Older man named John cut my hair this time, he cut off at least 4 inches and cut my hair crooked and was shaking the entire time during the haircut. He left my hair completely butchered and looking terrible, i asked for a very simple haircut and even that couldn't be done. If you go to this shop i recommend tony only, this ruined my experience though and i will not be coming back anymore.

I've even been on time for one or two...ha. While they are very punctual with their time, they also are very accommodating and do try to make it work when I'm not. Very nice, personable staff & stylists on top of that. Their booking strategy changed with the pandemic; it used to be a no reservations, walk-ins only salon where sometimes you'd sit down immediately, sometimes you'd wait an hour+. Now it's an only reservations, no walk ins with a pretty easy booking process online. Oh yeah also, I mean the talent of the women who actually cut hair there is really, literally unparalleled in the market they're in. Since I have let my hair grow out for a bit longer than normal, the girl taking care of me had to use a trimmer to take some of the hair down. Which, was a good touch. Then, she took her time shaving my head. It was a pretty legit shave. I was dozing in and out with how relaxed I was. Talked tattoos, which, is always good. Then, I got my beard lined up. All in all, it was a very good experience. However, even after getting in the barber chair the proper way...I ended up stepping on the foot rest. I got chided. This place has an old fashion look and feel, as they have been around for quite some time. Parking is always available, right next to the barber shop! Place is well organized, and clean! Some places have very strong chemical smell, but Kelly's does not. I usually call ahead to make an appointment, though I have also walked in on Saturday as they serve based on first come. Folks working there are very timely (I usually come in and get seated at appointed time) or most I may wait is 5-10 minutes, and also very friendly. Though I see mostly men there, since it's a full salon, I do see women there from time to time. I may be going there when there's more men traffic, due to scheduling my haircut around my work schedule. I've received very good and consistent haircuts, and straight blade shave!
