I was contacted right away.. we met at our home a few days later. The appointment lasted 30 minutes and they planned out 4 rooms with recessed lights and 3 TV installations (with electrical boxes behind) along with mounting. The estimate came only a few hours later.. It was easy to read and very fair.. no Nickle or diming. They set a time for the following week, showed up on-time with 3 vans and a lot of crew. The entire project was done by 4pm that day.. It was absolutely incredible to see them work. What professionals.. left everything spotless.. not a bit of dust left behind. Incredible value for what they offered. Their new location is even nicer, with high-end kitchen appliances, as well. We were only there to purchase a ceiling light. And, even though, they were about to close, Jordan was very patient and showed us a variety of light fixtures and answered all of our questions - he even answered some questions we had about our kitchen appliances that we purchased elsewhere! We ended up getting a light fixture that day but it had issues after it was delivered. Jordan worked with us to get the issue resolved and we're very happy with his level of service.
