They did all that very quickly and I'm happy with the workmanship. It is very nice to have a local jeweler with a highly experienced bench jeweler on site. Aside from all that, the people who work there have great attitudes and are very personable. I have a few loose stones I intend to mount and will be working with them for some custom work. The owner went out of his way to give me as much as he could for the jewelry I had to sell, and was even concerned about my situation and asked me questions about it. (which was very kind of him.) I grew up in the area, and myself, my wife, and other family members have done business with this store for decades one way or another.
