I wouldn't recommend this clinic. Had an appointment at 9a for a physical and blood draw. After an hour, I asked when I would be called back. Was informed they had lost the testing kit and were in the process of looking for it. I eventually got called back 20 minutes later. The nurse who took my blood seemed off (in hindsight, I wonder if she might've been intoxicated). Her hands were not steady, and it resulted in a massive bruise forming. When the doctor came in, it turned out my file had been interspersed with another patient's. This was not actually their fault, but they admitted multiple people at Concentra should have caught the mistake. I felt pretty uneasy and uncomfortable throughout the whole experience. THEN on top of all that they sent the samples to the wrong lab, so I have to go into another clinic to have the blood work redone. Everyone working there was nice enough, but it seems like the only thing they are really skilled in is apologizing. read more

Came after spraining my ankle and the entire staff was so helpful even though they were about to close. From the front desk staff to nurse (Dawn I believe) to Dr.Nelson who checked me out I am very impressed by Concentra in Centennial. After my initial follow up I started physical therapy with that department and Amy, Kate & other PT staff has been amazing. With many people using Concentra it is busy; however everyone has been polite, helpful and genuinely wants to improve my movement and ability to heal. There is plenty of parking out front as Concentra is shared with other businesses in their area. read more

I came here for a workplace injury and have been treated phenomenally by everyone I've seen. The initial intake did take awhile to get all the way through but I assumed it would be that way. Have been getting PT 3 times a week from Tara S. and she and the other staff have been great! Listened to my concerns and have been helping me get back to normal, if not better shape with my shoulder. I appreciate having conversations with everyone there as it lightens the mood when rehabbing isn't always the best time. Plenty of laughter and support all around. I am so impressed with the Arapahoe Rd Concentra location. I was sent to do a pre employment TB, Drug screen, and physical. Everyone I met bent over backwards to be polite, nice, and caring. They were super fast and then went above and beyond to help me when my employer figured out I took the wrong form to be filled out. I contacted them on a Friday in the morning and sent them the correct form. Not only did they get it done immediately they sent it back lightning fast and it wasn't their mistake but mine. I cannot say enough good things about them. I am a nurse and manager and would feel great about sending my employees to this location because they truly understand what service and caring look like. EXCELLENT FOR OCCUPATIONAL MEDICINE! i've been a specialist through them, physical therapy, primary care type doctors. I'll have shown concern for me as a patient. Sometimes it gets very overflowed with people, but that depends on which CONCENTRA you are going to. Always good to have a mask just in case there's other sick people in the waiting room. DESK staff are slightly underpaidbut excellent! cONCENTRA needs to give them raises!!! read more

This is not the Dr I am targeting...she is at 200 Belleview location. Dr Bird has to be the most incompetent, uncaring cold human I have ever met. She only treats you like a liar, she doesn't care how you really are doing. I have a lumbar radiculopathy that was diagnosed by a real Dr, she calls it a lumbar strain. She needs to be in a GP practice and I pray she can make a proper diagnosis. Avoid at all costs and GET AN ATTORNEY!! read more

I went into this location to do a drug test and a tuberculosis test for my future employer. However, she only received the tuberculosis test and one of the providers at this location send my healthcare information to a database that had nothing to do with my job and caused a problem for the last few weeks and was rude over the phone after he violated my Hyppa rights. I do not recommend going here especially if you have him because who's to say your information won't be spread to locations you did not authorize. read more

Extremely long waits every time. I've never waited for less than an hour. I'm here waiting for 2 hours to see the doctor for 5 minutes. They also don't change your paperwork.. like ever. I had the same work restrictions for almost a YEAR. They weren't even aware I had surgery. Also the physical therapy schedule was so full I couldn't get in for almost 6 weeks and had to take my physical therapy elsewhere. The one time they did schedule me at a different Concentra, they gave me the wrong address! Then blamed it on me! I've had the "joy" of coming to this location for almost 2 years. And let me tell you.. It never gets any better or easier or a more enjoyable experience. I would NEVER recommend this location or Concentra as a whole to ANYONE. It needs to be taken off the list of workers compensation locations. read more

Dark and cramped waiting room, unfriendly desk staff. I see a different doctor each time, no continuity.Sometimes its an NP, others it's a PA . Just had surgery one week ago but their form read Return to Work today. The front office and nursing staff are rude and unfriendly. Horrible! Could not hear out of right ear. They proceed to get wax out of my ear but don't know how to get it out. Ran water they my ear several times and I was there 2 hours. Then they decided it wasn't a wax problem but a sinus infection. I'm given meds and a steroid for sinus. Went 5 days with no results. Still can't hear. Finally go to my general doctor. They take the wax out in 30 seconds and tell me not to take the med because there is no sinus infection and that my ears were 100% blocked and they had no clue what these people at Concentra were doing. I do not believe there is a qualified person in that place. And to call it urgent care and it takes hours for what? read more

Nice facility, but the wait time of every Concentra I've been to is atrocious. 2-2.5 hours always. Never less. They often state goal is 90 mins and I have never gotten through the clinic and seen in that timeframe. I have no clue why it takes this long. I wish employers would use a different service. I hate coming here because I know my time is not valued and that I'll not make other appointments on time. read more

Horrible care. PA and PT thought I was faking so I found a new facility. I have now had 3 surgeries for the serious spinal injury. PT (Russ) showed a complete lack of skill, compassion, and common sense by making me scream and literally cry in pain due to completely inappropriate exercises given my very real injury. He should lose his license and job to say the least. read more

Dr Carrie was fantastic. We were there a long time (about 90 mins), but that was the only downfall. TV had on hgtv, it was warmish, so you weren't freezing in the waiting room. I do wish it had WiFi, but the Italian place next door has free unsecured WiFi. Great care! read more

I've been going her for a few months now and definitely has gotten better. After pleading my case, they took my full history and order some extra diagnostics. Since then, I feel that I am actually making strides in recovery. The new PT they have is amazing. She actually took the time to evaluate me and has been giving me exercises tailored to my recovery. My shoulder is starting to feel way better and I almost feel back to my old self. When people actually take the time to listen and understand it truly does make a difference. read more

The posted hours on this website are incorrect. They are open Monday-Friday from 8:00pm to 6:00pm; closed on Saturdays. This information is so critical for someone who seeks medical attention. I personally made the resident physician, Hannah Batkin, aware of this error and my concern on June 20, 2016. She indicated she would speak to the office manager, Kelly, to make the change. I would endorse the negative comments below regarding Kelly's demeanor. This office does not have the customer-center focus to adequately provide quality medical services. read more
