I found this hidden gem in Costa Mesa. I love that they have free glass containers available if you're interested in trying a new product. They weight the glass before filling so you only pay for what you buy. They have everything eco-friendly from dish soap, laundry detergents, body products, etc. all environmentally friendly. The employees are extremely helpful and know their products. I was impressed with all their knowledge of the products they sell (and there's a lot). Even though I live a bit farther from the store now, it's nice to be able to buy in bulk and fill up again next time I'm in HB. I just need to say! I LOVE THIS SHOP! I originally started coming here out of curiosity but now I can't live without their products. The staff is so sweet and super helpful! I will say, I do always go for one thing and end up finding more goodies I had no idea they sold. My personal favorites are their Eucalyptus shower steamers, they're heaven after a long day or workout. I also have pretty bad eczema flare ups and their Goats Milk Moisturizer helps really soothe my hands and face. Was greeted immediately and given a brief tour of the store after I mentioned it was my first time visiting. I was given freedom to peruse as much as I wanted but they were super attentive and jumped in to help if needed (even though there were several customers in the store). I came to try Rebrand face wash and moisturizer, along with Little Seed Farm moisturizer. I really liked their selection of skincare options since my skin is oily, acne prone, and sensitive. I was reassured that if things don't work out- I can come by for refund/ exchange. I do wish they have more single ingredient oils- like Argan oil or sweet almond oil. One of my favorite stores. I've always felt so guilty throwing away plastic bottles of shampoo, conditioner, soap... you name it. Now I can take my own bottles in to refill, create less waste and still use products that work! I finally used all my liquid detergent up from the old container and went for a fill up at Buttercup. They say I only need about a tablespoon and a half for each load so I'm going to give it a try and I'll let you know how well it cleans. They also gave me samples of the powder and I purchased a small amount of stain remover which I am very excited to try on my grandsons bibs.
