This spot is consistently good and really might be my favorite local wing spot. Twice now, I've had orders for 100+ wings for some events I was having. I think I've tried most of their flavors except BBQ and they're all so tasty. My favorites are probably honey lemon pepper and Thai chili. I thought the garlic parm wings are a tad salty, so don't care for those too much but not bad if it's your thing. I like that their wings aren't too big (not a fan of huge wings, makes me question the meat quality ), crispy, and always come with a good amount of sauce. Their fries could be better though, maybe a little more seasoning would be nice. I have to deduct one star though because one time I picked up my order and it wasn't ready despite making the order days ahead and calling the day of to re confirm. But they tried to recover from the mistake and were apologetic so it's cool - wings was definitely still hittin, though! read more

My Son went in for the first time this evening. We had been wanting to try the food. And to support a small restaurant in our area. The Cashier Augustina, was extremely rude. When asked a simple question about what drinks they had she didn't answer and just stared at my Son. He thought he had done something wrong and tried to apologize. Again, was met with silence. By the time he got back in the car he was confused, sad and in tears. Everyone has bad days. But on the job, you gotta put on a smile and give the best you can. This customer service from this person means we won't be back. And I'll be telling all my friends to not go. Or if they do, ask for another person to wait on them. So they won't leave feeling worse for having been there. The salad he ordered was pretty good. So there's that. read more

What a pleasant surprise! Full disclosure: we came here because my SO won some gift certificates from a wing eating contest...this is a bit out of the way for us. We were greeted by an extremely friendly cashier, who was not only on the ball, but ensured our order was 100% correct. She was engaging with all of the customers and was a true delight. As for the food...I got the extra hot wings with a side of fries and the SO ordered the OG cheesesteak and an order of hot wings. Everything was perfect and came out piping hot. My fellow pepper heads should note that the extra hot, while quite flavorful, wasn't overly spicy. My SO's cheesesteak was also quite tasty and the roll was especially delicious. The restaurant (and restrooms) were clean and the entire experience was great. I would definitely come back the next time I'm in the area. read more

Drove a good ways to go get food from here (from Hiram Georgia). One, I've had it before (my son has business nearby & eats there all the time). I ordered a fish platter and added tossed salad & six well done wings. It came with cole slaw and a few hushpuppies. Got to my destination and the first thing, the fish smell smacked me when I opened the bag. Not good. I took a bite and had to spit it out. Texture was off. I was sad but like cool - glad i got those extras. Welp. No fork in the bag so I could not eat the salad or the slaw. Onto the wings, the soft mushy wings I asked to be cooked well. Welp- I was far from home so I had to eat the wings. It was my fast breaking meal for the day and 730PM so I HAD to eat something. YUCK though. I called to let them know. No one answered. I left three messages and tried the line 9 times over the next half hour like a jilted lover. No response. I called at 5pm the next day giving them time to check the messages & get back to me. In my dreams. Lol. The person who waited on me answered when I called the next day and said she was the manager. My meal was 17.something. I had the entire thing including receipt in the bag (I left in the car overnight. Stinking up my car is a better option than stinking up my fridge). I told her what I just typed here and also told her I do yelp reviews but had not done mine on this until I saw how I would be made whole. Just to let her know out of fairness that I am active reviewing on Yelp. She said ok, your refund will be ready in cash when you get here. I also let her know I lived far so it would take me a minute to get there. So an hour and a half later I get there. She tells me to keep the bag (of stinking trash) per the owner and hands me 10 bucks and a few loose coins. Like really. First of all- HER- the self professed manager bagged me up and I know she smelled that old stinking fish and she also did not make sure I had utensils to even eat the food and the audacity to charge me for the wings side (which shouldn't have been 7 bucks) after causing me a long trip back for a refund for six undercooked wings. NO NOT GOOD WNB wing factory. I will never be back, Nor will I continue to refer my huge network of friends and family who ALWAYS are calling me for the go to spot for eating diff cuisines because they know I am a foodie that eats out often. Lastly, The one star- that is for the OTHER young lady that works there that is ALWAYS so pleasant and welcoming and accommodating. I'll miss her great energy. This self proclaimed manager was not rude, but is not welcoming at all either. On both of my encounters, she was dry as toast. Dry is ok- just not the best recipe for a job dealing with food or with people. I am sad to take this place out of my rotation. read more

