First time this skyline supply. I have heard a lot about this place from my co workers and i thoughnit was gonna be big but when i visited it wasn't as big as I thought it could be giving the reputation it has nether the less it was small. They have pretty decent amount of regular/get/dip/and acrylic but the price was a little too high compare to other places.. 9/11/21 Wanted to see just what was in this store and for what price. To my surprise, the place is temporarily closed on Saturday. The Graham Center is across the street from Graham Plaza, but I hardly go to this Center. I might try this place again on Sunday, but we will have to wait and see. read more

I feel like it's best to just order your products online. The acrylic powders don't have protective seals on them after you open them. The staff isn't really helpful unless you're Asian, they only speak to the Asian people that come in if you aren't Asian they pretty much neglect you and don't acknowledge you at the counter but they do acknowledge the Asian people that come up to the counter. The prices are pretty high also they don't carry a lot of nail art options. All they have is monomer in plastic bottles with no official label so there's really no way to really know if it's EMA or MMA. I say stick to ordering your products online from the company itself. read more

DISCRIMINATION? No pricing on the shelves or product. Prices are made up depending who comes to the register. Every time I go, the prices for the same thing are different. If you are not Vietnamese... well, you get my drift. Someone should file a discrimination complaint. read more

Great place to get nail polish! They offer OPI for only $5, normally $8 at salons. They usually have every color available. Staff is nice, store is messy and seems unorganized but they sell products and equipment for salons. If you are in need for some nail polish, nail files, remover, etc - this is the place to go!! read more

This place is great! I will definitely be driving to Falls Church for my nail supplies from now on! I visited here today to find colored acrylic powder (specialty product that you can't find at too many places). I wasn't there very long before someone approached me and asked if they could help me find anything. Everyone who works here is super-friendly and helpful. I was very impressed. The store itself might strike you as disorganized if you are thinking "Ulta" or something along those lines, but as far as beauty supply stores go (meaning those that cater to professionals), this place is very clean/neat. I bought a nail dry machine called Color Club with 6 month warranty. The machine did not work after 2 months. I brought it to the store, but they did not exchange for me. They told me call the company. I called company, but no help. I would not recommend this store and this Color Club company. Bad product, bad service. read more

I see there's a lot of negative reviews and honestly I don't really know why people need to be catered to so heavily when they're shopping. I've never had any issues when I shop here I go in I mind my business I have a question I'll ask the woman behind the counter and every time I've asked a question they always help me and have no issue helping me. There are no prices listed on the shelves of anything but in my honest opinion I feel like the items are fairly priced. If you shop on any of these nail distribution websites they really tax on the websites in comparison to the store I got five nail decal stickers each priced at I think $.99 whereas if I would've ordered the same stickers online they were five dollars apiece. I got the actual best acrylic brush from the store as well. I got a wooden handled size 12 Kolinsky brush and it is by far the best brush I've ever used. The store though is very unorganized you do have to go in there and just pretty much scavenger around I will say that they always have new shipments coming in there's always people all over the place and it is kind of a mess I'm not going to lie but all these reviews over the people being so rude and accusing this business of discrimination I disagree read more

it's certainly a useful spot to have around when you need something last minute, ASSUMING YOU CAN EVEN GET IN THERE. their posted business hours don't mean a got-damn thing. i hung around outside for a good 30mins past their stated opening time, and no one ever showed up to open the store. i've shopped there several times in the past and i've usually found whatever i needed, but the prices aren't indicated and they've been different every time i've gone. hella annoying. i try to stock up on all my essentials online so i never need to come to this only-sometimes-open store. read more

There was no sign of "Final sale or No Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy" anywhere. Usually beauty supply stores have 30 days of original purchase date return policy, but this US Skyline Beauty Supply store, Falls Church, Va. doesn't allow it even with proof of receipt. I came in a day after, with a receipt after purchasing many new polish bottles and wanted to return/exchanged them after realizing I picked the wrong colors. He said that those aren't his polishs and old. That upset me the most and that's BS. They should have be more organized and labeled each item to avoid the mistakes they've made. Instead of labeling himself a liar and rapaciousness sale person in the customers' eyes. The whole idea is you can't decline when your customer have a receipt and blame the customers directly for returning an item. This location has a great selection of nail supplies. It was great because I didn't not need my license to purchase the products I needed unless I wanted the discount. Great variety. It was like nail HEAVEN. The only cons about this store is the aisles are a little narrow so if it's crowded (which it was) or if they are replenishing inventory, it can be a little crowded. Other costumers barely say excuse me when walking by (but that's not the stores fault) Was asked if I needed help by an associate which is always a plus. I discovered this place by accident. Most of their customers seem to be professional nail techs and salons, but they sell to consumers as well. All their nail polish is discounted. OPI and CND are $5.25 a bottle. The place is a little messy and they're always in the middle of unpacking, but the people are nice. They have OPI, Essie, CND, China glaze, Orly, Color Club, Sation and I think I've seen some Jade and maybe even New York Color. The OPI is prominently displayed but they also have racks for the China Glaze and CND. There are little displays of the Essie and Orly on the counters, but the bulk of the polishes are in boxes on shelves throughout the store. The Essie polishes are especially hard to find since they're all in boxes. You can usually find the latest Essie collections, but finding a specific polish from an earlier collection will be nearly impossible. Don't go in expecting to find exactly what you want, but if you're open to browsing and getting a good deal on nail polish, this is the place. I should mention that the parking lot is a disaster and it's sometimes a challenge getting into and out of the lot. read more

In my opinion, this place is really having trouble with customer service. I'm not sure who the owner is but it seems like the shop is run by brothers and sisters. The guys are very nice, and they always ask me what I need when they see me looking for something. Yet some of the ladies (an older women and another one; I'm not sure what their names are) working at register always give me an attitude when I ask them nicely to show me some of the stuff they store inside the glass shelf at the register. I would say they sell a lot of good products which are hard to find somewhere else in Virginia, but it seems like they're only nice to nails salon owners who buy a lot of stuff from this nails supply shop. Maybe they're too busy and tired (in fact, when I came there, the shop was not that crazy busy) but at least try to work professionally by not giving customers an attitude when they need something from you and they pay for it. read more

Don't buy products from here, most of the products are not original and have additives which are not safe. Their store has a bunch of the Young Nails products but Young Nails does NOT sell ANY of their products in store hence the face all their acrylics come with no seals . Like seriously this place does not even have prices lacked you have to ask someone and everyone gives you a different answer ! Luckily the person I had was cool and let me know that if I come back and get anyone but that person that I could not get a refund because everyone else does not let you . I bought a dip powder kit from here but left to Puerto Rico the next day ( just adding this info for background information), when I got back I used their kit on someone and everything was burning my eyes so bad that I could not finish the service. It was the same affect as if you put onions too close to your eyes . Every nail I did I was having to take a break because my eyes were burning so bad . I was overdue on there exchange policy which was 7 days so I wasted a lot of money on that . This place should not b allowed to say open , they sell fake products or the real products with additives in it so you don't get the full thing . FOR MY PROFESSIONALS- PLEASE AVOID THIS STORE .
