I drove 3 hours to get these cookies the day before my wedding, and got completely ripped off. It looks terrible, like a child made them. It's not like this was a rush order, I placed it so far in advance, so there is no excuse for the poor artwork. I'm now out $700 now with nothing to provide as a wedding favor, and no time to get something else. I also tried to message her, the phone number does not have messaging access. Don't make the same mistake I did. Part 2: Responding to the owners response. The reference image came from YOUR OWN website, advertised as what you can make from YOUR OWN PORTFOLIO (i even attached another screenshot) with proof. So to promise me you can mimic exactly a cookie in your portfolio, and then give me hand-painted gold, purple, pink colors (not the rose gold we discussed and that you advertised you can make on your website in the reference photo), is garbage and so upsetting. It wasn't like I chose a random pinterest image, this is your own portfolio of work you advertise and agreed to remake. This is why I feel so scammed.

When I arrived this morning, l had to first wait 20 minutes for them to service a customer ordering a cake, which they could've just checked on my order for pick up within seconds. After having to repeat my name and number several times, I was told that there was a miscommunication with the staff; and they had sold our custom ordered cake already. What in the fuck?! No other explanations, no apologies, no offer to remediate whatsoever. I was then told they can make a cake if I can wait 30 to 45 minutes. Why the hell do you ask customers to pre-order several days in advance when you can just make this "custom" cake within an hour??? Never supporting this place ever again.
