and I must say this place, hands down, knocks every other lash boutique out of the water! I'll never go to another place. They are clean, affordable, accommodating, and knowledgable about their lashes. Jen is by far the best lash stylist there is; she knows exactly what I want and does my lashes beautifully every time. I love the full volume look Jen does for me, she takes her time and always makes sure I like it in the end. I believe the membership is completely worth getting when you have a stylist like her. I've been going here for over a year now. They are magicians with the schedule and work really hard to get me in with my crazy schedule. Shout out to Sharon for the help! The lounge is very safe, sanitized and masks are worn 24/7 and when they were open there were never more than 4 people in the whole place. I generally LOVE the Lash Lounge, and my eyelashes do look good. However, I chose a rating of 4 stars because I believe that I paid too much for a beginner stylist. My daughter also got her lashes done by a beginner stylist at the Lash Lounge in Orange, about 8 months ago and she only paid $25. I think paying almost $100 was a bit too much for someone who took almost 3 hours to apply lashes, especially because my lashes are so sparse; there weren't many for her to put on to begin with... Also, I think my lower lashes were trimmed, because they stuck to the tape and I don't know how she got them off but in the mirror my lower lases seem a little short in some spots. Lastly, she admitted that she couldn't get the glue to hold, and so it was clear she was struggling. ----------------------------------- I appreciate your response, but we heard someone reprimand her and tell her that it shouldn't have taken almost 3 hours.  As for my lower lashes I'll take another look and maybe even a picture to better show you what I'm talking about. It's possible that I'm wrong but that's just what it looked like right after I had gotten it done Either way I made sure to tip her for her time. And I used to be a member so I definitely know what it feels like to get your lashes done, and to get them done properly. She didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. Made my first appointment with this place and was looking forward to going since I was leaving for Italy in two weeks. Unfortunately I was running late and I called them to let them know. They said I was okay as long as it did not exceed 15 minutes past my appointment time. Needless to say when I arrived the ladies were very rude to me after I rushed to get there through heavy traffic and then just dismissed me very arrogantly!!! The lady that was talking to me just asked me if I had makeup on and I told her I had nothing on my lashes. She proceeded to take a cloth to my eye and angrily said I don't have time to clean your face, OMG!!!!!!! I had no mascara on lady!!! So she went on to say I cannot work on you!! I then walked out! I will never go back and would never refer anyone to go here!! No potential customer should ever be treated like this if they are going to be paying as much as what they are charging!!! I have worked in sales for over 30 years and have never treated customers like these ladies did yesterday!!! Stay away from this place!! Ridiculous! I made an appointment for a hybrid full set and got an email saying my appointment was cancelled. Understandable, there could've been an issue with the technician. So I called and rescheduled for a different day. Then the next day (the day of my appointment) I get the same email saying my appointment was cancelled, and a follow up email stating they had tried to reach out to reschedule, which they did not! So I called a again trying to reschedule. Rachel picked up the phone, I explained to her my appointment got cancelled, and she said that the technician had an emergency. I told her, I don't need a specific technician, I just need my lashes done as soon as possible. She offers an appointment Tuesday, but I explain I need them before Monday (I scheduled the appointment this weekend on purpose) and all she says is, "Well, have a nice day." Extremely unprofessional and rude. Total lack of customer service and regard for customers. I am glad they cancelled my appointment. read more

I just had my first appointment with the Lash Lounge today, they got me in with super short notice which was amazing! I also signed up with the first timer deal online and received a prompt call from Sharon getting me in. My lash tech Jasmine was amazing. She was super gentle because I was still healing from a nose surgery so she was very careful not to bump it. My lashes came out exactly how I wanted them when she asked me!
