Blueberry muffin and Carmel macchiato

I stopped in to check this place out on a Thursday morning, and all I can say is WOW!! This cafe is so cute! The owner was there and he was taking orders, he is very nice! Cute decor and great drinks. I ordered the Carmel macchiato with almond milk and it was excellent! I also ordered a blueberry muffin that was huge and freshly made. I can't wait to bring my husband here! I'm so happy this gem is in downtown Greenwood!

Cafe bombon and cafecitio

We have been anxiously awaiting this wonderful new Cuban coffee cafe to open on Main Street in Greenwood. Wow this place was worth the wait and I cannot wait to come back. This is much closer than traveling to Miami. They have a very limited number of seats inside and out. It's very bright and inviting with some cute photo ops when they aren't super busy. You walk in and go all the way to the back and up the tiny step to order and then they will call your name out. The pastries typically come out first so be prepared to listen for your name twice if you order both food and beverages. Despite being super busy and only one person making coffees they were fairly quick. Everyone working and stopping in are super friendly. The prices are very comparable to other Cuban coffee places. I chose the Cafe bombon is half coffee and half condensed milk. Grab stir stick and mix it together for a nice balanced sweet espresso type shot. The pineapple coconut muffin is packed full of shredded coconut and pineapple. The hubby got the cafecito which is coffee, milk and whipped sugar. He absolutely loved it. It was super smooth and just as good as the traditional ones he's had. The guava pastry was light and fluffy and the perfect balance of filling and pastry. He regrets not getting the one with cheese as he got too excited and didn't read the whole menu. You will need to park in one of the free public parking lots and walk and there is a step up to the area to order however I assume they would accommodate you if unable to do the step up. I cannot say enough good things about this place. This will be a regular stop without a doubt. It's the perfect addition to the Greenwood area.

So excited for this new cuban cafe in Greenwood! We got a cafecito, dulce de leche latte, chicken empanada and guava pastelito. It was all REALLY delicious. So happy we can get cuban coffee and pastries now in Indy. We are about 20 mins away but will make the drive regularly, it was that good. Very cute inside as well and family owned so everyone was super friendly.

Another great locally owned business to join the other great shops of downtown Greenwood! My all-time favorite sandwich is the Cuban sandwich and I have not been able to find one that has been really good until now! In addition to Cuban sandwiches, they also have empanadas(chicken and beef) as well as pastries, and a full coffee bar! I got to meet the owner and she is wonderful! My only suggestion was to add chips to the menu to go alongside that incredible sandwich! Well done and go check this place out!

We tried the Cubano, spinach pastelitos, mamey milkshake, mango milkshake, and caramel macchiato. All were delicious. Very relaxing atmosphere. I see myself having many meetups and study sessions here. Can't wait to try the other menu items as well. Excellent service as well!!

A perfect cappuccino :)

It was very busy. The cafe con leche was the best I've had since Key West. The pastry's looked wonderful. I have been back.

I also got a plain roti to give to my toddler, but I didn't want to share. It came with the best curry sauce to dip it in and was delicious. Their drink menu is large and unique, so I asked for a recommendation and went with an iced creamy dark delight (condensed and evaporated milk) and loved it! The menu explains what is in each drink and has a visual of the ingredients so it is really easy to order even if you don't know what the drinks are. There is lots of parking available and lots of tables to stay and dine in. We got one of the tables in a nook area which was really nice. There were multiple high chairs too so it was a great stop with my toddler. I recommend this one completely just for food, just for drinks, but ideally for both!

If I went for coffee and to work remotely or vibe , I think it's a decent spot. But for sushi, nah. The apple juice and the peach tea were 10/10!! They make the juice fresh. Must try! The sushi tacos were challenging to eat. The tempura "shell" is crunchy and just falls apart as you try to eat it. I asked for a fork and they said they didn't have any. The portions are decent you can get 3 for $25. I've had better sushi but the idea is cool...just not for me.

So I whipped out my trusty sidekick: GOOGLE! (Cue superhero theme music.) I asked Google to find me drinks nearby, and, as always, it came through like the magical genie it is. Five minutes later, I was pulling up to Tiger Sugar, hydration hero, reporting for duty! When I arrived, I scored a parking spot right in front, already winning! Only one person stood between me and my thirst, but let's be real: I'm so indecisive, I probably gave them time to finish their order and contemplate the meaning of life. I circled that menu like a vulture with commitment issues, but thankfully, the super-friendly lady behind the counter came to my rescue and steered me toward the passion fruit black tea. One sip, and it was a full-blown dance party in my mouth. I'm talking conga lines, disco balls, the works! This drink checked every box, though it was a bit on the sweet side, so next time I'll dial it down a notch. Not that I'm adventurous, I'm absolutely ordering the same thing on my next visit. Change is scary, okay? Go check them out. It's worth the drive to the Greenwood area.
