He was available the same day I called with a competitive flat rate, so I didn't even hesitate. He showed up promptly and even took his shoes off at the entrance without being asked. When he accidentally broke an outdoor valve while turning my water back on (he didn't turn it off so didn't realize it was turned off at the main in-ground location), he promised to return and fix it for free. We recently completed a large project with Tim and his helper, Ethan, and I could not be more impressed. I am honestly shocked when I read some of the negative reviews because that has never been my experience with this company. We had a resident concern where hot water was not reaching her apartment as quickly as others. Tim was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and communicative. He explained exactly what was happening, what the next steps were, and why each step was necessary. Every question I had was answered politely and thoroughly. At the end of each workday, the job site was left spotless--cleaned as if no work had been done at all. The only indication that work was in progress were the safety cones and tape. Everything was washed down, including the surrounding area and even the plants. The job was 100% successful.
