The two gentlemen were very knowledgeable about what needed to be done, they had what they needed in the truck, so in about 2 hours the work was complete and our door was as good as new. Dealer said "sure we can do that. I have an opening in three weeks. But that will give you enough time to say farewell to your first borne child." But at Eastern, I walked right in and job complete in under 20 minutes. Now they certainly were swamped with service calls and there were two other walk-ins when I was there, so at times you could see a little longer wait depending on the complexity of your requirements or the volume of other customers. Child still with Mom, key remote fully functioning in less than 3 weeks, and enough pocket money left over to treat the missus to lunch. Bonus.

She and I agree to a following morning pickup of my promised key. Next day, I drove 20 or so minutes to get the key as we had agreed. But, when I arrived as we had scheduled, Melissa was in a back office and front desk attendant was clueless about the arrangement made. He asked Melissa, still in the back office, who replied that was unable to obtain the blank? So, instead of calling me back as soon as she determined she would not be able to fulfill the agreed to delivery, she did nothing and I wasted time and a trip to lower Newport News. No, apology for the inconvience, Melissa never even got up to come speak to me but let the attendant stand there at the counter s with a puzzled look. My brother-in-law by the way successfully used the same photo I had sent and Shorty Wallens Locksmith made the key shortly afterwards! Apollo didn't show. Today came down from RIC again. He analyzes and says it's the battery and had the nerve to charge me &10! Then says 'I told you over the phone to change the battery' which is a lie since he told me he needed to see the truck in order to diagnose. Even if true what kind of locksmith expects the customer to change the battery on a brand new $250 key fob - where they didn't cut the hard key. I made sure the guy who referred me knows to never refer anyone there again.

Called available roadside and was given a quote to change the tire, which I felt was completely reasonable price wise. Was given a time frame of 1/2 due to him being on another job. The communication was excellent, he ran into traffic (there was a accident on the highway) and immediately called me to let me know he would be running behind schedule and even gave me a discount for not arriving in the scheduled time. When he arrived he was very pleasant and had me fixed up and back on the road within 15 minutes. Amazing service and communication. Will definitely use again!
