We stop for a drink (or two) and sometimes make an evening of it because the music and atmosphere are so good. So imagine our surprise when we stopped in and ordered two drinks (Gin and Soda and an Old Fashion). The soda had very little Hendricks, and the Old Fashion was a short pour. They remade the Gin and Soda, but the result was the same. We will be back again because this place is too cool to leave after one challenging experience. We expect a bounce-back performance. The drinks aren't cheap, so expectations are high (and should be) as well. I'll let you know what happens on the next trip, and please understand that I still think this is an absolutely necessary stop-in spot!

We got some onion rings that were as big as donuts and very tasty. The appetizer plate is huge; three of us couldn't eat it all. We then got a southwest salad with chicken and shared that. And I got the hot beef sandwich and Melissa suggested some garlic mashed potatoes with that. It was very delicious. The drinks were cold, but just OK. We had some specific orders and it was the bartenders first closing shift. He will get better.
