The Loaded Burger Food Truck was parked outside my work location during lunch. The line to place your order was very long but the service moved very quickly. I was only in line for about 10 minutes tops. Myself and another coworker enjoyed the American Burger that was loaded with lettuce, tomato and bacon. My burger was a little dry but eatable. For sides we ordered crispy chips and onions rings which were both very delicious. They do offer several different types of burgers, a chicken sandwich, and they also offer vegan options. The ambiance is outdoors standing in line. It's a Food Truck. I'll definitely try something different the next time and I would recommend them for lunch or dinner. It was the onion rings for me!!! They are a must try.

We used the Loaded Burger for my sister's graduation celebration and the food truck was amazing! From the initial booking consultation call , to day of set up and break down. 10/10! The food was amazing and the funnel cake fries were a HIT !

Some really nice and friendly folks working on this food truck. COOL TRUCK. The truck is clean, looked new and painted really cool. There is fun music playing and an LCD screen menu. Anyways, from the service and truck perspective, it was awesome. However, the food was disappointing. SOGGY chips. So, the good news is, they make homemade chips. The bad news, they are soggy! I don't understand how that could be the case when they are made right there. BELOW AVERAGE BURGER - the issue is with the patty itself. It didn't seem like it was grilled, it looked and tasted boiled. Just odd, I didn't like that. FRESH VEGGIES - the burger was loaded with great fresh vegetables I WANTED TO LIKE IT MORE, but it was just disappointing.

Honestly, the 2nd amendment was delicious. I usually add things to burgers that weren't already given, but this burger needs no additions!! Would definitely recommend

Absolutely great. Their prices for food trucks is great, and the amount of food they give you is what's another word for great? We got the Farm Burger & the Full Metal Jacket loaded burgers. They were the specials for the day so they came with either a side of chips or onion rings. We got onion rings. The farm burger was so hard to eat... the yolk cracked instantly. I ended up getting a straw to stick it through just so my burger didn't fall apart. It was delicious though. The garlic aoli, the cheese... so melty, so gooey. I'm not one to eat onion rings, but i'd prefer it over chips for a burger. Why don't they have fries????! Their onion rings were full of flavor though. I ate most of them! My boyfriend really enjoyed his burger as well. He gives it 5 stars too. He got it because of the jalapeño poppers (that he said wasn't spicy). Make sure you get toooonnns of napkins before you eat, you're gonna need it. Their service was quick, and the food came out pretty fast as well.

I had the BB King burger at the SweetWater 420 Fest and it was delicious! I also had the berry lemonade and chips on the side. All three were amazing - so good! I highly recommend their food to anyone who likes burgers. My burger was lukewarm (this didn't detract from its tastiness), and the bacon was soft, maybe medium done. I only ate half the bacon, because I like crispy well done bacon. The BB King Burger had the perfect amount of barbeque sauce, bleu cheese and bacon. I am infamous for adding mayo and ketchup to burgers I purchase at restaurants. This may have been the first time in my life when I didn't want to add anything to the chef's creation. They had mayo, mustard and ketchup packets available, and I grabbed some of these, but they wound up going home with me in my bag, and will join our stash of take- out condiments in our cupboard. I didn't realize everything was a la carte and all of the sides had to be requested separately. When I got my burger, I said, "no sides?" and made a sad face. The young man in the truck said, "you can have some chips" and he put some chips next to my burger. It wasn't until I went home that I realized I was gifted these chips, and sides are not included. This may have been a good solution at the time, because festival lines can be long, and need to be kept moving. Thank you, sir! Your kindness and generosity did not go unnoticed and were thoroughly appreciated! The woman who was taking orders was sweet and helpful as well. The chips were soooooo good. You can tell that they are slicing the potatoes and frying them on site. They were warm and some of them were a little soft in some places, like a real potato and in contrast to highly processed store bought potato chips . I loved the chips. They paired perfectly with the burger. Future customers, please do yourself a favor and order the chips! The berry lemonade was mouthwateringly nectarous. Most of the berry-liciousness is concentrated at the bottom, and the upper levels are dominated by lemonade. This ombre effect allows you to control the level of flavor mingling by inserting your straw to your preferred taste site. At least that's how I chose to drink it. It hit the spot. All in all, I paid $15 for this meal fit for goddesses- that includes a dollar tip. I'm not sure if those were festival prices or regular prices. I do know that their specials and burger menu changes, but I don't know how frequently. I look forward to eating at this ambrosia truck again and trying another one of their scrumptious offerings.

