Just a very bad experience over all. My child got sick for 3 weeks straight, she is still sick and she's only been there 5 weeks. Many times when I picked her up her face was dirty since she's had runny nose and no one bothered to clean her up. My child is sick and I told them I need to remove her out of the program they still force me to pay 2 weeks withdraw period and of course my child could not be there for the last whole week due to high fever and coughing so much that she would throw up many times and that last week cost us $500 for nothing. Opps, sorry your child got sick, you still need to pay us no matter what. And the funny thing is they ignored me when I asked for the final number on my last bill, 3 days later, after I sent couple emails and text messages they finally gave me a number and guess what the experience not bad enough so they go ahead and charged me extra $200 on top of what I have to pay on my last bill. The director told me they will return the money they overcharged me back and a week already still see nothing. So of course I have to email back and forth for many times, now they told me it takes up to 6 weeks for it to get the money they overcharge me back. They are very fast to enroll you in to get your money but when there is a problem they will talk around but no action. Plus the whole time she was in the program I received 0 pictures of her and the activities feed update was really bad and delay all the time. My daughter and I transitioned from the Palm Harbor Location to this location back in March 2020. We had to adjust to a new school with some new teachers and new classmates. Management helped ease the transition both as a staff member and as a parent. Which I am highly appreciative of because being happy in my work place and knowing that my daughter is safe and happy where she spends her day is extremely important to me. My daughter recently turned 2 and they have been working on potty training with her which helps the transition into potty training at home as well. Her language has also developed quite a bit in the last few months she's coming home singing songs from circle and talking about things she's learned that day (we have been getting a daily sheet showing us what curriculum has been covered each day which her dad and I find helpful with knowing exactly what she is doing each day.) Her dad and I both have the parent app and it's nice to see pictures and updates on her potty training, snack, lunch, and nap so we know how her day is going! My daughter loves all the teachers there! We loved having Ms. Bri when she was in the toddler class room. As a first time parent dropping my 10-month-old child off eight months ago I thought was going to be scary but it was the best thing that could happen for my daughter. They have taught her such great socialization words colors they're so attentive throughout the day sending me pictures and letting me know what her schedule is. From the infant room with Miss KaylaTo her new room with Miss Paige and Miss Ashley My daughter has turned into a smart well behaved child. I had the worst childcare experience at this center, from Living in Georgia to now in Florida. Everyday I got a phone call while at work from Day One, I had to take my child to the doctor just to provide a notice to justify that my child was not sick after having to leave work early. I'm still waiting for the center director to say two words to me. The owner tried to diagnosis my child without a PH.D and only being around my child for 10 days. If your child is of African descent stay away from this place unless you want your child labeled. I have never written a review but had to based on my experience at this place. read more

Our experience started out great. We loved our son's teacher and the director. In the year he was there he had 5 different teachers due to them being fired or quitting. The director quit and his teacher quit on the same day at some point, leaving my son very confused and upset about his chaotic school environment. I understand this business has a high turnover rate because of the low pay and high working hours, but 5 in a year seemed excessive. My son's behavior changed and he was unsure of the stability of his surroundings. He came home telling us about the things his teachers would say to him and they were not encouraging. When we removed him from the school, his behavior returned to normal and his confidence returned. read more

We love The Learning Experience! Our son has been going since he was 5 months old and we couldn't be happier. The teachers are so sweet, patient and caring. They do arts and crafts with the babies which is so adorable. You can pop in for a visit anytime you want to. Everything is super organized, clean, and colorful. You will get a full report at the end of the day about what your baby did that day. I'm so glad we found this daycare. read more

Would do 0 stars if possible. It's a long review... but you should read it. My son went here for 2 weeks before I pulled him out. He is 4 months old and was in the infant room. Day 1: when I picked him up, there were a total of 3 babies and 1 teacher, which is fine. But there was a baby younger than my son on a pillow on the floor crying for over 5 minutes while the teacher fed my son and wiped his mouth. She did not try to comfort, sooth, talk to, and do anything for the baby in the mean time. If they would do that for another baby, it could happen to my son. When I spoke to the director, I was told it was a rare occurrence and reassured they talked to the staff. The afternoon teacher who was always there when I picked up my son did not speak English. I could not communicate with her. The infant room was so cold that the staff was wearing hoodies and socks and were still cold, but there were days my son's socks weren't even on him when I picked him up! I asked the teacher about the temperature and she said she told the staff up front about it. I went to the director who came to feel the room and asked the teacher why they never told her. So either the teacher or the director was being dishonest. The last straw was the day my husband dropped him off at 9:50 am. My son had last eaten at 8:30 am and was supposed to eat every 2-3 hours or on demand. Their log said he wasn't fed until 1:40 pm! He napped from 11:05-1:30 after some fussing, which I'm sure was due to hunger! Then once he woke up, it took 10 minutes for them to give him a bottle, during which I'm sure he was screaming his hungry head off. The assistant director didn't even believe it could be true, but we called the teacher and verified with her assistant, and it was accurate. The head teacher also decided for herself that my son was spitting up a lot (he has reflux... we already knew that) and didn't finish some bottles (we poured extra to make sure he wasn't hungry) so she stopped offering the bottle every 2 hours without speaking to me. We filled out care instructions, but they ignored it and never consulted me! Beware! read more
