Don't waste your time or money with this firm…read more For example: The Barry Law Firm's advice: "We just need a second report. You can go to a different dealership or the same one." Me: Which one is better?! What's your suggestion? Their answer: Either one. We need just a second report. A Professional lemon attorney's advice: "Take your car back to the same dealership for the second inspection/diagnostic report because the first report is already in their system and visible to other dealerships. Going to a different dealership is risky because you could receive a conflicting report." The difference in the quality of the guidance speaks for itself. If you're looking for a lemon law attorney who will give you the best strategy based on your evidence and maximize your chances of winning, I recommend looking elsewhere. I also found Estephania Sanchez to be rude and unprofessional. This is a law office, not a coffee shop or club and we are not dating and there is no reason that you are always fake laughing and nonchalant. Clients deserve respect, careful legal guidance, and professionalism. After their wrong advice which cost me approximately $1,000 without any result, she hung up on me while I was still speaking. That was completely unacceptable. Based on my all experiences, I cannot recommend this firm.

I was literally tossing and turning at night over the feeling. That was until Matt picked up my case and fully explained lemon law and how it works. I had never been involved in the us legal system, but Matt took the time to fully explain everything and put me at ease. From the moment he took my case on, that feeling the dealer gave me began to slowly fade away. Matt was always available, communicated effectively by text or phone call, and always put my needs first in our goals with my case. Lawyers aren't typically someone I'd say who have a reputation of being trustworthy. Matt, however came across right away as someone I could trust. You could tell he felt my frustrations and wanted me to feel at ease. He explained the ins and outs in a way I could easily understand and never made me feel dumb or uncomfortable for asking a question on something I didn't understand. In the end, our case was settled we both were very happy and I was very happily surprised with what the outcome was. It all worked out well for a reason, and I truly feel like God helped my family through Matt. Hire him as your lemon law attorney, you will not regret it.

From the beginning, David was articulate, professional, and very accommodating. He carefully explained my options and convinced me that we had a strong Lemon Law case. Throughout the process he kept me updated and made sure I understood every step. After a couple of months, he called me with great news that we had reached a settlement. What impressed me the most was that he even encouraged me to negotiate for more, and in the end I received more than I expected. David truly knows his craft. If you are dealing with a Lemon Law issue, I highly recommend Attorney David Zand and his team. In my experience, he was born for this job.

I had a problematic Tesla Model Y that was nothing short of a nightmare, and he was able to successfully lemon the vehicle and secure a fantastic settlement on my behalf. David is the perfect blend of skilled, personable, and aggressive. He knew the law inside and out, always kept me informed, and never backed down when dealing with the manufacturer. What stood out most was his ability to explain the process clearly and make a stressful situation feel manageable. Thanks to his expertise and tenacity, I not only was able to get a new and better vehicle but also felt truly supported throughout the entire case. If you're dealing with a lemon vehicle, don't waste your time elsewhere-- David is the real deal.

I have been a client with Strategic Legal Practices since November 2023, and after all this time, I…read morestill don't even know who my assigned attorney is. Not once has an attorney contacted me to introduce themselves, explain my case, provide updates, or answer my questions. Every update I've received has been because I spent hours calling, waiting in phone queues, requesting callbacks, and repeatedly sending repair invoices, dealership diagnoses, and every document they've requested. This has been going on since 2023. For a law firm of this size, the lack of communication is unacceptable. Clients are expected to trust their legal team, but how can we when there is virtually no communication? The breaking point came with my court hearing on Monday, July 13, 2026. A few days before the hearing, I called to confirm everything was still scheduled and to verify the courthouse because my paperwork listed Chatsworth Courthouse, but the address underneath showed 300 E. Walnut St., Pasadena. I specifically asked which location I should report to. The representative told me that if an address was listed, then that was the correct location. That call should be recorded because it is exactly what I was told. Following their instructions, I drove to Pasadena, paid for parking, and arrived before my 8:30 a.m. hearing. When I checked the courtroom, my case wasn't on the calendar. I had been sent to the wrong courthouse because of incorrect information from Strategic Legal Practices. I immediately searched my case on the LA Superior Court website and discovered the hearing was actually in Chatsworth. By then it was already around 9:00 a.m. I joined the hearing remotely by phone while walking back to my car. GPS estimated another 40-minute drive to Chatsworth. During that drive, I repeatedly called Strategic Legal Practices for nearly 30 minutes because this was clearly an emergency. No one answered. I left an urgent voicemail asking for an immediate callback while staying connected to the courtroom by phone. Eventually, my case was called... My own attorney wasn't even present. After waiting nearly three years for this day, taking time off work, preparing for court, and making every effort to attend, I was left sitting in a courtroom call with no legal representation. I was frustrated, confused, and honestly too overwhelmed to even know what to say. By the time I arrived at Chatsworth around 10:00 a.m., court had already ended. Then around 10:15 a.m., I finally received a call--not from my attorney--but from the offers department. The representative claimed a settlement offer had been emailed to me early that morning. I checked my inbox while still on the phone. Nothing. She insisted it had already been sent, but it hadn't. She explained the offer over the phone, and I immediately told her it was unacceptable. My vehicle has been in the dealership approximately 9-10 times, leaving me without transportation for an estimated 9-13 weeks. I was never provided a rental vehicle and had to figure everything out on my own. What made it even worse was that earlier in my case, the Client Experience team explained that recoveries could potentially be worth up to three times the purchase price of the vehicle, including taxes, registration, insurance, and related costs. After reviewing this offer, it wasn't even close. It honestly felt like they were trying to settle my case as quickly as possible instead of fighting for me. I told the representative there was no way I would accept the offer and demanded to speak with my attorney. She said she'd submit a request. I asked her to stay on the phone until someone called me back because I've heard promises of callbacks countless times before. Instead, after a few moments of silence, she disconnected the call. Again... no attorney. No explanation. No communication. I've remained patient since November 2023, but enough is enough. I should not have to chase my own legal team for updates, verify court information myself, show up to the wrong courthouse because of incorrect instructions, appear in court without my attorney present, and then be encouraged to accept a settlement that doesn't reflect the time, stress, inconvenience, and financial burden I've endured. This isn't based on one bad day. It's based on nearly three years of poor communication, lack of accountability, and feeling completely ignored as a client. I sincerely hope someone at Strategic Legal Practices finally reads this because I've spent years trying to speak with my attorney with little to no success. At the end of the day, all I wanted was communication, honesty, and representation that made me feel like my case mattered. Unfortunately, I cannot honestly say I've received any of those.
