Both were at the store this evening. I know this store can off a bit.. well, I saw a possible reason why. There are a lot of parents that bring their kids in and when the kids out number the adults or the adults don't mind their kids, it creates chaos in the store. If you do this. Stop. Anyways, I would be pissed off too working if I had to throw away thousands of dollars of merchandise or redo displays because somebody destructive tornado decided Sephora is a place for play and sensory fun. The kids in there were absolutely awful. I don't even think the ladies bought anything. Today, Ezra patiently helped me pick out items. She was gracious and so patient. Please ask for her! Eventually, I received a FORM letter by text which was back-dated and addressed to "Doctor" and requesting blood test and an EKG, just 5 days before the scheduled surgery. On the day before the scheduled surgery, I received a second text canceling the surgery because his office hadn't received the blood test and EKG that we were asked for just 5 days earlier.
