It is truly an understatement to say I love cake. It is actually my weakness! So when I was searching for a bakery or baker to make my wedding cake, I really wanted to make sure I was not only going to love the look and taste of it but also choose someone that is actually passionate about it. I reached out to so many places and no one responded so kindly and promptly like Natasha. It is no doubt that her work is impeccable (what you see in pictures does not do justice to how even MORE beautiful it is in person), but her communication throughout the process and commitment to executing your vision is incomparable to other bakeries and bakers. I had a very intimate/small wedding (15 people), and other bakers made me feel like my event wasn't worth their time and effort to make, but Natasha was so sweet and kind - made me feel like she genuinely wanted to make our day special. I especially loved that she offered a cake tasting for us even though we were only ordering a small 2-Tier cake. Other bakers refused to do a tasting unless I was intending to spend over $700. All of the flavors she offered were SOOOOO good! It was tough to choose one but we are beyond satisfied with the berry shortcake flavor. Everyone at my wedding was so impressed by the cake. So clean, chic and timeless. She truly executed my vision from just the one inspiration picture. My guests were also amazed how moist and tasty it was too (make sure to follow her recommendation to serve cake at room temperature to enjoy at its full potential). You can really feel the love, time and effort she puts into her work!!! A TRUE TALENT. She was very honest and reasonable when it came to pricing as well! I definitely plan to work with her again for future events.

Our wedding venue recommended Natasha's Treats, and we were so glad they did! Working with her was seamless, from our first communication with her to the beautiful finished product on our wedding day. She was so kind, communicative, and professional. Our reception was outdoors and there was some concern about our cake being in the sun for several hours, which required some coordinating with the venue about when the cake should be delivered. Natasha took it upon herself to talk directly with the venue in the week leading up to the wedding, insisting that it was not something she wanted us to have to worry about, and for that I was so grateful! Our cake was delicious, and we got many compliments on it. Prior to the wedding, we'd ordered a tasting box from her, and all six of the classic flavors we sampled were excellent. We went with just one flavor for our three-tiered cake since my husband and I both agreed on which was our favorite. If you look through Natasha's photos on Instagram, you will see that she does absolutely beautiful work. We chose a simple design with textured lines, since we were going for a simple, clean look for our cake. She also has her prices listed on her website, which was appreciated, and her prices are very competitive and worth the investment. I highly recommend Natasha's Treats!

Natasha did such a great job on our gender reveal Harry Potter themed cake! The ordering process was swift and easy. Pickup was very smooth and detailed instructions were included on how to handle the cake until the event. Communication and service is also very reliable and easy.

Natasha made my wedding cake and it deserves ten stars! I got traditional wedding cake and caramel macchiato and both flavors were so good. She took time to really embrace my vision for the cake. She offered excellent advice for the materials I would need. She also delivered the cake and assembled onsite to ensure it was in perfect condition.

If you are looking customized cakes , don't look anywhere else . Natasha keeps every detail in mind . she's very professional and easy to work with . Cake was moist with perfect flavors.

Natasha's vegan cupcakes were a huge hit at our wedding - we got so many compliments on them. I've tried plenty of different vegan cupcakes, and I know it can be tricky to get the texture and sweetness level right. But Natasha's cupcakes are light and sweet, and just the right size for a single serving at a wedding. My personal favorite was the Berry Truffle! Natasha was also an excellent communicator, making the whole tasting and ordering process so easy. She's great to work with and has excellent suggestions for what to serve based on the guest list.

Natasha was a joy to work with when designing our wedding cake. Our wedding cake turned out even more beautiful than we imagined. She designed my birthday cake two consecutive years in a row, and it only made sense to get her again for our wedding. We did a tasting first to decide on the flavor - you take home a box and have small slices to try at home. We ended up going with a red velvet flavor. I can't have dairy and requested the vegan option for one of the tiers, and the two remaining tiers were the normal flavor for our guests to fully enjoy; I love how she can make accommodate dietary restrictions! Our florist provided the florals on the cake and you can already see it was a seamless and effortless design. I ordered a two tier chocolate cake with chocolate frosting/buttercream for my nieces birthday with Eevee personalization and Natasha exceeded expectations! Everyone commented on how well done and adorable the cake was, I was so happy that I picked Natasha to do her cake. I wished I took pictures! The cake was very chocolate forward - just how the birthday girl wanted it! It was moist but the crumb was also quite light, it was delicious. I think I would've wanted thinner buttercream layers but that is just total personal preference. Also I'm not a cake expert but perhaps the buttercream layer helps stabilize the cake? Regardless, it was a delicious cake and eating it as leftovers was also still amazing! Natasha was great to work with. She responded very quickly to my inquiry and obtaining the cake was straight forward and timely. The next time i need an extravagant cake, I'm sure I'll come back to Natasha! read more

