Both the person on the phone and the person that arrived to two (I missed names, sorry) were great, and kind. They were able to get it jump-started, run for a bit, and carefully drive it to their flatbed out front. While every towing situation is different (distance, time of day, etc), today Rossano & Sons Towing was the most affordable of the quotes I had heard from, and were quick to move (it was going to be blocked in by other tenants) the vehicle from Newton to Stillwater. I cannot thank them enough, and strongly recommend them.

The son, who runs the mechanic side looked it over. And before he did any work he took me into the garage and showed me what exactly was wrong. It was the pulleys to the serpentine belt. He gave me the price and upon pick up the price remained the same. Also the turn around rate was so quick.
