Today I found myself in a situation that required me to help a family member who was in need of a locksmith. Since my brother lives in California and I in Washington I turned to Google. I typed in locksmith in Oakdale, CA and was directed to the Yellow Pages. The first place I called (top of the list) could not fit us in. The second, The Lock Doctors, answered super fast and friendly. I locked my keys in my car while grocery shopping with my severely handicapped son who is 6 ft tall and 15 years old. after shopping he immediately wanted to go home and watch me cook everything so he could eat everything. Wife locked her keys in the car (older Honda Pilot) - I called Lock Doctors in a panic after realizing her keys were sitting right on the driver's seat in plain view. James is the man! We locked the key in the trunk of my Mercedes E350. Everything shut down in alarm mode. James was able to get into the car but we couldn't get into the trunk. Trunk switch disabled with the alarm!!! James didn't give up...he kept going and found some magical release switch after 30 minutes! What!!! I already started looking for a Mercedes dealership!
