My older daughter was having trouble deciding so my three year old son kept tossing around a dog he had decided on. While doing that he dropped it a few times on the floor, where a worker brought that to my attention, understandable, so I placed it in my basket. Finally we had all decided on a jelly cat and my son changed his option to another one I took a look at the dog and he was still in great condition so I put it back. When we were about to pay the cashier bluntly expressed if we would purchasing the dog since my son a dropped it. It wasn't the situation that frustrated me and it was the way I was approached about it. You know what I bought them all because I didn't want to ruin my children's experience that I had hoped would be different. She then tried to be nice about the situation but honestly my husband and me felt uncomfortable. We witnessed another child tossing and licking other stuff animals and left without buying anything, yet here we were buying 3 jelly cats and then almost forced to buy a fourth getting rude customer service. Was excited to find that the store had a nice luxury stroller ($500 stroller btw) on their website…read morein stock. Drove 35 minutes to go pick it up. When I came to pay, they asked me to come by the next day because the stroller was "in a warehouse around the corner" and they didn't want to pick it up for whatever reason. There were four employees in the small boutique store, and only a few customers that were perusing/asking questions about strollers. I let them know that I needed the stroller tomorrow and also that it would be really hard to drive in on a workday in traffic to grab it, but they still said they couldn't pick it up because they were too busy with other customers for the rest of the day (like what???)... I left and am planning on purchasing from another store. Baffled as to how they make sense of letting someone buying an expensive stroller with no fuss or questions walk out of the door.

I assumed they were just up front helping another customer. I was perusing and enjoying all of the precious baby clothes when a sales associate asked if I was still doing okay? Which threw me off a little because no one had helped me, yet. She was kind to take the items up front that I was carrying. I couldn't decide on a theme for my gifts, because there were so many cute things to choose from! So, when I went to checkout, I asked for help. That's when the magic happened. The two other sales associates up front helped me make decisions and we chatted. They made the whole experience better! I cannot wait to give my friend these gifts for her baby shower. I will definitely come back for baby gifts in the future. My one big suggestion is that their should be a welcome form employees when people walk through the door and warm customer service from the start of the shopping experience.

About three months ago, I qualified for new Infinio spheres, I was off island (Hawaii) but persuaded my provider (Ryan Himeda of Family Hearing Aid Center) to mail them to me. My new HA's were not much different from the last set I had. I was underwhelmed. When I finally got back to the island and visited Ryan, he made some changes that made a world of difference in my hearing quality. Just goes to show that HA pros really know how to adjust the HA's to suit the customer. Family Hearing Aid Center and in particular Mr. Ryan Himeda are the best.

They need to shut this front down and stop charging people $920 for one tank top you can get at Walmart for $2.50 never have I've had such worse experience in my ENTIRE LIFE. They were literally taken out of the box once to look at during the baby shower, So I wouldn't be rude to the person who gave them to me but I don't buy or but my baby in that brand so I knew I was going to go to the store as soon as I could to exchange or get store credit. As soon as I gave JIANAN the box he took out both the items that were clearly brand new with all tags still attached, They still even had the fold creases. But even then he proceeded to take one of the onesies and look at it extensively, Then he opened up the bottom part where the babies private area/ butt is and STUCK HIS WHOLE FACE AND NOSE into the onesie where the private parts go and then brought it back to the register table.... Not only was that the weirdest, Grossest thing I've ever seen, He then sticks his hand into MY SHOPPING BAG that had my other items I came in with from different stores and starts going through my receipts that weren't even for this store.... We ended up trying on maybe 5 total as I wanted to try on one more even though I had changed back to my clothes-- Coco didn't have an appt after me and said "you're already here. Why not?!" I really appreciated that. She was willing to sell 2/4 of those dresses off the rack with 15-20% off. Because everything is made to order, and my timeline was a bit tight, it was better off to buy the samples. Coco said that the dresses there go up to 4-5k in price, so it's not super high-end. I would say though if your budget is $2-2.5, there isn't as much you can try on. I wasn't completely satisfied with any of the dresses I tried on and some of them were out of my budget. Even though I didn't get up getting a dress here, I would still recommend this bridal store.
