The moron NP at "The Little Clinic" and front staff won't change how they send my bill so medicare will pay. I called them and asked and obviously they are not going to change the way it gets billed. I am a Physician Assistant PA-C for 25 years now and I am 66 years old and know for a fact they cover the flu vaccine for god sakes. One thing Medicare will pay. I also got a PPD or TB under the sking test and went back in 2 days for the reading. Another covered thin from Medicare. But this clinic refuses to chang how it gets billed so they can collect $99 dollars. So discusting. I will contact a manager higher up from the little clinic. They should pay this from Medicare if they would just change how its billed. I know I would do that for a patient that I saw. I don't gain by gettin $99 for the little clinic. Ugh, I really wanted to have a good experience here because you.....I was sick. But alas, no go. I stopped by here after finding out they were the closest urgent care to me that took my insurance, I love perusing the aisles of King Soopers so two birds, one stone. I made an appt right away and was seen immediately. The check in female was apathetic and really not that helpful. I was seen by what I assume to be a doctor (they gave me their first name but nothing else). He checked me in, examined me and I was on my way with a prescription in hand that would hopefully cure the lingering cough I had. Spoiler: it did not. A week later I stopped back because I wasn't getting any better, I was getting worse. I walked in on a Sunday morning hoping for a follow up and they told me I had to book another appt and pay again. I just wanted to talk to someone about next steps and once again, another check in lady seemed apathetic and begrudgingly let me talk to the physician/ PA (I literally have no clue). I talked to them, they started talking to me about my specimen sample I submitted when I then informed them I didn't submit any sample when I visited. They had me down as the wrong person. Suffice to say, that's when I knew I was done with the little clinic and off to find somewhere that could help! I wouldn't recommend stopping here, I felt like it was a waste of time. read more

Sports Physical. Gave us paperwork that he was to receive 2 shots fates that they gave it to him for today's date and nothing. He read an eye chart, breathed a couple of breath, touched his stomach and on his way. The appointment was the fastest I've ever seen and why fill out paperwork that you received a physical when you blew through the appointment. Won't trust them ever agai. read more

The thing about The Little Clinic is it's fast and convenient. If one comes here expecting great customer service by the front staff, then don't come. The last two times I've been here I have arrive at their opening time of 8:30. It takes about 15 mins to get greeted or even acknowledged as set up seems to be the focal point. Don't get me wrong, set up is important but would it hurt to look up, smile, and make your sick guest feel welcomed? Just a thought.... Now the Nurse Practitioner/Doctor is pretty sweet and caring so definitely sit out the cold welcome for inside the office as it does warm up. Guess the cold never bothered me anyway?? ‍ read more

I arrived 15 mins prior to my appointment as instructed in the email and also because I'm always early. There were no patients in the waiting room or in the two exam rooms when I arrived. I know, from my past of working in a physician office for many years, that there are things that happen behind the scenes even when it doesn't look busy; thus, I was tolerant of my wait time. It was 5 minutes before anyone spoke to me then I was asked if I had signed in to which I replied yes. I was then quickly checked in. The staff is very kind and, although I was only there for a vaccination, I will certainly return as needed. Water bottles and travel tissues are in buckets in the waiting room which is a nice touch if you have a significant wait time. I had the rudest person at the front desk today 08-08-18 she was so rude and she was very very loud too. All I needed it was to get my son's vaccination and she keeps yelling at me ant telling me that I needed to make a appointment for my son to get his vaccination for school if not I needed to go see his doctor. And after she said well you can wait if you would like ? After all that I was very upset and I just told her never mind. She probably thought that I didn't speak any English? Hopefully I will never have the need to go back there. read more

Bad attitudes and rude staff. Two of us needed physicals. We had been previously told that if we went right when they opened they would work us in and no appointment was needed. I was shamed for not having an appointment, and they were rude when I asked for masks because I left mine in the car. They allowed someone to go in front of me for a walk in spot even though I was there first. They wouldn't give masks to my two little girls because they were not "paying customers". I really hope they don't get Covid, though I did eventually find a couple old used masks for them! Finally we just left. There is no reason for any human being to treat another so rudely and angrily. Will post new review if I have a better experience next time ( I have to go back). read more

I called ahead to see if I needed an appointment, and was told it's walk in only. I was also told that sometimes they close early if they are slow, and that last patient check-in is at 7:15pm. So I was pretty surprised to arrive at 5:55pm and get turned away. There were four people in front of me, so they apparently couldn't fit me in by closing time. I get it, things get busy. I just really wish they had mentioned the possibility of being turned away over the phone so I could have called on my way to be extra sure I could be seen. Though the front desk lady was nice, she told me "I make sure to tell everyone who calls that if we get busy we may have to turn people away." No, no you don't. Because I just called and that didn't happen. That seems like a pretty important thing to make sure all employees are on the same page about. If you actually need some medical help, go someplace else. I recommend the urgent care on Smoky Hill Rd. and Buckley. They were super nice, and fit me in no problem. read more

The blonde female doctor is more interested in filling out medical charts than assessing and providing a solution to the actual medical problem. I have no insurance and paid cash for her to waste my time and me feel like a piece of trash. Now I will have to pay to go somewhere else and see a real doctor. Don't waste your time going to the Smoky Hill location. read more

They are horrible at estimating wait times and waste your whole day. Signed up at 8:30am when they opened. Told me I'd be seen at 10am. So I went home and came back at 10am. They then said 10:40am. Didn't get seen until 11:30am. This has happened both times I've come here. read more

