The first time, they installed it and there were a few crooked areas. And they had also broken a clip under my passenger seat. It's over an hour drive, one way, to get here from where I live, and they had it for a few days. When I called the dealer to let them know, they drove it back down to Beaverton and only fixed it partially (had it again for a few days). Was told that was the way the leather was sent to them, with no solution offered to fix it (my middle arm rest is still crooked today). I had to call yet again and let them know the housing for the car seat latch system was loose. Neither the dealer or I was able to fix the housing. A woman at the dealer pointed out other issues she found too. A month and a half later they finally fixed the car seat latch housing but I've found more broken clips for my seat since then. And my arm rest still doesn't look right. This is a nightmare how low the quality control is at Classic Soft Trim...and the lack of follow up/trying to make it right. I wouldn't recommend using them for upholstery/leather.

They lied to insurance company to embezzle additional ill gotten gains, filed a false police report to discredit me relayed to a lawsuit they must realize is coming. Stated car was ready, Not. Lied about everything! Breached two contracts. "Res ipsa loquitur". Trespass to chattel. All your teviews said two weeks? I tember one chic saying maybe if you were young and hot, that's a quote. Why was my hood constantly open? There is no battery under hood is mounted in trunk and work was on door? Why was my car put on a frame rack when I specifically stated NO Frame Damage and custom suspension would get damaged ? Starting a car that sat without even a fuel stabilizer? I love my car I've put blood sweat & tears in her for 30 years. I guess I am 61? Sorry I can't get to typos to fix!

Zhanna essentially PM'd getting the trucking company insurance involved, getting the glass ordered, getting the car to and from the glass repair shop... and THEN doing a fantastic job on the PPF and Modesta coating. I didn't ask for her to take it on, she just did. All that would have been extraordinary on its own, but the work I actually brought the car in for was also fantastic. Although it was a brand new car, like many new cars, there was some paint correction to be done. That, as well as the PPF turned out flawless. The Modesta coating is working well so far holding up to the Portland fall weather as well. I will definitely bring all my vehicles to Zhanna and team for future PPF and coating needs.

Dale arrived at my house on time and greeted me with a smile and a handshake. I showed Dale to the garage, we backed the car out, he took a look, confirmed that he could do the job at the quoted price, and told me he would be done in an hour. Exactly an hour later we went to look at the completed job. A picture says a thousand words. I have two other projects for Dale in the next month or two. Dale and his service are excellent!

This guy performs magic! I bought an off-white sectional and chaise and two matching recliners by American Leather. Off white in color and a soft buttery leather. When my new kitty tried to jump on them, she could not reach the seat and tried to pull herself up with her claws. Ouch! I know you are saying, why do you have leather furniture with cats? Because none of my previous cats like sitting on leather, preferring the fabric chair, so leather was always the safe bet. Until this little girl. She also punctured the vinyl (pleather) seats on two of 3 custom barstools I had made to fit under my kitchen island. Same M.O. Trying to climb onto them to sleep. After calling the furniture store and reading Yelp reviews, I called Dale for an estimate. He showed up on time, explained the process and gave me an estimate. The process is involved - not only glueing, but matching the scratch with paint, sealing, etc. He would do the repairs at my house and it would take 5-6 hours. He had an appointment a few days later. This furniture was expensive, and at this point in my life, meant to last "forever" so I hired Dale on the spot and prayed he could perform miracles. Without fixing the wholes and scratches, the leather would only deteriorate more. Dale showed up precisely on time and got to work after prepping my space. He worked continuously and diligently. When he was done, I couldn't even find the scratches and punctures on all the leather pieces. The vinyl is harder to repair due to the slight texture pattern, as he warned, but other than me, no one would notice where the punctures were. The counter stools looked like a meat tenderizer had gone over them and now they are smooth again! Magical. Hope I never need Dale's services again, but happy if I do, Dale and his craftsmanship (magic) is just a phone call away. Highly recommend!

The wax finish looked clean and even--no swirls or streaking--and gave the car a beautiful shine. Inside, everything looked refreshed without that greasy, overdone "Armor All" look. I also asked him to treat my rubber floor mats, which are about 10 years old, and they came out looking significantly newer. He offers both mobile service and drop-off options. I chose mobile, and he came to my place and spent about two hours on the car. He's friendly, detail-oriented, and clearly takes pride in his work. Pricing felt very fair for the quality and time spent. Overall, very satisfied.
