I was helped by one swift gentleman who got customer service on the phone and I was emailed a link for a brand spanking new Levi's $40 e-gift card in like 2 days. Thank you again. I'm excited that The Westchester has its own Levi's Store. It's nowhere near as big as the old NYC Levi's Store on 59th (remember that one?), but these folks carry their own weight just fine. On top of that, there's a tailor who can change those tiny, right-side red tabs on the back, change thread color for hems and even change the metal buttons. Levi's has been part of my wardrobe staple for the last 15 yrs that I can't live without. Levi's are durable and for me, it's worth investing in some long-lasting, quality pieces that I can dress up or dress down. The fact that the Levi's Store is here, I'm a fan!

Casual clothes they are, but I personally love transforming and pairing my own style with the unexpected to the mix.
