Unprofessional and unreliable. Made an appt a week out. On the day of my appt; no call, no show. I called the owner and he said he be there later in the day. No call, no show. He contacted me later in the evening and reassured me he'd come the next day. No show. 3 no shows If the can't trust them honoring a simple appointment, what makes you think you can trust the quality of their work. ?? I left my keys in my house and didn't realize that our car garage door wasn't programmed. I tried calling a bunch of companies local to me, but none of them picked up. So I am usually very careful about placing my car keys in my purse and using the remote only to lock the doors HOWEVER accidents do happen and always when and where you LEAST expect it. I was out in the Modesto area visiting family and upon exiting my car I thought it would be smart to gather my purse and have my car locked before getting out of the car.... would have been a great idea if I would have remembered to take the keys out of the ignition before shutting the door closed... and locked! Ugh needless to say I found The Lock Doctors, as my only option being that I didn't even have a spare key at my families house. So Mike from the Lock Doctors was very quick and responsive to my call. He is located out in the Manteca area and was at my car within what must have been 20 minutes. He knew what he was doing and spent no time at all getting into my car. I was a little worried in the beginning that this was gonna cost me an arm and a leg, but it only came out to $60. That's him coming out to me and opening up my car. I think I learned my lesson. But at the same time I also took advantage of the other services Mike offered, like getting that spare key made, and it was a remote spare key!!!