Natasha made our wedding cake-- intricate design, two tiers for about 30 guests. After doing the initial tasting of Natasha's cakes my partner and I agreed it's some of the best cake we ever had in our lives! We ended up choosing chocolate+berry for top layer and vanilla+berry for the bottom layer. We sent her an example photo of a similar cake we wanted and she executed on it perfectly, matching the flowers to our color theme. Our guests thought her buttercream flowers were real! Natasha did our wedding cake for our July 10th 2023 wedding. We ordered a three tier cake that feeds around 60 I believe! Amazing marks across everything customer service, the cake itself, the aesthetic, etc. I knew from the beginning I wanted to support a local baker and fell in love with Natasha's delicate artwork, her cakes are truly a piece of art and they taste amazing too. Although we live in the south bay, we had our wedding in San Francisco, there was a delivery fee but of course Natasha could have said no but I am so thankful she was willing to drive up to the city and make sure our cake was delivered and set up correctly. During the months of working on the cake, she listened to our preferences when it came to design and color, sharing some draft sketches with us. After seeing a few of her buttercream flowers, I knew I wanted to have the same instead of real flowers and do not regret it. Service was great, very quick to respond and willing to discuss. However, felt underwhelmed by cake decor and cake was very dry. I ordered a large 2 tier cake and did different flavors for each layer, cake was dense and crumbly -- perhaps was over baked. Despite following instructions of leaving cake out prior to cutting. Pretty disappointed on cake taste quality. Decor was pretty, cake looked elegant, very nice for photos, but I think design was overly simple for prices charged. Was expecting some more creativity and inspiration from photos I provided. I think she could have asked more questions about this. Overall, ok cake -- it is nice that there are eggless and vegan options. read more

I've lost count of how many cakes we've ordered from Natasha Her cakes are very delicious!! She provides you with many options in terms of fillings, flavors or types of cake... My husband is vegan and I could never find a flavorful vegan cake until we tried Natasha's. You couldn't even tell that that they're vegan... As far as designs, you only need to look at her photos... I wouldn't do her justice if I tried to describe how beautiful and classy they are! A lot of other bakeries have beautiful designs but when you taste the cake, it's just basic. Not Natasha's! Natasha made the yummiest cake of my wedding dreams! Completely vegan of course. It was not only beautiful but delightfully sweet and delicious! Established in 2016.

Raised in Ukraine, Natasha grew up loving the delectable European food & cakes her mother would make from scratch. This experience cultivated her love for cooking and baking, and taught to appreciate food that offer both exceptional flavor and desserts with just the right amount of sweetness. After the birth of Natasha's third daughter, she made the decision to start a new page of her career -- she said goodbye to her 10-year job as a dental hygienist and founded Natasha's Treats. Few years ago Anna join our team as a sous chef and brought her expertise which she gained in upscale restaurants of Europe.

It was super convenient having them coordinate the table design at their warehouse, including the linens, plateware, and glassware. On the wedding day, the staff was extremely attentive and brought us hand rolls before cocktail hour even started to ensure we actually got to eat. The live hand roll station was a massive hit with our guests and absolutely delicious. I also appreciated how open they were to our custom cocktails; I provided my own recipe and li hing powder for a pineapple li hing margarita, which they executed perfectly. Cost-wise, this is not a budget vendor and is on the more expensive side. Went to their website to order catered buffet lunch for a board retreat happening the next day in Los Altos. As before site easy to navigate with a variety of options to tailor. The first clue that there might be issues was I wasn't able to see or select my ideal delivery time for later in the day. I thought they were already booked for the time. Then when I confirmed & paid for my order, the interface provided a message at bottom of my receipt that catering orders must be made 48 hours in advance. I did it the night before our retreat. (Made note to self to order 48 hours in advance in future) I was disappointed that the website did not clearly note must be made 48 hours in advance or message before I paid that I was ordering less than 48 hours. After making a decent size order for 9, I went in mode hoping to salvage this order. I sent email to restaurant and left a voicemail that night with intention to call in morning to ensure they can fulfill order or provide a refund if they cannot. I called in morning to leave another message in hopes they check messages before their Saturday opening time of 11am which would not allow enough time to cook & deliver. So while setting up for our retreat and searching for a plan B for lunch the hour before retreat starts at 9:30am, I discovered several missed calls. To my delight it was Lorena confirming that they can complete the order, to call back & that would need to pay $20 to deliverer (lunch delivery is complimentary during weekdays near to their restaurant). She left voicemail and text. When I called back, I thank her and Athena grill for coming through. Fast forward, food delivered in mobile hot boxes as expected on time by a couple, quietly arranged in the back of room, generous serving for 9, and very hot for traveling from Santa Clara to Los Altos. I confirmed with Lorena via text and expressed my gratitude who again was responsive. The food was enjoyed by all. We had salad (crisp w/dressing on side), grilled veggies (chunky cut that were firm not mushy), spanakopita (crisp phylo w/good size filling), vegetarian moussaka (would not miss the meat), rice (loose and more than enough for 9 of us), grilled skewered chicken (always moist), grilled salmon (first time and was good portion), and baklava (tasted home made). One of my colleagues asked if food was Halal, which I think they confirmed. Unsure if correct, so suggest contact restaurant directly. Brought leftovers for Hubby & Dad to enjoy. Made plans to eat at their restaurant so can enjoy other yummy dishes like their lamb. Thank you Lorena & Athena Grill Catering.

From start to finish, my experience with Natasha was just fantastic! Right from placing my order to picking it up, her customer service and communication were top-notch. I've ordered custom cakes before, but this was definitely the easiest process I've had. And let me tell you, the cake was absolutely divine! Growing up in Europe, I was thrilled that it tasted just like the cakes I enjoyed back home. You could actually taste the rich butter and eggs instead of just a sugary sweetness. It felt like a homemade treat crafted by a super talented designer! Even three days later, we're still savoring the last bits of our gorgeous cake, and my fiancée even said it tastes even better now! We hired Natasha for our wedding cake/cupcakes. She was responsive and professional throughout, and the desserts turned out amazing! We were able to taste a variety of flavors before making our selections. The wedding cake was gluten-free, and she also made 2 flavors of non-gluten-free cupcakes.
