What was particularly concerning was how the situation was handled by the front office. The staff member appeared to identify me as the aggressor despite what I personally witnessed, and I felt that I was treated unfairly and unprofessionally throughout the situation. Unfortunately, the experience became even more concerning when my daughter was physically hurt twice within the same hour. I personally witnessed what happened, and I did not believe either incident was accidental. Despite this, the front office dismissed the incidents as "an accident," which was extremely upsetting as a parent. I also felt that I was treated differently because of my ethnicity. I cannot speak for the intentions of the staff, but the way I was treated left me feeling discriminated against and unwelcome. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with how both situations were handled. Given the prices and the way my daughter and I were treated, I would not personally return or recommend this establishment. I encourage others to carefully consider their experience and expectations before spending their hard-earned money here.

They have taken over and made some fabulous changes not only to the program but also to the gym itself. They have renovated the building, added new equipment, started a fantastic Ninja class, & created an incredible competitive EXCEL program. We have been so very pleased with this program and could not be happier with the staff, coaches and environment. Jill & Trevor provide excellent support and customer service as well. They are incredible business owners.