This Little Clinic is not little in its services at all! What a great alternative to rushing to the ER on a weekend. I went in with high fever on a Saturday late morning and was seen right away. The treatment was timely and spot on! They gave me an intramuscular shot right away which helped with the infection and fever as well and prescribed an antibiotic for the infection. They took labs and were prompt to call me back when the lab results came back. Not only that- the staff was very caring and the Physicians Assistant on call made sure to call me back the following day to check on me. The day of my visit she also had to forgo her lunch hour to provide treatment to me- all this while she's pregnant! Fantastic health center- much more than I can say for my Doctor's office! read more

Forgive me I don't know the names, but the Doctor Erin was awesome! Very knowledgeable and for seeing her the first time was very comforting. The front desk lady was very polite and awesome as well. I walked in at 6:50 and they close at 7 and were very understanding and caring. The medication she chose worked great! Before I even saw the Nurse Practitioner (they do not have a doctor) I was asked what I "thought" was wrong and charged $85, which I had to pay up front. The NP asked why I was there, took my temperature and was diagnosed bronchitis... She DID NOT even listen to my lungs! She then said it could not be Pneumonia as my temperature was only 102.5 degrees. She then prescribed $150 worth of medication. At the pharmacy I asked if there was something less expensive, perhaps the "z pack" and was told yes! I went back to the NP and asked for a change in medication, and was rudely told "if you wanted the z pack why didn't you say so!" The z pack costs $13! No, I would not go back to this clinic! read more

My experience was completely different than the other reviews. I fell down the stairs and could not get my PCP to call me or email me back. Someone said I should go to the Little Clinic and I was skeptical so I just didn't go to the doctor. Then when I ran out of a prescription for cold sores and my allergies started going crazy, I thought, why not. The front desk person could not have been more helpful. She estimated the wait time for me so I didn't miss too much work and got me in as soon as she could. She let me know the lunch schedule so I didn't show up during lunch. I saw Lisa Lindsay and she could not have been more professional, attentive, or helpful. She also kept my insurance copays in mind so that she didn't prescribe anything for my allergies that would cost too much. I got better care at the Little Clinic than I've been getting from my PCP from staff didn't even know me. I had a great experience with them, would go back, would bring my kids, and had my needs met far beyond my expectations. read more

Too bad you have to give at least one start to write a review. Like the other reviewer, we called ahead to see when they were open until. We were told 7 (they didn't say anything about showing up earlier to be seen) and we told them that we were going to head right over. We showed up at 6:41, and were met by the doc and receptionist out front saying they were closed. They explained that they only take patients up until 6:45; it wasn't yet 6:45 though, but that didn't seem to matter. They still turned us away. Pretty bad service if you ask me. Luckily we found Rocky Mtn Urgent Care just across the street and they were great. Open late, got seen quick and with my insurance it was very cheap. Don't waste your time going here - I guess I should have known better going to see a doctor who has an office in King Soopers - how good can she really be? read more

I was pleasantly surprised going to this Little Clinic for the first time. I had called my doctor first who couldn't get me in until a few days later so I reluctantly tried out this place (expecting the worst). Looking up online said under 30min wait but once I got there it was about 45min wait, not that big of a deal. The receptionist was very friendly and told me how everything would work. Then when I saw the nurse I was blown away at how friendly she was and how she took the time to really understand what was going on and to help treat me- that was more attention then I get from my own doctor!!! read more

They opened at 8:30, we checked in at 8:30 and we're seen by 8:46. Properly diagnosed my daughters illness, prescribed medication and we were out by 9:50. Nice staff, zero complaints here. read more

I walked into the little clinic tonight at 7:10 pm and registered... keep in mind that the little clinic closes at 7:30 pm. There was no one at the front desk when I walked in and 2 other patients were waiting. 10 minutes later, the receptionist walks out of the patient room chit chatting with the Nurse Practitioner about something she bought at the store. At first I didn't think anything of it. The receptionist took my insurance card and information and told me to wait. The receptionist did turn away the customer after me and said that they were booked for the rest of the evening. After waiting for more than 30 minutes, the Nurse Practitioner Sophie Zhang came out of her office, looking totally (another word for "getting pelted with rocks"), and told me that she had 1.5 hours of paperwork to do and she couldn't see me because she was too busy. I told the Nurse that I had come in for a strep test and really was not feeling well... she gave more excuses and at that point I got up and walked out, my wife told the Nurse Practitioner that she also was a nurse and when you have sick patients who are WAITING to be seen, patients take priority. Then both of us went back in and told them what I thought of their service and reported them to the service desk. Then the receptionist then lied to the Nurse in front of my wife and I, and told the Nurse Practitioner that she told us that we could not be seen tonight when we walked in... THAT WAS NOT TRUE AT ALL! Then why would I sit there and wait for more than 30 minutes just to not be seen? At this point the receptionist and I got into an argument when I confronted her about her lying and she got irritated and told me that she was going to call security and that I was threatening her. WHAT is wrong with these people, I thought! It is all on camera and King Soopers can check their security footage for the date of 11/27/2017 between the time of 7:00 and 7:50 pm. The store manager happened to be right there during the spat. The manager told me to call King Soopers and file a complaint. Tomorrow I am reporting them to the King Soopers Home Office. This little clinic is not worth going to, go down the street and you will certainly get better service and courtesy. read more
