Indoor joy for all! What a wonderful play place smack dab in the middle of the outlet mall. We took our 2 & 3 year olds to My Play Place for the first time and it was a huge hit with everyone! We donated a can good for the hungry and got a sweet discount so it was affordable. We signed up for 90 minutes, put on our grippy socks (bring your own or buy a pair there) and we went off the explore. My Play Place seems to have it all for various ages groups to enjoy. They have multiple ball pits for different levels, an indoor playground, cars and scooters to ride around, texture games, a coloring station, a mini grocery store, a dress up area, and lots more to keep you and the kids engaged and having fun for hours! Not only was there lots to do, but everything was immaculate and cleaned constantly. The wonderful woman in charge (whose name escapes me) was very friendly and making sure each and every thing was clean and put in its place (don't know how she does it all!). This is such a great play place for toddlers like my almost 3 year old tasmanian devil! My daughter is high energy and always takes good naps after she plays here (Been here a couple times so far)! The indoor ball pit and slide in it is very popular with my daughter, Aria! They are very friendly and allow me to use their party room when not in use, which has a glass window facing the play area, to do work on my laptop. That allows me to watch my daughter and do my work. We live in Peoria and have been going to Playzona and indoor play places in Scottsdale for a couple years, but the distance is the same for us going to Anthem or Scottsdale, in either direction (About 25 miles) so I'm totally ok with it! My 15 month old and I have been hitting up all the indoor play spots this summer to find the best of the best. My Play Place was a hit! This must be new as I saw it said est 2025. It is in the anthem outlets. There is so much to see and play with and good for a range of ages! My son loved the disco lights and light up wall. Jungle gym is nice and the ball pit is massive. Pricing is similar to other indoor play places, and you can get a membership. Would be a great place for a birthday party as well. And the owner (I think?) was super friendly and nice, kept the place looking great! Glad we discovered this, we will be back! read more

Best indoor play place I've been to, all the 5 star reviews are accurate, the owner is the most attentive attendant i've ever seen. In my time here I never saw her sit down or take a break. The moment a child moves on from a section, she cleans up and resets it, even though she knows it's going to get destroyed again in seconds. This location is very clean and organized, it was a lot of fun and had an excellent variety of things for your child to do. I was only visiting from Los Angeles, but if I was local, I would totally buy a pass to go here regularly. read more

My play place was already 5/5 stars since we started going here a little over a year ago. But my daughter recently had her birthday party here and holy smokes I'd rate it a 100/5 if I could. Kristina the owner is SO GREAT TO WORK WITH. From the moment I contacted her with questions about a birthday party she went so far above and beyond to answer every question. She went above and beyond to accommodate every single thing we needed and wanted. And, she was extremely gracious and patient and kind throughout the whole process. We ultimately decided on a private event and had Minnie Mouse for the character. It was worth every penny. The party room is fantastic. I was able to easily set it up before the party. And Kristina made sure we had everything we needed and was so helpful. We even had our own stocked fridge with waters and juices waiting for us. Minnie Mouse was amazing and it made my daughter's birthday feel so special. Wr had about 25!kids plus parents and had plenty of room. I really think it was the best day of my daughter's life. The place is so clean. Which is a huge deal to me. But they work so hard to always keep it clean and do an amazing job. The thing that I appreciate most is that Kristina and her husband were just so easy to work with. I never felt stressed. They were both so incredibly kind and gracious. We felt like welcomed guests. We felt they were happy to have us. We've had parties at other big places and this felt different in a good way. It felt like they wanted to make us happy and make the day special for us and not like we were just another birthday party. And the succeeded hand down. Thank you so so much! We had a blast. My Play Place is wonder for children! We were member for 7 months and it was for several reasons I am rating this as 1 star. For starters, be sure to get a copy of the contract, as I never received one via email or in person and I had to ask multiple time to receive one when trying to cancel. This is vital as you must email them. Any attempt I made to cancel in person or tell the owner, I was always redirected to cancel as the contracts states to an email. So if you do a contract, beside you get a copy with the date it started as well. You also must have a 60 day cancellation notice and if you "cancel" after the renewal day of the month then it goes to the next month. Secondly, call before you head out with your excited children. Mine were very disappointed as the last 3 or 4 times we tried to go it was closed. The last time we were so excited it was actually open and when we entered as usual, they said my card was declined and we could not enter. Apparently in the middle of my move that was an issue. I was told I had a $50 fee and I could not cancel until my account was correct? I was also texted my account would go to collections and then later told my children broke multiple items in prior months. My children were shocked by the statements as much as I was, because I watch them closely. The one item broken when we first arrive, she never charged us and I offered multiple times. I reminded the owner to run my card as it was auto pay. I told her to charge me for the current month and 2 months for future visits and that I am not coming back. I told her I wanted to ensure my part of the contract is completed. However, they said they would forego those charges if I no longer slandered and make threats. I have nothing to hide and am telling the truth, so please charge me what is due. I was also told when I paid my current balance, that she would help me submit old ESA invoices? I was really shocked because I have never experienced this type of hostility as when she snapped in front of of other parents at my child's school that she's been trying to reach me and that I owe her money. Not only was it humiliating embarrassing, but she also had never reached out to me to resolve anything. Money was never the issue. It was the customer service to be heard, validated, respected, and honest. I feel bad having to write this because the play area is great, but parents all have the right to know what they are signing up for. Be sure to get a copy of the contract with the date you signed it as well. Have a good honest day! read more