Cuban burger with side of chips

Very satisfying large burgers served from a food truck. The name "Loaded Burger" is not a misnomer. As you probably guessed, The Loaded Burger serves burgers that are stuffed with toppings. Some of these toppings include bacon, ham, pickles, cheese, a fried egg, and beer battered onion rings. A burger with a side from this truck costs $10. Highlights: I ordered the Cuban burger, which has ham, cheese, pickles, mustard, lettuce, and tomato. The burger was served on a golden roll which was soft and fresh. The stack of ham is thicker than the burger patty. I was pleased with the lettuce and tomato that garnished the burger as well. You have a choice of either chips or onion rings with your burger. I usually prefer fries over chips with sandwiches or burgers because I've often had chips which are chewy, burnt, or bland. Well, now I know not to stereotype foods. I tried the chips, which were fresh and crunchy, but not too crunchy. There was a nice mix of salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese on the chips. Am I still a fries person? Probably. Did this beat my expectations for chips? Definitely. Critiques: Regarding the seasoning for the chips - pepper: spot on, parmesan cheese: perfect, salt: the chips were just a little too salty for my taste. The burger patty isn't bad, but it doesn't quite compare with what I think are 5 star burger patties. In terms of thickness, they're halfway between a fast food burger patty and a specialty burger restaurant patty. Still good though. The burger should be eaten right away, or it may get a little soggy from the veggies. Overall: The Loaded Burger falls into my "I would go again" food truck list. Toppings are generous and the chips beat my expectations. If you offered me a fast food burger or a Loaded Burger, I would pick a Loaded Burger.

What first caught my attention about the Loaded Burger is their actual food truck - it's probably one of, if not the most badass roaming the streets of Atlanta; Essentially, the graphic is a cowboy burger (a tasty looking one) with a loaded gun (It's a Loaded Burger - get it? Ha!). Their menu is like American bar fare on steroids - all of the burger options are "lodaed"/topped with with works: bacon, cheese, etc. Everything on there sounds so so so so good. I can't quite re-call the name of the burgers we ordered - the flavor combination was unforgettable though, it was a traditional beef patty, with a peanut butter and Thai Chili condiment combination. It sounds disgusting, but it was actually palatable - even enjoyable. The patty however was on the plain side, I understand wanting keep the patty simple with such bold flavors, but in my opinion, it was just too plain. The other burger we ordered was called the farm-something burger (?; again, sorry for my poor recall), and it was a fairly traditional burger topped with bacon and a fried egg. I liked this one a bit better, the fried egg was nice and it- in combination with the bacon, provided the patty with a lot more flavor than the previous. The burgers are quite large, I shared halves of each burger, and just 1/2 was pretty filling. In addition, I also ordered a side of the Loaded Chips - which according to menu is supposed to come topped with salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese - but I guess he forgot, they came out plain - like fairly standard kettle chips, nothing special. Overall, everything was just okay - I'll admit I was expecting a bit more so I left disappointed.

    Bbb king burger

It was a segment on Fox 5 that let me know of The Loaded Burger's existence, and the on air reaction of the news anchor, as well as the burger selection had me hunting these guys down, and when I found them at the Duluth Food Truck Friday event, bacon, and burger had a gravitational pull I couldn't get away from. Their set up is specials of the day, such as the Georgia Farm Burger, Loaded Chicken Cali, Loaded Cuban Burger or the Loaded Greek Burger (all for $10 even), or you can order off of their regular menu, which is located on their website, and where I ordered from. I got their BBB king burger ($8), where the three Bs stand for Bison, Bacon and Blue cheese. The BBB king had generous amounts of bacon and blue cheese, and the patty wasn't a slouch in the size department either. Very tender and tasty. The combination of all of the flavors zapped my mouth, thanks to the tangy bbq sauce that was just enough to ramp up the flavor, but wasn't drowning in sauce either. It was all topped off with an onion ring in the burger. TO me, it was a strong favorite burger contender. The crew in the truck were cool as could be, and as the burgers were made fresh to order, there was about a 10 minute wait time from placing your order to getting it in your grubby hands. There's a ton of different burger combinations, and ground beef, bison, chicken and turkey are all represented, but you are limited to what they have on hand. Nice group of guys with a great product. Worth sampling if you can find them!

I'm a fan of this food truck. They were parked outside my office building one day and I definitely wanted to give them a try so asked the owner what he'd recommend. Service was fantastic and my burger was cooked to perfection. I wanted to try one of their specials for the day so had this amazingly delicious chicken burger (Loaded Cali Burger) with avocado and all the trimmings. The chicken was a ground chicken patty made with bits of jalapenos and tasted delicious! I was definitely happy with my purchase and it came with their homemade potato chips. It was about $12 and came with a can of soda. A bit on the pricey side, but worth every penny if you want to splurge on lunch one day so you definitely won't be disappointed. The seasoning on the burger was one of the best that I've ever tasted. They also do private catering where you can have them come on-site and serve all your friends and family for a special occasion! Check them out if you haven't already. I can tell the owner takes great pride in his food and service. Thumbs up!

