It ended up being almost $500 and I got the same treatment with the manager. I explained beforehand that they had several mats due to my Won dog being disabled, and it is extremely hard to move him around and he needs to rest a lot. My other Newfoundland again was groomed beautifully. She did not need as much attention, but I was charged the same amount 250 for each dog. Yeah, that's outrageous. Finally, they have so many dogs that they're grooming. It takes them longer because they do not have enough staff. I was disappointed with the outrageous charge of the cost.

I reported to the staff that the dog was seriously submissive and that I was concerned he might think he was being abandoned. I expressed trepidation about leaving having witnessed the dog shake violently with a simple hair brushing session in the first week. Heather and her staff spoke softly and took time to let my dog feel safe in the new setting. They asked lots of questions and planned for a slow and gentle two hour experience to allow my dog to take breaks. To my surprise he quickly became acclimated which I am convinced was due to the generous spirits of the staff. I was able to leave feeling confident that my dog was in compassionate and competent hands. 90 minutes later I got the call to return for my pooch. He was handsome and happy! The staff reported he had a positive experience which was very apparent in his demeanor. Thrilled! The price was on the high side but I don't care. The establishment is immaculate, the setting warm and the staff highly skilled. These folks love what they do and it's represented in a variety of ways from the moment you walk through the door. It's a bit of a trek to get to this business and it doesn't look like anything special from the outside and that's okay too. They treated both me and my dog with heart and skill. She initially said the price would be $50 and then when I went to pick him up she said Oh I'm glad you brought your checkbook - it's $60! She yelled at ME because I was about to cry when I saw my cute Pomeranian shaved bald, but she left long hair around his head, neck & half-way down his back??!!! It was absolutely hideous and he doesn't even look like a dog?!!! It's not even healthy for a dog to be shaved like that. Now I have to be careful with itching and infection and he definitely can't go out in the sun because I'll have to watch for sunburn. We bring both of our dogs here to get their nails clipped. Today we decided to try their full grooming services and I have to say that I'm thoroughly impressed. Our dog, Molly, looks amazing! We usually groom her ourselves because we haven't found a groomer that can cut her hair the way we like, but they hit it right on the nail! Also, in the past, we've paid upwards of $60 for Molly to be groomed, but Wagatail is very affordable at $35 (plus tip). We'll definitely be using their full grooming services more.

My dog Remi has been going to daycare here for 2.5 years and she loves it. I'm only able to bring…read moreher once a week but when that day comes and I ask if she wants to go to daycare she perks up, starts spinning in circles and can't wait to get out the door. When I pick her up and bring her home she's exhausted, she gets on the couch and doesn't move for the rest of the night. Even the next morning it's hard getting her out of bed. The ladies that work here are great too. They're accommodating and very friendly. My dog doesn't need grooming but if she did I'd totally trust these guys! Niki (the owner) does a great job grooming from what I've seen. These ladies work hard too, they're there when I drop off and still there when I pick up after working a full 8 hour day and getting a quick workout in. And their prices are good
