I'm actually going to delete this review after the owner gets a chance to read this because they did change the misleading text and $149 is not a bad price for lashes. What upset me was the audacity of trying to say the normal price was $300 for a classic natural lash look. That is outrageous. I would have appreciated you honoring what the text message said for at least one of the appointments I was scheduling. What it says was misleading. Not your employee calling me saying I read it wrong and just getting off the phone and canceling the appointments. The 15 percent off the $149 price discount you told her to offer wasn't until after she had already just said to me I read it wrong, getting off the phone, and canceling the appointments. At that point I was already aggravated with the initial response. I'm glad you changed the wording to something that isn't misleading. read more

Have a hybrid membership wanted to upgrade to mega. Also I have colored lashes in the corners of my eyes. They don't carry colored lashes so instead of replacing them with black she left it like it was. Scarce and thin on the corners and the mega volume looks like a regular volume. Very unsatisfied. Where's the cat eye? Also wasn't made aware of the extra charges prior to service. read more

I am honestly just sad at the lack of compassion that I have been receiving from the people here. Their scheduling system is REALLY messed up. It's happened twice where they book my appointment two weeks in advance, I show up, and they apologize that my appointment for the fill has been booked incorrectly so then they have to schedule me in for another day. If things are booked in advance, why can't they just call me ahead to let me know rather than wait for me to make the drives? They didn't think of the time I took out of my day to drive half an hour to see them. I moved things around my schedule for them. I asked to cancel my membership and they said they are going to refund me my 4 credits. Let's just hope that is actually true... I've lost all hope in them at this point. read more

Poor management / customer service My daughter's been to the lash lounge 3 times so far for lash fills, and unfortunately each time was worse than the previous. Most of the issues were really with the front office and management so I'll start there. We were initially happy with the service, but the quality also declined each time we came back so given the customer service is so bad it's really not worth coming back anymore... Bad management, customer service, and sketchy administrative practices: don't just take our word for it, read the other bad reviews from other people. So for weekend appointments, they require $75 deposits just to hold the appointment which is fine, but whenever we pay at the actual appointment they charged us the full amount on top of that. Initially we didn't notice, but once at home we realized we were overcharged since they didn't apply the deposit we already paid. THIS HAPPENED EACH TIME and had we not flagged it, they probably wouldn't have said anything. We had to chase it down over multiple calls, where the receptionist said she had to get approval to refund us the money and also that it was a glitch in the system. The same scenario happened a month later. This time, the receptionist "processed" a refund while we were in store with them which was pending in our bank account for 2 days, but the pending refund disappeared completely after that. Lash lounge said we need to check with our bank and there was nothing they could do, which we did and our bank said there's a small possibility that it was still pending but it was odd that the refund disappeared unless lash lounge pulled back the refund altogether. When we spoke to the receptionist at lash lounge we told them we'd be disputing what they overcharged as fraud if we didn't see the refund come through, and that very night around midnight the refund was processed again through lash lounge. We'll never know for sure what actually happened, but seemed sketchy and they definitely are aware of how they overcharge deposits since the receptionists keep blaming their processing system (there are other reviews that say similar things too). Quality of service: Jenna did my daughters lash fill most recently and not only were the fills done unevenly on the ends, but they literally started falling off the next day, and were almost completely gone in less than a week. Honestly we would have paid more attention at the appointment, but we're so preoccupied with how they overcharged again that we were distracted. Don't go here. read more

Amazing staff and location! Kareymi has been an angel! (Btw, I get my lashes permed) She always checks in and is transparent about every step which is so nice because I can definitely get startled. Also! I have super sensitive eyes and she has been very sweet and accommodating in regards to the bright light when I have to look back for the bottom lashes to be secured. My experience was amazing and relaxing. I had the senior stylist Cindy and she really took my vision to life. I didn't really know what to get so I had her choose for me and she really knows what's she doing. The lashes were what i exactly wanted , full but not heavy and long and fitted my eye shape. I really recommend Cindy not only of her skills but she is SO FAST especially someone like me who doesn't like laying still for too long she can get a full set done in about an 1 hour. also she's really gentle when applying the lashes. I got a mega foreign fill at this location Tuesday 10/3. These picture were taken next day 10/4 6pm A lot of my lashes weren't filled. When you have mega lashes you can see the gaps where a lash should have been placed but didn't. I'm so upset because lashes are expensive I paid $135. I was surprised on how fast she worked(fills usually take 1.5- 2 hr) and then come to realize it was half ass'ed. She was done within 40 mins. DONT COME HERE! It's a waste of money and time.
