When I pick her up and bring her home she's exhausted, she gets on the couch and doesn't move for the rest of the night. Even the next morning it's hard getting her out of bed. The ladies that work here are great too. They're accommodating and very friendly. My dog doesn't need grooming but if she did I'd totally trust these guys! Niki (the owner) does a great job grooming from what I've seen. These ladies work hard too, they're there when I drop off and still there when I pick up after working a full 8 hour day and getting a quick workout in. And their prices are good

It ended up being almost $500 and I got the same treatment with the manager. I explained beforehand that they had several mats due to my Won dog being disabled, and it is extremely hard to move him around and he needs to rest a lot. My other Newfoundland again was groomed beautifully. She did not need as much attention, but I was charged the same amount 250 for each dog. Yeah, that's outrageous. Finally, they have so many dogs that they're grooming. It takes them longer because they do not have enough staff. I was disappointed with the outrageous charge of the cost.

Interesting enough, we now go elsewhere for his grooming and boarding and have had a very pleasant experience with 0 complaints so clearly the dog is not urinating an abnormally large amount, rather they just are not capable of handling it. Well that did NOT work out as my Yorkie the second dog is feisty. She did groom her once, and I assumed she would do it again, so when I called to make an appointment. I didn't get a call back. So I called again and said I don't know if you are ill, or on vacation but would like to set up another appointment for Sophia & Stella as I will be moving and want to get one more groom in before I move. No response again. Now my groomer ALWAYS got back to me. So, I called again and said, I assume you do not want groom Stella the Yorkie, but will you do one last groom for Sophia and you always said she was such a good dog. Again, no response. My last call to Wiggle Butts was that I thought how she handled this situation was not right. She could have called me back and stated she is too feisty but she didn't. That is NOT how a business handled PROBLEMS. I was not mad at she always did good with Sophia. I paid her prices and tipped properly. So my advice if you have a dog that is not feisty this is a good place to go, but if you have one that is, ignore this business with the plague as they do not RESPOND to your calls.

I took my maltese here for boarding and grooming for almost 16 years (my dog just passed). In this time the cost for a grooming only went up three dollars and some change! I was always happy with his cut and reasonable time it took for him to be groomed. Amy used to groom him, she was the best. My dog always came out with a big smile on his face. The staff are ALL beyond kind and considerate towards my dog and I. I boarded him at least once or twice a year (for 10 days) in the suites with the webcams. You must book early for these on holidays. I loved checking in on him and watching him play in the doggie day care (while I missed him on vacation). The staff are attentive to any medications and/or dietary needs, and will call you if there are any major problems while boarded. This business is so great that there is a strong following of people who keep it really busy, so plan ahead for a grooming and boarding. It will be worth it. I totally recommend Pet Spas and Suites. They are so personable and caring. This isn't run like a corporate pet store where you never see the same people again the next time you come in, the crates are half the size at the corporate chain pet store. I went once and they were rude. I had a friend whom the corp. chain didn't take notes on her dog who had a hip problem (nor did they listen to the owners) and the dog ended up getting hurt- requiring surgery- costing thousands of dollars and pain and suffering to her dog. That would never happen at Pet Spa. It will be sometime before I get another pup but I know where I'll be taking him/her when I do. I will miss the Pet Spa & Suites family until then. Thank you for all the love you gave my dog Caesar and the beautiful things you did to honor his life after he passed. They meant the world to me.

The friendly staff then kept recommending multiple different ones over and over which we didn't want. We settled on one and I took it to the engraving station, but was told I had to pay for it first (fair). Then, you take it and scan the receipt into the computer and finally you can design your tag. It all is reasonable, but I wish it had been a bit more intuitive. That being said, the store has lots of fun things for pets including a dog biscuit buffet. Are they the best quality treats? Probably not, though from past experience I know that the cookies are actually diabetic cookies which can also be eaten by humans (don't ask!). The staff were friendly, perhaps too friendly, but I would rather have that than be ignored. We also liked looking at the birds and hamsters and other animals for sale.

I was weepy, because my toddler and puppy were being separated for the first time - Denise reassured us, and said text anytime! We got pictures and updates our whole trip, and when our pick up time had to be moved because we got stuck in traffic, it wasn't a big deal. The little boarding report card was adorable, and because our pup has nervous/excitement pees, Denise referred us to a trainer/dog psychologist that might be able to help. Our other dogs, boarded other places, have come home with cuts, ticks, smelling bad, or almost all the food we sent - this is the first time we haven't had anything to remedy once we got home. I appreciate Club Cozy Canine being a local gem!
