When I pick her up and bring her home she's exhausted, she gets on the couch and doesn't move for the rest of the night. Even the next morning it's hard getting her out of bed. The ladies that work here are great too. They're accommodating and very friendly. My dog doesn't need grooming but if she did I'd totally trust these guys! Niki (the owner) does a great job grooming from what I've seen. These ladies work hard too, they're there when I drop off and still there when I pick up after working a full 8 hour day and getting a quick workout in. And their prices are good

It ended up being almost $500 and I got the same treatment with the manager. I explained beforehand that they had several mats due to my Won dog being disabled, and it is extremely hard to move him around and he needs to rest a lot. My other Newfoundland again was groomed beautifully. She did not need as much attention, but I was charged the same amount 250 for each dog. Yeah, that's outrageous. Finally, they have so many dogs that they're grooming. It takes them longer because they do not have enough staff. I was disappointed with the outrageous charge of the cost.

And when I can in, I was greeted by the owners pretty lab. Lol. But they were great with checking us in and making sure our puppy was comfortable. She helped me get my life back with my 2 pups by my side and now we are able to do EVERYTHING together! I recently went to a restaurant that didn't allow dogs in the outdoor tent dining area, but because my 2 were so well behaved they made an exception to the rule! So yes, she has helped me to achieve one of my dreams - doing everything with my dogs! Boarding - CaNine staff are now the only people I trust to leave both of my dogs with while I'm away. It's a safe environment with alarm systems and security and when my dogs are there I know they're being treated like royalty in an environment that is safe for them. Day camp - I have 2 pit bull mixes and they're FULL of energy! They come home completely exhausted from playing with all their friends!! They do report cards so you know how your dog enjoyed camp and who they played with. Grooming - Amy and her grooming staff are again the best in the country!! The best cuddle sessions with my pups are after they've been groomed by CaNine - they bring "feeling silky" to a whole new level!! Well that did NOT work out as my Yorkie the second dog is feisty. She did groom her once, and I assumed she would do it again, so when I called to make an appointment. I didn't get a call back. So I called again and said I don't know if you are ill, or on vacation but would like to set up another appointment for Sophia & Stella as I will be moving and want to get one more groom in before I move. No response again. Now my groomer ALWAYS got back to me. So, I called again and said, I assume you do not want groom Stella the Yorkie, but will you do one last groom for Sophia and you always said she was such a good dog. Again, no response. My last call to Wiggle Butts was that I thought how she handled this situation was not right. She could have called me back and stated she is too feisty but she didn't. That is NOT how a business handled PROBLEMS. I was not mad at she always did good with Sophia. I paid her prices and tipped properly. He is older with some lumps and bumps, and I am not a perfectectionist. This was completely uneven. One side of his face was significantly longer than the other. His paws, under arms, sides, and belly had random long pieces. It was evident he did not have a bath or his ears cleaned, which is listed as included under grooming description. I went back to get some of the money back for services not complete. She said nobody showed her a picture and she would fix it. I didn't realize we need to specify I wanted him to have an even haircut. She got snippy when I explained that he had dirt on his face and she stated well she doesn't know what to tell me, but he was definitely bathed. She didn't seem to care at all and I didn't feel comfortable leaving him with her in the back room after the hack job he had. Save yourself and find a more qualified groomer.