Some of the best wings around, from wing spots to sports bars. Bigger than most of the "wing spots" for sure and the sauces/rubs are all so good. And The burgers are massive! I received my order via Doordash. What a disappointment! Grisly 10 piece chicken combo. There was no leftover sauce in the container. The French fries were undercooked and limp. They had no side salad so I ordered a large of packaged iceberg lettuce with a bunch of shredded cheese on it. I also ordered coleslaw. Ewww. I have to go again..... I've heard nothing but good things about the wings but I was in the mood for a cheesteak. My sandwich was ok. The meat and onions were a bit over done but it still hit the spot. I will say that they did get my husband's sandwich wrong because he ordered it without onions and it seemed to have extra onions which was unacceptable. Since they had to remake his sandwich we had the unfortunate experience of having to sit inside and since the remake took so long we decided to eat there. Oh if I could only give this place zero stars I would. Where do I start? Ordered uber, asked for shrimp fried rice and 30 piece wings. I wrote in the special instructions that I would like 10 hot teriyaki and 20 hot wings but they got that wrong and gave me the opposite of what I asked for. They also just gave me regular teriyaki not hot... then when I open the container for the fried rice I was met with an unpleasant spoiled smell. The fried rice went bad. It smelled like rotten eggs and day old trash. We couldn't even touch it and had to throw it away. So very disappointed in the quality of their food and service. How can you not tell if something has gone bad? I knew from the second I opened the container. I believe they are mixing old rice with new to save cost. Throw away the left overs food people... bad restaurants etiquette. Thankfully got a full refund from uber but had to leave this review for others to know. Do better please. read more

First time here! The place is very clean as a first impression and parking was easy to find! It is located in a convenient shopping plaza off of south marietta parkway. The food was very good for the price, with huge portion sizes as well! Will definitely stop by again for a quick meal. read more

The shrimp fried race and honey garlic wings are very good and filling. The restaurant is fairly new to the area, the place was very clean and the employees were very professional. I placed an order on the phone and then a few minutes later realized that I called the wrong store. So I called back to try and cancel the order, but was told to hold on and then hung up on. It was near closing time when I ordered, so I figured they had closed and were no longer taking calls. A few minutes later I get an angry phone call from who I can only guess was the manger going off on me about not coming to pick up my order. I tried to explain that I tried to cancel the order and was hung up on only to then be yelled at for "costing the business money". Every time I tried to explain the situation I was cut off and the rant continued about costing them money, having them make the food and not coming to get it, etc. Before I could get a word in after the last little rant, they hung up on me. My family and I have ate here half a dozen times. And have always received superb service. But tonight this establishment truly disappointed me. It saddens me to even have to write such a review. I called and was immediately placed on hold for 4.5 minutes. After giving the cashier my order, I asked how long it would take....she quickly replied 5 minutes because they were closing soon. However I originally called at 8:55 and she didn't take me off hold until 8:59 p.m. So we rushed over to pick up the food. After arriving 6 minutes later. I paid and was told my food was not yet ready. Although I noticed three containers behind the cashier. I took a seat and waited for my order to come up. After 37 minutes and watching 4 different customers come in and leave with their food. I approached the counter and asked the same cashier how much longer would it take for my order to come up. She asked me for my name again, I told her and she turned to grab the boxes that had been sitting there nearly 40 minutes ago!!!! I asked could she please check to see if the food was now cold as it had been sitting there for AT LEAST 40 minutes. She replied: "I don't know, maybe you should check it yourself" in a very nonchalant tone yet rude. I touched one of the fries as they were all withered in the box due to the steam that had become condensation. I was extremely annoyed at this point but considering I had three middle school football players back at my house, I could not refuse the food. Plus I had already paid and waited for almost an hour. She asked what kind of dipping sauce and I told her and she just slung them in the bag and walked away. I'm not sure what this young lady's issue was outside of the obvious. I agree it was an hour before. When I originally called but it was her who procrastinated this entire process!! If she didn't want to work her shift she probably should have called or quit because whatever her problem was, was not me or my kid's issue! I don't recommend this as the new number 1 spot in Marietta anymore and will definitely be taking my business and money elsewhere! read more

disgusting customer service. extremely rude. cashier was rude from the start, also had NO gloves, sneezed, WIPED her nose on a tissue and rubbed some hand sanitizer on before handing me the card back/ our food. asked for a refund because we can't risk eating at an unsanitary establishment. manager was even more rude (seemed like she was keen on sticking up for this cashier as if they were related. both had the same exact horrible attitude). she refused to give us the refund without a reason, and then proceeded to say that she would give the refund and block my number because she's the manager and she doesn't want to serve us again. while we were speaking, she slammed the window in our faces, and only opened it to be rude/reply loudly and angrily to our reasoning. she then got someone who i assume must've been an owner or something. she "explained" the situation to him halfheartedly told him she would never serve us again, slammed the window again, and then opened it to hand us back the cash refund. hands down the worst customer service i've ever experienced in my life from start to finish. unless you enjoy spending your money at an establishment that is rude from the second you pull up to the window, DO NOT EAT HERE. read more
