Rare ribeye

Not as good as prior times I've been. Small menu, they struggle with being adequately staffed during times of the year, but beautiful building, great service. the food has really gone down hill. Especially for the price.

Not sure I love the remodel (feels cheap, sterile and missing that traditional "lodge" feeling) but food is still good! I do like how they oriented the restaurant so that it faces sisters- gorgeous views. Our server was fantastic. The hostess was not super friendly and very frazzled as she also was bringing water and food to tables. She told us there was a ten minute wait even though more than half the restaurant was empty. There were many new menu options for breakfast. The coffee cake was outstanding - very almondy, which I liked it. I probably should have gotten something more creative than the ham and cheese omelette so that's my bad. It was standard. My husband liked his frittata OK but it wasn't really a frittata. There were no potatoes and more like an open faced omelette. Mimosa, coffee and Bloody Mary mix were solid.

We had an exquisite experience - everything was 5 star - the Private Dining room was everything we hoped for and more! Our server Paola was very attentive, patient and professional serving a very jovial and "busy" group. The bar tender Chris S made excellent cocktails and made sure everyone was happy with their drinks! He and Paola made a great team. Our food ranged from the delicious ribeyes, salmon and caulifower steaks. The desserts were fabulous too! We are from Sisters - it was a great night and we will be back. Thank you very much! We were staying at Black Butte and wanted to grab dinner. The Lodge was a little fancier than we were looking for (and needed reservations) but the hostess suggested the Aspen Lounge upstairs for a more casual experience. The Lounge was beautiful, great view outside, the waitress was attentive, drinks were strong, and the food was delicious.

Food is very good and view is great. Service was also very good considering, it's summer in Sisters.

We were there for Christmas day brunch. It was overpriced $68 for fishy salmon, steamed sreak, slimy caprice salad, and no prime rib.

Great food, and just such a short drive from Sisters. I wish we had time to come here for dinner more often.

Upon entering there is a counter filled with savory scones, croissants, cookies, and cinnamon rolls to name a few. I don't know everything they had because nothing was marked, but they had a nice variety. A small area had bread for sale including sourdough. There was a small area with seating on the side. I chose an unfrosted cinnamon roll, and my husband chose a chocolate glazed donut. The cinnamon roll was soft and with just the right amount of sweetness. I would have liked a small amount of frosting drizzle but they only had the other option of a heavily frosted cream cheese frosting. It still was so good! My husband's donut was very good, he said. I now wish I had bought a scone or something else to try. Alas I will have to come visit Sisters again, as I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

We really enjoyed everything, and we would've liked to try more things too! Of note: it's kinda small and we had a little trouble navigating a stroller inside at the counter, but there were a couple open tables once we got our pastries.

So good! Stopped in on a hot Sunday afternoon and it was busy. We ordered a bunch of things,…read morewhich were ready in about 15 minutes. We got a chocolate shake, cookies & cream shake, mint chocolate chip cone, marionberry shake, and root beer float. Hung out on a bench in the shade. We'll definitely be back!

We were hanging out in Sisters for the day and stopped by Sno Cap for some ice cream. We parked…read moredown the street and there was decent parking for a weekday morning. Thankfully we weren't there the day of the quilt show or else we would have had no parking. They have a menu with food too but we were just there for the ice cream. We ordered cotton candy, bubble gum, cascade blackberry, mocha nut fudge, and Kona coffee. The cascade blackberry I couldn't really tell what the berry was possibly due to the bite I had. It was nice and creamy though. The Kona coffee I would have liked more of a coffee flavor. The cotton candy was nice and sugary and popular with the kids. My favorite was the bubble gum because it had actual bubblegum pieces in it. Such a great find since the only place I have been able to find that is Baskin Robbin's. The only thing I would say with kids is that their 2 scoops in cup come on top of each other so if you are sharing you really have to eat a lot of the top to get to the bottom since they pack a lot in one cup. Service was not immediate but there was a few orders ahead of us so it makes sense they go by orders. There is a sign out front that eludes to slower service if this was the amount of people that show up to be patient with them. It's probably been better this weekend with the quilt show. I was happy with this stop for ice cream. There were lots of tables in the shade and within walking distance for the rest of the town.
