I had my car at the Dodge Dealer for over two weeks getting a few things fixed, however it seems that during their service they forgot to tighten back the transmission mounts and left them loose. I only noticed during my long drive to PA. I immediately sought for an auto repair shop near me in PA and this shop popped up on google. Dropped my vehicle off for warranty work, tire change and alignment. 2 days after dropping my vehicle off for the SCHEDULED appointment they called and told me to pick up my vehicle because they do not have time to work on my vehicle for any of the SCHEDULED work. You can purchase an $80,000 vehicle from them and have your vehicle serviced there but they don't have time for SCHEDULED work. They are too busy maintaining their fleet vehicles to care about all their other paying customers jobs. The service manager, Mark Soupik, had nothing to offer other than they are "sorry they are too busy to maintain my vehicle". My vehicle is amazing and I plan on keeping this vehicle long term and will be happy to switch ford dealerships to never have to deal with Ray Price Ford Mount Pocono ever again! Buyer beware!! Forst time was for an inspection semi last minute, wasn't an issue dropped it off 1 hr later picked it up.