It's held at Taylor-Brawner Park off Atlanta Rd, which is a great location to spread out, have a mini picnic, and enjoy! The ambiance is family, community, and definitely giving summer! There's a playground for the kids, live music by local performers, and there are bathrooms with changing tables if you have littles that require them. It does get hot since this is Atlanta in the summer so prepare accordingly. The food trucks are mostly a variety yet there have been times when some of the trucks offered the same types of food (fries, tenders, burgers/sandwiches) which can be a buzz kill, so I would recommend going on the City of Smyrna government page on Facebook to see which trucks would be in attendance that day to avoid disappointment. There are some trucks that are there each Tuesday with the King of Pops being one of them. And they have vegetarian and vegan options as well. Ding ding! Most of the vendors accept cards so having a mix of cash and cards is better but not required. Again, I love it and so does my family since there's something for everyone to enjoy! Attend, you won't be disappointed!

There is not really any specific organized activity, but be creative. Some people had hammocks set up, balls to play kick ball with and some were just sitting or standing around talking. It's all about what you make it There were a ton of food truck options. I was overwhelmed, but did finally decided to try the Blaxican Food truck. I ordered the collard green quesadilla. The greens were seasoned with turkey meat and had a hint of spiciness to them. I enjoyed every bite of my order! I also had the infamous sesame fries from another truck. I can't recall the name of that truck, but if you see sesame fries on the menu order them. They are only $4.00 and will worth each dollar! Of course I had to have desert. I tried the praline pecan pie from the New Orleans themed truck! Oh my gosh, it is divine!!! Atlanta is better off for having food trucks (and this park, specifically). Despite the cloudy, on-and-off drizzly weather, the park had a good turnout of patrons between 7-9pm on a Thursday night. Thanks to those who braved the elements for our UYE (http://www.yelp.com/events/atlanta-atlanta-food-truck-park-uye). The food truck/food stand lineup was pretty good: Sweet Auburn BBQ Corn-a-Cue One Love Jerk Grill Metro City Dogs Lemonade Stand WOW! Food Truck Ibiza Bites Chay J's New Orleans Candies Rouxd Food Truck King of Pops Yum Yum Cupcake Verizon also had a stand. I've been following the park's official calendar (http://www.atlantafoodtruckpark.com/calendar/) over the past month and noticed Thursday nights are the ideal weeknight (excluding Fridays) to go for the most trucks and the best selection. I suspect there might have been more trucks last night if it wasn't for the weather. I ended up trying a little bit of everything: Arepas (Venezuelan sliders) from WOW! Food Truck Beef brisket with Asian pear slaw taco from Sweet Auburn BBQ Goat cheese-stuffed fried green tomatoes from Ibiza Bites Creole pretzels and Creole popcorn from Chay J's I'll be posting reviews for each of those trucks in the next few days. If you come for dinner, I recommend coming on the early side as the food trucks only have a limited supply of items and do sell out. This leads some trucks to close early. I saw many menus with marked off items that had sold out for the day. Yum Yum Cupcakes shut down early because they sold out of their cupcakes for the day. I was pleasantly surprised to see how much seating the park had. I counted 16 large picnic tables in the main "dining" area, most with umbrellas. Each picnic table can seat up to about 8 people each. The picnic tables are located on a flat, paved surface. The food trucks are located in a large gravel lot. This lot has 4 communal standing tables and 2 additional picnic tables. So overall, this spot has quite a bit of seating, which is convenient. Also, plenty of trash cans and recycling bins to keep the grounds looking relatively clean. The park is family and dog-friendly. It can be a little loud because you're around all these big trucks and next to busy Howell Mill Rd. You can BYOB, so save money by bringing your own drinks. If you want water, I saw some trucks selling it for $1 per bottle. There is one restroom and it's a "Johnny on the Spot" porta-potty in the parking lot with portable sink outside so you can wash your hands. There is ample free parking behind the park. Turn onto Emery St, next to the Shell Station on Howell Mill, to find it. If you need more detailed directions, check out the park's FAQ here: http://www.atlantafoodtruckpark.com/faqs/. The parking lot is old and filled with pot holes, so drive carefully. I saw someone puncture their car's tire by running over a broken-off metal sign post on the ground (she was trying to make too tight of a turn around the dining area). Note that every Wednesday and Friday night throughout the summer, the park will be playing movies for free. Also, from time to time, there is live music. On the weekends, there's a food market with rotating vendors and an artists market coming soon. Overall, I'm very happy with the Atlanta Food Truck Park and definitely plan on returning.