Everything about this place is incredible! It is spotless, toys and play areas constantly cleaned and reset, staff is very friendly and great at interacting with children. You can tell the owners started this business with the kids and parents in mind. I love having a place where I can take my daughter to play and stay engaged and creative for a long period of time. The themed play spaces are amazing and every so often new activities pop up for the kids to enjoy (this weekend there was a giant four square set up). We opted for the membership which is a great value considering how much you get out of each play session. There really is something for everyone (arts and crafts, indoor jungle gym, big and small ball pits, tons of books and even pleased to see instruments!) You can tell the owners are parent themselves as they thoughtfully placed childproofing measures pretty much everywhere you would think you would need it and even places you wouldn't think of. Regarding the ambiance, I love the color scheme and that it isn't boring neutrals nor eye-sore primary colors. The music plays softly in the background so it doesn't feel overstimulating like a Chuck E. Cheese. 12/10 no notes- this place is amazing! read more

Where do I even begin?! This place was so awesome and CLEAN the kids loved it. I'd recommend parking near Sunglass Hut and Under Armor as the play place is right behind the big slide! Check in is simple, you just scan the QR code at the front desk or you can even go to their website and sign the waiver (for all parties, parents included) and then you pay for each kiddo (6 months to 8 years old). They also offer monthly memberships or a play pass option which gives you a couple visits (I believe it's 4) for a discounted price. This place has a lot to offer for all ages. The giant ball pit was our favorite, be careful to not bring anything extra in there with you as it can get lost, there's a ton of balls! They did a nice job with making sure this place was safe (I noticed they had foam on sharp edges and padded flooring, so smart). I loved the fact that they had a playground indoors because what a great way to beat the heat! Our girls loved all the different play rooms they have and definitely got a lot of imaginary play in. They also have a smaller soft play area for babies and a coloring area which just adds to the fun! I am considering having my daughter's birthday party here in the future as they offer great party options. This place is a sensory retreat for kids to stretch their imaginations, play and enjoy! All the toy stations help kids to develop communication skills and encourages sensory processing. There is an oversized bubble bath inspired ball pit that offers plenty of space for kids to 'splish and splash'. I was really impressed with how clean and maintained this indoor playground is. The restrooms were spotless, the play stations were organized and it smelled great. It made our experience so much more enjoyable and comfortable. Let me start off by saying this was a fun place for my kiddo. There is a lot of fun and different activities for the kids to play with. I was surprised my two year old lasted the full 90 minutes they give you to play. However.. the price... $28 for a kid to P L A Y. Let's be honest, this is partly for the parents to get a little bit of mental sanity back. That's a lot of money to ask for just to have them play. It's $80 for a membership and after today I was going to pay the extra $60 just to have a month of play but then they told me they have a MINIMUM of 3 months.. Woah, so I have to front nearly $300 for my kids just to play?! It's really unfortunate that the weather here doesn't permit us to take our kids outdoors more in the summer but I can think of at least 3 free activities they'd be happy with before doing this. Moving on from money... while the facility was clean I asked the front desk girl working (btw staff was super friendly and nice) and she said that they only clean the ball pit twice a week Yuckkkkk. So anyway, I guess if you're willing to spend $30 a day then this is the spot for you. - UPDATE/REPLY TO OWNER: I'm very happy to hear that cleaning is a top priority. Thank you for clarifying. Your response was a little snarky to a customer. As far as pricing goes.. I don't think there was much misinformation? You still charge nearly $30 a day per kid and even with the $200 minimum it takes to sign up for a membership you have additional fees for characters to come in?
