It's a great looking lodge, but no clue we registered for a basement windowless room . Room was freezing during the day, but uncomfortably warm all night with no way to adjust. Staff was nice, but had very little knowledge of the town . Weird overnight experience. Breakfast was prepackaged doughnuts, muffins , bagels, cereal, the worst coffee ever. Food from a quick stop!

This lovingly-restored bed and breakfast is a 150-year old architectural gem. We had a wonderful time learning about our hosts and their journey to State Street, as well as great nuggets about Jacksonville.
