I'd sent it to my better half and he said, "let's go." OK... it's a hole in the wall in a strip center. But you know that sometimes those places are absolutely wonderful. And this was one of those times. From the time we walked in, we were welcomed. The lady working the front went through the menu... explained the options and even told us about options that weren't listed. I decided on the Heat Combo... the hubby decided on the Regular Combo. You're going to find that everything is made to order. So nothing just sitting around. The sandwiches are what I'd call burritos in a bun. Wrapped in foil and then paper. We were warned to keep the foil on... And with good reason! These are not sit in the car and eat sandwiches. They're moist... they're juicy and DELICIOUS! Now, I got the one called the Heat. It was not overly spicy but had a good level of heat. I was told if you like it spicy, just ask for hot sauce. I'm kinda torn by that because the general flavor of the sandwich is really good and wouldn't want to cover that up. The Combo comes with thick potato wedges. They were good and neither of us were able to finish all of them. They have some side dipping sauces I want to try next time. We opted to dine in. The dining room is a bit small and standard. There are only about 4 or 5 tables. But, it's clean (spotless clean) and does the trick. I imagine if it's busy it can get quite full. Honestly... this style of food is pretty unique to the Metro. It's not quite a Philly Restaurant... it's not quite a traditional Chili Shop... It's more of what you'd see with a "loose meat" restaurant from the Midwest. But whatever you think it is, it works. And we'll be back!

A 98 "Health Score" in this day and age or ANY day and age is a pretty good start and the customer service was beyond stellar!! Chef Angie was helpful and attentive. Granted, I was the only customer there at the time, but that's NOT something to be taken for granted...I've been the only person in line somewhere before and STILL got terrible service!! The price may have been a bit on the high end for the fare offerings, but it was fresh and made to order and it tasted out-expletive-standing (The toasted bun and the Chipotle Ranch Sauce on the Chop Veggie was "Umm Umm GOOD!!)...I will definitely be returning!! =)

There are about four tables for dining in, but it operates more as a to-go restaurant. The restaurant was very clean, and the menu is extensive. They are currently running a grand opening special for $12.99. It's a 10-piece wing combo with French fries and a drink. We both chose the special. Our wing flavors were honey lemon pepper and honey hot, and we ordered the mango strawberry and peach lemonade. For $3, you can upgrade to shrimp fried rice instead of French fries, which I decided to do. They make your food fresh to order, so there was a 15-minute wait. We waited inside until our food was ready. Once it was, it came out piping hot. There is also a complimentary condiment station, which we stopped by to get some before leaving. We thoroughly enjoyed our food--both flavors were great. The fries were crispy, and the shrimp fried rice was flavorful. Overall, the food, portion sizes, and prices were great. Our meal exceeded our expectations and we look forward to visiting again!

Maria, our server, was fantastic. Very friendly and attentive the whole time. The table salsa had an excellent kick and tasted fresh, which set the tone right away. I ordered the "Normal Plate" which comes with steak, eggs, avocado, fried plantains, and queso fresco. Everything was delicious. The steak is advertised as ribeye but looked more like a strip to me, though honestly it was still well seasoned and cooked nicely so I wasn't complaining. The plantains were perfectly caramelized and the avocado was fresh. Great prices, strong drinks, and genuinely friendly service. Highly recommend.

I decided I wanted to try a new place and recognized some of my fellow Elites in the glowing reviews, which sealed the deal. The ordering process online was incredibly smooth. The restaurant was pretty busy when we picked up but just as easy as ordering was. The menu is extensive and detailed, with traditional Mexican dishes and some twists. We kept it really simple, opting for chicken + steak tacos, a chicken tostada, guac and the Pollo loco. The guac was chunky and portioned well, but could have used just a tadddd more salt. There were 3 different sauces included and they kicked it back up a notch. The tostada was delicioussss! The tortilla and lettuce provided the perfect crunch with the flavorful chicken - delicious. My bf enjoyed the tacos, maybe not life-changing, but they were enjoyed. I didn't eat the pollo loco until the next day and it was tasty. Super basic dish, no frills, but for whatever reason, the idea of chicken, cheese and rice appealed to me when I was ordering, lol. A solid experience over all, I will definitely be going back!

I had never tried their food before but read some reviews and figured it was worth a try. Their website offered easy ordering in advance so we didn't have to time it out the day of. We ended up going for 100 wings which came with 4 different flavors. We opted for honey hot, medium, lemon pepper wet and hot teriyaki, but then the website made us choose flavors for 5 random wings? Confusing lol, but I did it so we could complete the order. For 100 wings, he ended up paying about $103 after taxes. Not too bad! I wasn't there when he picked up the order but they did text and email him in advance to confirm that the order was ready, and even called him to be sure he knew they were ready for pickup. When he returned with the wings, it was a huge tray that included the wings separated by dividers as well as some celery. The wings weren't huge but they worked. The varied flavors were delicious - the lemon pepper wet were my favorites! They also included a bunch of small ranch/blue cheese cups on the side. Such a smooth ordering process and a delicious bunch of wings - will definitely order again.

The past two visits, including today, the wings looked like they were taken from hatchlings. They were so small there almost wasn't any meat on them at all.
